My car overheated and I called Kevin at Meineke. Kevin is so very nice, comforting and knowledgeable. He repaired my car the same day. They replaced the parts with quality products and test drove my car to ensure it was safe. They even showed me the old parts, to ensure that I knew they had to be replaced. The parts and labor have a one year warranty. Also the price quoted turned out to be less by $50. I dont trust many but I trust Kevin.

Kevin and his team were working hard on a beautiful 80 degree day to get customers in and out. I was a walk-in but my problem was diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. They showed me the issue. Explained what needed to be done to fix it and showed me the finished product. I am very satisfied and will definitely go back!

Unprofessional and incompetent. The manager is extremely rude. He will answer the phone and say that he is too busy to talk and that he will call you back later and never does. They kept the car for 2 months and the manager would say that he was busy and then would hang up when we called to check on it. After keeping the car for 2 months, we were told that they were unable to fix the car. We were charged 175 dollars to essentially store the car. We ended up having to tow the car to another shop to get it fixed. Would not recommend.

Omg, I am so glad that my niece told me about Meineke on 107th south Western, so trustworthy I like Kelvin, he's so real!!! My car is running so smooth now!

They do really good work they always fix was wrong and he always share the price of the parts and let you pick from expensive ones to cheaper ones. They got nice brake pads warranties. They did my struts, and they fix my hood of my car. The people in there are great. I got me tires

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Poor customer service and very unorganized. The place needs to be cleaned up. There is stuff everywhere. Not a comfortable waiting area for customers. They do not follow up with you on what’s going on with your car and when you call it seems to be a bother. He said he would call and didn’t. Once we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Kevin began to give us bad information about my son’s car then realized that it was for someone else’s car. 🤦🏾Kevin had my son pickup his car with no oil in the engine. I know this to be fact because after leaving the engine light came back on and we took it to Bob’s Auto in Blue Island and the first thing he realized was there was no oil in the engine.

They did a valve cover gasket. The antifreeze was 30.00. The timing cover kit was $69.95 with a one year warranty. Shop Labor on timing cover set was $675.00. Then I had a tire repaired in which the shop Labor on the tire repair which it had a nail in it, I was charged $25.00. I also got charged for shop supplies which was 24.99 which they don't tell you about. So shop supplies was $24.99, Total parts was $99.95, total Labor was $700.00. My subtotal was $824.94 plus tax $10.57. Totaling $835.51. I still don't understand what he fully did. All I know is that so far the car is running, but Kevin did say that if I have any problems to let him know in which I will but I have only had my car back for one day. So far so good. Also you have to have a lot of patience and understanding. Kevin is Kevin but he gets the work done. He is a great guy.

Only posting cause they emailed to me post. My car was mostly fixed. It feels better than it ever has and runs smooth as ____. The work was done well in a timely fashion. HOWEVER, that is the most unorganized, dirty and absolute mess of a mechanic shop I have ever been to. Boxes everywhere, junk everywhere. No method of planning or organizing anywhere. Went to get my car and none of the paperwork was done, mechanics constantly bugging the manager with small tedious things it took such a long time to pay them and get my car. Communication was not clear and I honestly don't even know what they did to my car which also lead to them not fixing my AC which was one of the biggest concerns when bringing it in I told them about. Such a shame as it's such a great mechanic. Get a receptionist, clean that place up and train/allow your staff to be autonomous or have some better systems in place (because clearly they are very skilled based on how well my car runs). I will be back in a heart beat if they clean that place up and get it together.

Amazing service, they were quick, polite, knowledgeable and was affordable. They made me feel welcome, like family. Kevin most definitely gets five stars from me!

As always; I’m given great advice, attention to detail and great coffee. I went to the dealership to get my 2015 gmc Acadia checkout my radiator and they told me that I needed a new radiator. Kevin showed me that I didn’t need to replace my radiator. He was able to explain to me in detail what I needed.

I love love this place!! My daughter has been taking her cars here for years and Kevin ALWAYS comes through. She has experienced problems with her catalyc converter and needed pipes flushed in the past. Meinekie provided excellent customer service, affordable prices 🙂

Excellent work I've been using them since 2003 with many different cars. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars. They are priced very well and their work is outstanding

I have used the meineke on 107th many times over the last 20 plus years.They do great work, and you won't find a nicer, more honest and fair priced guy than Kevin who has been managing the place for as long as I have been going there.

Two front tires were replaced. It took a while. Maybe two hours. The overall Price was much lower than the dealership. If you have the time or it fits your budget better, this is the place to go.

When I thought I was going to have to give in and go to the dealer and drop tons of money, they saved the day. They saved me time, money, and fixed my older car. 10/10 highly recommend

Fair pricing, good communication about the work , and got the job done! Time to get work done was lengthened by shop not having materials needed on site (gas), but overall would recommend.

I was off on yesterday “Presidents Day” & I called Kevin at the last minute trying to get in to see him for my brakes, my side driver mirror & ticking sound. But Kevin’ told me to come in asap & he took me straight back. I was able to hang out with my girlfriend all day while Kevin worked on my car. Kevin was a very pleasant and very busy man. He was moving so fast I thought there were two of him!! Was told that he would check my a/c and let me know when I could come back to charge the system. Before I knew it, the service was completed. That caught me a little off guard, but glad he could finish.

Great experience. First time and I will definitely be returning. Kevin was professional, friendly and very attentive. Pricing was reasonable compared to dealership and other quotes for the same service.

This Meineke facility is absolutely the best. We found ourselves with a check engine light, a barely running Pacifica minivan and 800 miles from home. The local Chrysler dealer offered no Saturday service. We arrived at Meineke as they opened. We were greeted and offered coffee. They diagnosed and repaired the engine problem and we were on our way before 10am. They were friendly and courteous hosts during the time we waited. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.

I use their services for my vehicle to pass the Illinois admissions test my vehicle was having trouble and they help me where I was able to renew my plate sticker and I am forever grateful no matter how busy they are and no matter how busy that they get Kevin always stays the same his customer service is excellent and I love it. They are very busy and I see why I will continue to send my vehicles to the location on 107th and Western at meineke. They always stay late and try to finish as many cars as they can so the cars can get back to the customers. I also got my wheel bearing done and my vehicle is quiet now even though it's old. I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu and I like the way they have my car running I can't complain I will most definitely return for their business.

I almost hate to post this but after months of dealing with my engine light being on and nothing ever being wrong. This was my last resort and with no issues at all my car was repaired fully and they even took the emissions test too. I am truly satisfied.

My service was great and the owner was very informative about my repairs that were needed. The mechanic was able to fix and repair my car in good timing. The cost of my repairs was affordable. I will use Meneikie service again.

I’m from Indiana & was in Chicago for the Universoul Circus. My vehicles alternator went out only 10 minutes from our destination! With my insurance, I had it towed to this shop. After the show, we went to the shop to make sure my car was there. It was after close but Kevin was still there and I was able to speak to him about the issues I’ve experienced. He was able to get my car back running in a few days and the price was very reasonable for me!
