Horrible
experience.
I
ordered
my
ring
(custom/special
order)
and
took
over
2
months
to
get
in,
but
the
throughout
the
2
months
the
sales
people
did
not
know
where
the
ring
was
or
when
the
ring
would
come
in.
Every
person
I've
talked
to
had
a
different
time
line
on
how
long
the
ring
should
take.
I've
been
told
2
weeks,
4
weeks,
8
weeks,
all
the
way
up
to
14
weeks.
No
one
is
on
the
same
page.
The
employees
have
been
so
incredibly
disrespectful
the
entire
time.
I
have
had
the
employees
roll
their
eyes
at
me,
brush
me
off,
refuse
to
get
the
manager
for
me,
cancel
my
order
on
me,
refuse
to
call
the
vendor
to
check
on
the
order,
etc.
Every
time
I
called
or
went
in
to
check
on
the
status
of
the
ring,
the
story
always
changes.
When
my
custom
order
ring
did
finally
arrive,
it
needed
to
be
shipped
back
out
to
be
resized
because
they
are
unable
to
make
this
special
order
ring
my
size.
The
employees,
and
the
manager,
kept
telling
me
that
it
was
my
fault
because
I
should
have
went
and
talked
with
the
same
salesperson
every
time
BUT
the
salesperson
I
originally
ordered
the
ring
with
was
never
there!
They
would
always
tell
me
that
I
should
call
back
when
they
are
but
when
I
called
they
weren't
working
and
should
call
back
at
a
specific
time
but
was
again
told
that
the
women
was
not
there.
The
manager
and
the
employees
are
extremely
rude
and
disrespectable
with
no
regards
to
the
customer.
I
called
customer
service
twice
and
was
brushed
off
by
the
district
manager
both
times.
They
only
care
about
getting
your
money
and
commision
and
never
want
anything
to
do
with
you
again.
This
is
absolutely
ridiculous
and
I
will
NEVER
buy
another
thing
from
this
store
EVER
again.
