    Absolute horrible experience here, do not rent here as communication is the worst and hidden fees are a scam here. Had a car accident and needed a long term rental. First one went fine, but second one did not. Went to pick up car after calling to confirm reservation and they told me they didn’t have one, just a pickup truck or Nissan Armada. I said I would take the Armada because i didn’t have time the next day to come get it. I asked if there would be any additional fees and they said no. Upon return they said I was all set and would email me receipt. I never got receipt emailed and saw on cc statement I was charged almost $400 for 2 weeks when insurance was supposed to cover. Took 3 phone calls of being on hold a total of 1 hour to get receipt finally emailed and I noticed I was charged $30 a day for getting a bigger car even though it was the only one available and I asked about additional charges. One other thing to note when i was picking up car they said they just had to gas it up and it would be ready to go but upon pulling out of the lot I noticed they only put a half tank in despite them having me sign something that I needed to return with a full tank? I have called numerous times since February to get this overcharge straightened out and every time I get put on hold only for someone to come back and tell me they are looking into it and will get right back to me. The last time I asked specifically how long and they said within the hour. Well it has been months now and no one has helped me there despite everyone saying they will so I have officially given up but would like to warn others to avoid this location!

    DO NOT go to this location..if there was a 0 rating that's what they would get. They have additional hidden charges and customer service sucks because they do not know how to explain anything. You will be in line for hours if you go on a weekend, Even if you have a reservation. This location 119th western has bad raggedy cars with scratches, my rental was not clean, crumbs all over... Very disappointed and never will be back. The Hertz in Crestwood treats their customers way better and literally never hidden fee's.

    The Blue Island Enterprise Location Is HORRIBLE … Rude Workers , Bad Customer Service , Last But NOT Least There Are Thieves At This Location. I Had A Minivan For A Month Paid Thru My Insurance Company & This Location Charged Me For Extra Fees Without Any Consent. Today August 10, 2023 Around 9:30am Enterprise Picked Up The Car From My Residence With My Belongings Still Inside The Car. After Being Sent On A Run Around Spree ALL MORNING, The Car Was Located At A Location That The Workers Couldn’t Give Out. After All Of The Commotion I Was Told That I Can Go Get My Stuff From a Public Place ( Firestone ) Where The Workers Took The Car Too. All My Belongings Were Inside The Minivan EXCEPT MY PURSE With Various Valuables Inside Of It. I Say This To Say That My Purse Was Stolen By Enterprise’s Employees At The Blue Island Location. They Weren’t Very Helpful At All. If I Could Leave Zero Stars I Would. DO NOT RENT FROM THERE EVER !!!

    This location has the worst customer service ever. Due to my insurance company I had to get rental cars 4 times from this location and every time the services is poor. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, they just take it off the receiver and then hang up. They don't have or offer a variety of options. In addition, they do not go over the rental features, just give you the keys and send you on your way. One time, I could not figure out how to open the gas cover since I was use to driving a different make/model of vehicles. While at the gas station, it took me 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to assist. Lastly, they lack professionalism. Makes one wonder if they are at a business or the public park.

    Who knows where you going to find Expertise and professionalism and courtesy all in one place, Enterprise rental was that place, Customer service was impeccable they pick me up from where my car was being service and theirs quick and friendly service got me into a rental and I was on my way.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was absolutely terrible! I entered the office on Friday, Oct 14, 2022. There was no one else in the line at the time. So I was the only customer at the counter. The associate, a women, asked if she could help me. I asked if there were any available vehicles on Sunday. She said "We are not open on Sundays. I then asked if there were any vehicles available on Saturday, October 15. She responded "You need to go online". I said, OK, but are there any vehicles available at this location tomorrow, Saturday, October 15. She said "Excuse me, but I have to take care of the lady behind you". The lady behind me had not been in the store at the time I approached the counter when I came in the office. So, I left the office without so much as an argument or complaint regarding the associate's rude, ignorant, unprofessional behavior. I am very disappointed that this location hires such unprofessional people.

    Very bad experience. I was charged for something I did not agree to. Employee showed me options to add on but I clearly said no to the options and they still charged me. I tried to get a reach of the place all day and no one picked up the phone. Was told I was gonna get a call back from a manager and never got any call. One of the Customer service reps or someone on the phone showed disrespect. This place needs better customer service skills and better respect for their customers.To take money they are fast but to pick up the phone they won't. Now they say they will not refund money for their mistake. Won't be using Enterprise ever again. Had to drive one and a half hours just to speak to someone.

    I was acknowledged as soon as I came through the door, asked to wait as the agent finished with a customer. It was a very short wait. She informed me my vehicle was being thoroughly sanitized and would be coming out next. The car was just that, very sanitized. Quit and easy return on my lunch break. I will be back.

    Customer service is good upfront but, don't ask questions bc they're too busy. Cars are in bad shape. I came over from Hertz bc of inventory but will be waiting patiently to get a rental from Hertz next time.

    I rented a car to drive to Indianapolis from Chicago roughly about a two and a half hour drive Enterprise was awesome I picked up my car and returned it from a different location for a small drop-off fee so super convenient. but if you choose to rent don't forget that your card has to have a $300 hold in addition to your rental fee. Other than that I really had an enjoyable experience with them highly recommended now go travel!!!!

