I ordered the strawberry milk tea. It didn't taste anything like strawberry or milk. I was disappointed at the taste. Looking at their website all the teas are nicely sealed this one was not it only had a lid. The boys were very nice. They just need more training on making teas.

Just went in with my son and daughter for the very first time. Ordered 4 drinks with boba (we’ve never tried before) and a strawberry crepe with Nutella drizzle and sliced almonds. Service is great and the drinks are delicious! Crepe was excellent as well :) Very friendly staff, we will definitely be returning!

This is not boba doesn’t even taste good idk how you guys have so many stars. Only good things is cup looks decent. Never coming again.

I decided to give this place a try due to promising reviews. I've tried many places and this place is the bottom. The milk tea tasted like dishwater and gave me a headache after 2 sips. Spent 23 dollars for three large drinks. I was really looking forward to it. I am honestly disappointed. I tried calling but no answer. I would like a refund.

We love coming here! We come every single week. I always get the Taro Milk Tea and it's really good. The employees are super nice and it has a nice, chill atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

Quick service and quality Boba. I usually get mine from Chinatown but this is just as good. It's a chill tiny area for a hangout with friends with tasty treats. I got the Large Horchata milk Tea with extra tapioca and i did not last me long because of how delicious it is.

“Have no fear when jimmy is here” the place was super clean and ambience was nice. They were busy but making sure the that ever one was ok. My daughter accidentally punctured a hole on the side of the cup ( strawberry milk tea) and when I went to try to purchase a new one Jimmy was beyond sweet and helpful and made another one for my daughter. Made her stop crying and leave the place with a smile on her face. Thank you jimmy & will definitely be going back!

It was a delight to enter this establishment. The aroma of fresh sweet treats filled the air. The young lady who greeted me was extremely nice and knowledgeable. But what was most impressive is that she was extremely patient with everyone while taking their order. I have had boba smoothies before but none better than Boba Heaven. The freshness of the tapioca was the highlight of my Pineapple Coconut Smoothie. I was so pleased with my experience here so I’m going back today.

Repeat customer! My daughter and I come here for a treat! Love the rewards card after 10 drinks we get one free. Great staff & they always greet you with a smile. Love the Mango/Peach Freeze. My daughter always orders the Vanilla Bean Nutella. Quick service & very reasonable prices. ❤️

I've visited quite a few times as its the closest boba place to me. I really liked the oreo waffle with nutella, but theyve recently switched out the original big belgian waffle for two little skinny waffle pieces on a stick with hardly any toppings compared to before. Definitely not worth the $8.99 anymore, can't speak for the mini pancakes as I've never gotten them. Certain drink flavors are hit or miss but that might be personal preference. The interior has gotten a makeover too (instagram targeted) and its much busier/crowded now so wait times are longer. I don't blame the staff since they have no control over ingredients or menu changes but I'm probably gonna start looking elsewhere for my boba cravings.

I really loved this place when it first opened. It has severely gone downhill since then. The past couple times I have went they were either out of tapioca Boba, the Boba was not cooked all the way and is hard, or they forgot to put the Boba in when I asked and paid for it. The wait times were always very long as well. I decided to give them one last try and ordered through DoorDash. 30 minutes after the order went through Boba Heaven canceled the order. We will be going to Tea yard from now on. We never have an issue there. They make quality items in a very timely manner.

Nice chill atmosphere, chatted with the owner super friendly, great extensive menu and an absolutely delicious coconut milk tea and oh man the mochi donut was absolutely amazing was a great first experience will gladly return in the future and bring friends.

We LOVE this place first of all it’s super clean and they are super friendly. It’s so cute and everything is delicious. This day we just got boba not pancakes or waffles.
