Tonight was my very first time ever at Kookie's Dance Den and when I say I had a ball I mean just that! The energy was off the chain and our instructor Kardise is the ish! She made this experience so fun and she was very helpful and her personality was unmatched! I would love to come back and learn some more moves and have fun with her again! She is a vibe!

Wow what can I say? Kookie is absolutely phenomenal. Her personality is made for this. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure my friend had the best birthday ever. We did a private class for 15 and the energy in the room was unmatched. I will forever be in support of Kookie and all of her endeavors. Even leading up to the day the communication was spot on and everything was so clear. I am known to be a tough critic and I can truly say that this was a 10/10. Keep it up ladies. We hope to be back soon.

Started coming here late 2019 and this place has changed my life for the better. The person I was when I started is most definitely not the person I am now. Since coming to Kookies Dance Den i have been able to become so much more confident in myself and in my dance ability. I have met some AMAZING women here who always support and encourage me. My health has improved, and this has helped me lose weight as well. I am the most flexible I have EVER been in my life. This place has carried me through heartbreak and tough times. Lastly Kookie is simply AMAZING. You feel the passion she has for dance and will not hesitate to make sure you got a move. Literally all the instructors are amazing here. The environment is very welcoming and encourages you to be yourself. I would say as a bigger woman that Kookies Dance Den was the first place I felt completely comfortable with my body. Real women. Real bodies. Emaculate vibes. I will FOREVER be a customer here!!!!

I love coming to Kookies Classes they really help you and it's fun and enjoyable and you definitely build confidence even when you feel your not doing it right. I also love the atmosphere a must come in and give it a try for yourself a nice getaway also wonderful instructors

We booked a dance class with Koko for a bachelorette weekend and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was more fun than I imagined it would be. I’m usually not confident enough to dance in front of others but this particular night I was on the floor with the rest of the ladies having THEE time of my life. She also brought props for bachelorette games that really turned the night up a notch. She was amazing and we absolutely loved her and the energy she brought to the party. Would highly recommend!

I love love love this studio. I came to this studio for a fitness class and now I am hooked. I have never seen a more energetic, upbeat, classy set of women. I would recommend this studio to every woman. I am a plus size woman and I have never been made to feel this comfortable anywhere else I have tried to go. They have all the stars from me!

I LOVE love love it in the den! It’s so refreshing whenever you down or going through something. Just stop by Kookie’s dance den. She will make you forget about all your problems. It’s like therapy. Let’s not talk about TM2T kamp OMG😚! Kamp is where you really unleash, bond, and get to know other women’s . The DEN is the most safest place to be. Instead of calling up a friend to talk your problems out. You should try a class with kookie and you will keep coming back. And don’t forget on your first time buy the three classes for $25 pass.

I have been going to Kookie’s Dance Den for about 4 years now! And every single time I go, I feel amazing after leaving. The Den has been my therapy. Kookie & her staff are amazing. Their energy is always WELCOMING! The Den is one of my safe places in Chicago!

I had the best time at Kookies den. It was my first time and the instructor was Karlisa and she was magical. Sh made all of us feel very comfortable, she kept with the jokes which were icebreakers for the room, and she kept positivity up the whole time. I signed up for two more classes right after the first one, I would highly recommend this place if you want to step into your confidence, bring out your shyness or even just a great workout without the gym. They explain a lot about dancing that I did not know about and they made me comfortable to be ready to go to the next level, which Is the “tease me” boot camp. I would recommend this place for birthday parties, everyday workout life or just to have some girly fun.

This place has the best classes and the energy is amazing! I've taken various classes there and after each one l've left feeling more sexy, confident, and sore (Because it's a good workout.) I highly recommend this place.

I love Kookie’s dance den! Kookie & her staff are the bomb!! Kookie is funny & seeet she has great customer service. I was looking for a dance studio & found this 1 was close by me wish I found it sooner. I have loved every class that I’ve taken and the Teach Me to Tease Kamp is amazing. I love her online Tease University as well a great online option for my busy schedule. I have gained so much confidence taking classes at the Den I’ll keep coming back for years to come. Love the sweat belt and sweat cream I purchased from the retailer. Highly recommend it . The classes are motivational and inspirational depending on whose instructing . Nonetheless I highly recommended it to tap into your feminine energy

My first time visiting kookies dance den for the tease me class that’s on Tuesday nights I had a great time and will be returning next week.

Let’s start with the staff at reception desk so welcoming and friendly the facility is so beautiful and empowering!!!! The dance instructor was truly amazing she made you feel sexy confident and the experience was all around a birthday I won’t ever forget if you get the chance book dress sexy and go have fun 💪🏽💪🏽

I went to my 1st class about 5 years ago and 1 thing I can say is Kookie makes everyone feel like family!!! Her energy is contagious and her dances are fun workouts that are great just to blow some steam, get a great workout, or just have a great time with other people. Rather you attend a class alone or with friends, you're definitely going to enjoy the experience every time.

I recently visited, it was my first time ever experiencing something like this so I was very nervous...lol...but the instructor Kardise was AMAZING!!!...(If only I could of gotten the steps right..lol) but I tried and it was a great experience...I will be back soon!...Thanks so much😊..Ladies if you are trying to get your sexy back or need a place to just release and be you then the DEN is where you need to be!

Wednesday was my first time back in the Den in a while. No matter who the instructor is the vibe is the same. Amazing, empowering & flat out fun. It doesn’t matter if you have never danced before you’ll definitely be back & so will I.

Had the BEST time of my life. I have zero coordination and have never been good at dance no matter how hard I try. I learned this! It was so fun and such an intense workout! My confidence is sky high! I'm so glad I got out of comfort zone to try this. Can't wait to come back. Krazi is a blast!

Kookie's Dance Den is my go to happy place. When I first started I was very nervous because I didn't typically dance in front of other people and I knew the other girls would probably dance like professionals compare to me. I worked up the nerve to go with my friend and you haven't been able to stop me since. Kookie's Dance Den is a place of comfort. This is a non-judgement zone and the girls are very supportive. I missed out for years because I was "scared" and "waiting for my friend" to sign up with me. I'm telling you, get up and go. Waiting and your friend and you will always miss out. I went from going only a few times a month to nearly everyday. I was there so much that it was like a second home. She offers so many different types of classes and for many different level. I became a member to take advantage of the extreme discount and many perks. Whether I'm stressed, happy, dealing with a break-up, or whatever... Kookie's classes are a sure way to relieve that stress, make some lifelong friends, learn the art if dance and build confidence all in one. You will not be disappointed!

When I visit Kookie’s Dance Den I am able to leave my problems at the door.
