    This place was nice. Except there's a rule set in place of not being allowed to hold any animals. That was very disappointing, but at least the animals looked alert and well. This little guy played so hard and interacted with everyone from inside its cage until it got good and sleepy. So cute! As for the employees, some were friendly and helpful. I haven't gotten around to each servicer to know if they are kind towards me or my pet. But from the overall experience, I would give them another visit!

    Zero stars if possible. I visited this location for the first time and was very disappointed. I went to the reptile section. Some of the animals looked distressed and the condition they were in didn’t look healthy. The tortoise enclosure had dirty water and no food in their bowl. The chameleon enclosure had a chameleon that was shedding poorly and looked dry. There was no humidity for the chameleons at all, so this store needs to mist them. I hope someone can take better care of these animals because they truly deserve people who care for them.

    Had to grab good food for the puppy. They always have my favorite brand. Blue Wilderness. They also have a wonderful program if you buy 7 bags of dog food the 8th is free

    I was very happy with my grand dogs shampoo. I wanted to keep her hair long for the winter months, so she will only got a wash, toothbrush, and nail filing.

    Very disappointed in how a worker spoke to my family and I.. this was my first time in the store. Her name is Christine. She was very unprofessional and almost ruined our good day we were having. I thought Petco would be a friendly environment. Us and other families stood by the glass window watching a cat get serviced. We were the only family that were asked to move. Felt very odd. There should be a sign for no one to stand by the glass window if that’s a huge deal. Or don’t have a glass window if no one should look. Discrimination at its finest!

    I took my new puppy to get his first shot and they are friendly, very careful of your pet and quick. I thought I would be there a few hours, but no it was maybe 15 minutes top. Made another appointment for my other dog.

    Horrible experience especially in the grooming department. The employees (including management) are inexperienced, unprofessional and rude. There are never any employees on the floor to help you and no one greets you when you walk in the store or when you are waiting at the grooming counter. Please do not get your pet groomed here at this Petco. Bypass this place and take your money and pet to Petsmart on the next block by Marianos.

    0 stars if possible. Bought fish and they died overnight then o went back to try and get a refund but they said they can’t do one unless we took the DEAD Fish back. I lost about $45 and my fish. I had everything I needed for the fish and the water I tested, it was fine. Never getting fish from here again.

    Great first experience! I was really worried I would have to return to the old food type my dog was beginning to not like! So many healthy choices here and I was very pleased to hear that no pet food had preservatives.we found one that he loves! I hope our grooming experience goes as well!

    Picking up food for my 2 cats, Grace and Frankie. Everyone at the local Petco is helpful and friendly. Its easy to find the products my cats like.

    Should of looked at reviews first but didn’t ! This place literally sucks every person who worked here was engaged in personal conversations ignoring people standing at the counter waiting to be checked in and on top of that the darn vet stood there talking to a dude about his dog for 30 minutes as if she did not have 12 people in line already checked in before she finally decided to give the man’s dog a shot something that should have taken 5 minutes since the man’s dog was only getting that one shot!

    Every experience is great here they are kind, to humans and pets. The staff is knowledgeable on all pet related products and genuinely form relationships with their regulars. They ask about my doggie and always carry his big bag of food to my car. They never let you forget your coupons on the app and encourage you to sign up for anything that benefits you and your pet. I travel a long 19 miles round trip for the exceptional service here

    This PETCO had a crazy amount of clothes and jackets! I was very pleased. Went to all the other box stores in a single day. They had nothing that could compare.

    I was having a great day at Petco, but the man working at the cash register was very rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. He asked me to join the rewards program about ten different times, and then shamed me for not joining. It was very unnecessary, he was a white male who looked to be about 30 with brown hair. This is the second time this has happened, with the same man.

    had a thrilling chat about cat food with one employee who told me about his catphew (cat nephew) and then the people at the register were fun and swift. love going to this location! not to mention there is no shortage of helpful team members

    Everyone who works here is a joy and the grooming is hands down the best, really surprised me. A year later not a bad cut at all...and I have a feisty one...Donnie is the BEST!!!

    Rob is the main reason I come to this location. He is very knowledgeable and attentive he helps me with my fish and dog questions. He doesn’t talk down to me like some other employees in the store. He takes his time and teaches to make sure that you understand. Great employee if he’s not a manager he should be because it shows.

    Overall, the store lacks supply for tortoise items I need. Very often, there's no one at the register and no one offering assistance. You just kind of stand around for a while before a worker notices you. When they are attentive, they're helpful and knowledgeable but it's not often.

    Usually have a great experience here but I made sure to put a review this time. I did not appreciate the interaction with Heather today. Upon coming up to the counter she was super rude. Don’t know if she’s new or not but I’ve been coming here for years and it’s my first time interacting with her. The rest of the staff has always been pleasant.
