I went in with my face completely covered by cloth, But it wasn't the face covering they preferred. One of the employees directed me too their over priced mask, I declined to buy because what I wanted was already in my hand. so I was completely dismissed and refused service. Did not start any issues and left so here I am telling everyone that if you can go too another beauty supply, do so.

Please Do Not Shop HERE Save yourself the HASSLE …This immature girl TIFFANY every time I shop here gives me multiple problems. She is very Inconsiderate and careless just like she looks.When I ask to speak with the owner’s she said no they Korean an don’t speak English. So I guess she thinks that gives her the right to treat people with no respect an unfairly. She calls herself the general manager and has no customer service or management skills. First she overcharged me for something that was clearly mark on 10 different items as the set price. An then she purposely kept the item that I paid for without me even noticing until I made it home. I called back an ask her did she keep my item she kept me on hold for a while. An then came back to the phone and again so carelessly she said “Yeah I kept your item you can come back an get it.” 🙄 Like why would you keep my item that I paid for an expect me to drive all the way back for it when I’m not even in that area it. When I ask what can you offer me for the inconvenience an gas for a double trip back??? She stated I’m the manager an we don’t offer anything. Just so wack, inconsiderate an careless. Yes you TIFFANY they definitely need to replace you because this isn’t the first time.. 😠😡

This place should get zero stars, the african america women that claims to be the owner and manager is very rude, unprofessional and immature, should only be working as a trash worker, because she has lots of experience at it, I made a purchase of some items and returned two, when I went back to use my store credit, because she couldn't scan the bar code, she told me technically she doesn't owe me anything, I called the police and now is filing a complaint DO NOT SHOP AT THE PLACE IT IS BEING RAN BY A GHETTO PERSON

TERRIBLE SERVICE THE “MANAGER” IS VERY NASTY IV BEEN SPENDING MONEY HERE BECAUSE ITS CLOSE BUT I WONT ANY MORE, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO THE REAL MANAGER IS BECAUSE THE BLACK GIRL THAT SAYS SHE IS THE MANAGER IS TERRIBLE!! I was able to find everything I needed but the customer service is a 1 start. Young staff maybe the reason.

Nice little neighborhood store, sometimes you can find items there that are not at the larger beauty supply stores.

The prices are kinda high but the quality of the products sold are great. The employees do a good job helping their customers.