    Great customer service! The gentleman were very friendly and professional during check-in. The minivan was shiny and very clean when I picked it up. The return process was easy and although it was very crowded and busy, the young lady was very efficient and able to help get everyone checked out quickly! I highly recommend this place to get your rental car!

    Trash. I’m all about customer service and the lack of it bothers me. I wouldn’t even wrote this if they had it. I waited 2 hours for a pick up that was scheduled weeks in advance. I call the morning of to make sure what I have the appropriate card (debit or credit with chip is what I was told) full amount on card. Get there they say major credit card only. Reserved at Avis waiting to get picked.

    I've been working with enterprise for about 10 years now. I will never go to another rental car company. I was in Miami a year ago tried to rent a car from another car company. I won't say there name a**s. Had the worst experience ever. I went through a trip app. While I was at the airport I reached out to enterprise. They advised me to go to their counter. I was in and out in approximately 10 mins. Every enterprise location the I have visited in the Chicagoland area has been nothing short of great. I will continue to use enterprise every time I need a rental. Keep up the great work. And wherever you guys find your employees from its amazing. Never had a unfriendly customer rep.

    This is my go to place when I need to get a rental. The staff there are so helpful & friendly all the time. They always make certain that I’m satisfied and if & when other cars are available for upgrade, I’m always given the option to upgrade. I can tell them that I wants my usual coverage & they knows exactly the protection plans to my likings. Makes me feel like I’m part of the family…..I’ve never had a bad moment with them.

    This place is black owned and it is the real deal. If you are nice to them they will be even nicer to you. Trust me no other Enterprise within the South Sides or West Sides of Chicago will treat you any better. That being said it is YOUR responsibility to come correct and do your business the RIGHT WAY! Have a working credit card in your name along with a valid driver’s license. None of that “nig———-“ stuff. Following those guidelines the Enterprise Rent A Car branch on 119th is the BEST location in the City Limits of Chicago.

    I am so thankful for Kimani and the amazing customer service she gave me from the moment I called enterprise to the moment she handed me the key. This was my first accident since I was a teenager and everything that has followed has been a big headache. Thanks to Kimani, getting my rental was one less headache. She was patient with me as I gathered all the needed information and with all of the questions I had for her (there were a lot). I also really appreciated her checking into information that she wasn’t sure about. Thank you Kimani for picking me up and making my first rental experience a positive one!

    I had a Great experience. Checked in with Jeff, very pleasant and detailed, spoke with Sydney and she was very Attentive, Sweet and Professional, they didn't have a car for me upon my arrival, therefore she gave me an upgrade and made sure I didn't leave unhappy and lastly Marcus, this gentleman was also Pleasant and Attentive. He checked my car upon returning it and got me in and out, that is what Customer service is all about, Pleasing your customers. I will return. Thank you too those 3 Employees, well Managed♥️💙💙

    The reservation department stinks, I wanted to rent a vehicle for 8 days the first gentleman I spoke to didn’t speak or understand English that well, he made the reservation for 3 days?? When I called back I was quoted $878. For the eight days I was told I would have to return the key to the drop off box since they would be closed at noon on Saturday?? The lady was going to send me an email ?? Never received the email?? Thursday Netta called me confirming my reservation, letting me know that if I use my debit card they hold an extra $300. Until you return the vehicle. Friday I got to pick up the vehicle I’m being charged $1043 for the 8 days, she said I couldn’t drop the keys off in the drop box Saturday the car needed to be back before noon or I would be charged for Saturday Sunday an extra $300?? No one from this company was on the same page everyone had a different answer different price?? I will say the office in Blue island staff was great very friendly I loved the van!! I felt like I was given the round around, won’t go through reservation again

    Outstanding customer centric service at the Blue Island Illinois location. Shout out to Dayon who assisted me and his branch manager. I might add that all the associates I observed gave 100% to ensure their customers were taken care of.

    I've rented cars from here number times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rental vehicles are always clean and disinfected, nice cars for rental and decent prices. I highly recommend if you need to rent a vehicle !

    Sydney did a great job of accomodating me and her customer's needs. She is very professional and works hard as do her employees. I would highly recommend her branch location. It was busy at time of my visit , yet everyone one hustles to make sure your rental car needs were met. Thanks Sydney good customer service go along way.

    Best ever staff and crew. I always use them and this place is great I just wished they would create policy based on fairness no matter the color, i have spent thousands with them at other locations so although i am black i am not trying to get over on anyone. Update: I have to admit this is a great location after all. They are comparable to the North Side locations and they have honored my plus points and other discounts. I never recieved a hassle and in and out in 15 minutes. Ok! Kudos 119th. I havent experienced all the other things others have at this location.

    I love Enterprise. Every time we go there we are treated very well. The manager Tia make sure you leave a satisfied customer. The only drawback is the Porters do a HORRIBLE job at cleaning the vehicles which are rarely cleaned. It seems like that has gotten worse since COVID. I like Tia because when it's brought to her attention it is taken care of right away. I'm giving 5stars because I love the customer service Tia and her other staff give during the rental process. The Porters need to trained on how to properly clean a vehicle when it's returned and to make sure it's clean before giving it to another customer.
