Beyond irritated with this location, first to place an order for delivery you must go through a 3rd party member (door dash) which requires additional taxes, fees and charges...... secondly I placed an order for a veggie pizza, my pizza arrives with Pork Sausage! My family does not enjoy Pork for religious purposes!!! It doesn’t take much to slow down and read the ticket in front of you, I honestly feel lack of quality in their customer service, during this time when the majority of our economy is unemployed, I can think of a million other places I can spend my $50 and feel like a valued customer!!!

Order a pizza for pickup at the Harvey location. Husband went to pick it up. He was told the pizza got stuck in the pizza oven coming out. He waited for another pizza to be made. He bought home a big mess. The pizza looks like the salvage what the could, placed the ingredients on a larger crust in the center, added lots of tomatoes sauce to fill in outer slices portions. It was a big mess. There was little to no sausage, onion or peppers on the pizza. Lots of thick tomato sauce. I called and got the runaround. Shame on them for letting that pizza leave the counter. I was so disappointed. My husband drove back out of his way to take it back. that’s it for me. I will never order from that location again.

Amazing food. The staff was dope af.. hahaha. Really enjoyed the humorous customer service along with the care and thought that they put into each order. I’ve watch customer after customer come in hungry and leave satisfied. I definitely recommend this location as one of the best locations in the south suburbs!!! Their dining area was also a great addition. Quiet and simple. This place is truly a gem amongst a lot of bad restaurants

Much better flavor than the 127th st location. Tastes consistent with the beggars I grew up on. Slices daily are a perk! Was only 35 min cooking time, waaaay better than Italian fiesta 90 mins

Sooooo disappointed people travel to 127th and Western location I’ll never ever come back there…. Only if I’m driving past at 100mph…. It was minimum cheese on the pie,,, the sauce no flavor. I should have walked out when they said NO Refunds. This Beggars is BOOTLEG avoid 😕

This is my all time favorite pizza place. The Chicago style deep dish, w/ Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushrooms is the stuff pizza dreams are made of. So much glorious cheese and delectable toppings. It definitely puts the pie in pizza pie. The crust is amazing, it really holds up to such a heavy duty slice. Absolutely everything about this pizza is unbelievable. Of all the wonderful things I miss about living in Chicago, this pizza is at the top of my list.

My son birthday was July 18th last week so we decided to order a family size and medium pizza. The service wasn't bad but the pizza quality was terrible. The crust was as flat as 1 shet of paper, the toppings wasn't evenly spreaded out on pizza, the cheese and meat wasn't thick. The lay it on thick slogan did not apply to the pizza we had especially with the price increase with less ingredients on the food. The pizza was the very similar to a frozen tombstone pizza only difference was instead of paying $10 dollars for 2 tombstone pizzas we $75 for the same quality. We we highly disappointed with the poor quality and paying an higher price. I would recommend for people to go to blue island location not Harvey.

Deep dish was on point. A little expensive, but what isn't right now. My daughter's first real deep dish and she loved it.

This is the second time I went up there and get some subpar tasteless, bland pizza. I don't mind paying for $30 for a pizza but geez, do it right! Would never ever go there again. It used to be good. Fire the cook now!

Oak Forest location. I had a taste for Beggars. I ordered small thin crust sausage and spinach pizza from Oak Forest location. The cashier was phenomenal with customer service! Kudos to her. As for the pizza, it did indeed look good; however, the sauce and sausage had no flavor. I was disappointed. I added Italian season and Parmesan cheese to give the pizza flavor. I am hopeful that if ingredients have changed, this location will go back to the original ingredients like the Frankfort location.

The pizza crust is never cooked..Purchased a salad for my mom was full of water.Went back spoke with owner he had a nasty attitude and offered me a free slice of pizza. He'll I spent almost $50... This is why we can't get ahead. Our own!!

Can’t complaint even though the prices are a little high you still get food that’s worthy

I love beggars pizza. But This one is ghetto. And this pizza didn't taste like beggars pizza. Never again.

Hot wings were burnt, deep dish cookie was burnt, nacho chips were also burnt. how could you all still decide to give someone badly burned food? It was visibly burnt. The burn smell was coming through the packaging.

Spending $300+ you would think they would be friendly instead rude horrible service would not go there again but the food was good

Our coworker ordered an extra meat pizza on 147th Sibley, Harvey and got back to work with majority of pizza with no meat on it! Called to talk to manager & never returned call. Called the next day & still no response! Very disappointed @

We were in town over night stranded due to complications from our trip that ended us in the area overnight. With no vehicle and multiple Uber trips. We were exhausted and hungry and the front desk clerk of our hotel recommended this pizza place. We did DoorDash our order and have made a complaint with them but we still had issues in general with Beggars Pizza. We ordered 4 deep dish pizzas, breaded mushrooms and garlic bread. Once our order arrived we only got 2 of the pizzas. Our order came to almost $130 total and as you can imagine we were very disappointed. Door dash said they would replace our whole order even though we received 2 of the pizzas. A hour later it was delivered we only got the breaded mushrooms and garlic bread we didn’t even receive the two pizzas we never got with the original delivery. The DoorDash driver said he questioned the store when it showed he was picking up 4 pizzas and the two sides, and the response he got was no just the sides they sent two pizzas already and wasn’t replacing it. What about the other two we never received?? We didn’t need nor wanted the two we actually received but we did want the two we never got along with the side dishes we never got. After calling DoorDash again and beggars pizza we ended the night with no refund and still never received our total order that we paid so much for.

I have never had a good pizza from this location yet I keep trying if you all do not have the ingredients that you offer on the website remove them so that no one will order them and think that they’re going to receive it on their pizza when you pick certain ingredients for your pizza you want a certain taste and you all continue to not deliver and then take my money for ingredients that you all do not have remove ingredients from your menu that you do not carry regularly.

Worst $11.80 spent on an Italian roast beef..bread was hard.. barely any meat and fries had no taste..very over priced..$4 more then any other place I go..won't be goin to a beggars again..

Great Customer Service! Great tasting pizza! Great Presentation and I will continue going!
