On our trip through Sicily we wanted to see Messina and spontaneously booked a room here, which was definitely a very good idea. The owners are very sweet and very friendly and humorous. The breakfast is wonderful with freshly squeezed orange juice and scrambled eggs with bacon, which are made with love. We felt super comfortable and cared for from the start. We can definitely recommend this hotel! 🥰 Thank you for everything!

The staff in this very sweet small hotel were so courteous, patient, understanding, kind and attentive. To put it simply, glorious. If you're looking for a quiet, pretty and clean room while staying a few nights in Messina, look no further. This place is very well situated in walking distance of everything to see and do in Messina. The view from the room my girlfriend and I stayed in was wonderful. We were facing directly opposite the beautiful harbour entrance with it's great statue and mountains behind. The entrance to the building of the hotel was a little complicated for our tired, travelling brains, but the staff helpfully let us in and explained exactly how to work the door with the correct code. We missed it because the label on door entrance button that we saw said "enter the code on the left" but what we didn't realise was this message meant the code machine on the left of the door, which would have made more sense to write "this is the right-hand side of the doorframe, enter the code on the buttons on the code machine behind you, the left-hand side of the door frame." We could have easily figured this out, if we had simply turned around and seen the other code machine to put our pin number in 🙈 Breakfast was good, and the staff again were very attentive and always made sure we had everything. I would have liked more gluten free options for the breakfast, as the area has many, many gluten free options and even a whole supermarket dedicated to gluten free goods, I would have like something fresh. Instead, it was packaged gluten free food, not always the best. But my girlfriend had the usual food and said it was good. We were also cooked fresh omelettes 👍these were superb. Due to the building there is no balcony, but this place is fully air conditioned and comfortable, with big windows if you wish to lean out, it's possible due to the large windowsill on the outside to rest your elbows. All things considered, we happily leave positive reviews here on Google and booking.com and wish this place continued success. Thank you, to the staff.

This B &B was probably the best location that we stayed at over 22 days in Italy !!!!!! Very modern, extremely clean, large room, amazing breakfast and the owners are wonderful people. If you come to Messina- then this is the only place to stay.

Love the “Jolly Charme Suites” of Messina, Sicily. The hotel is brand new, and everything is perfect. The Bedroom is spacious and well appointed, a desk to work, very comfortable bed, and state of the art electronic door access and room controls. As a boutique you usually get smaller rooms but ours was generous and the bathroom a real standout pleasure with proper shower, bidet and lovely fresh sets of towels. Breakfast is close to the reception on the 2nd floor and is well catered and a real designer appointed place to relax and start the day. We were very pleased to leave the car and enjoy the short walk to all the famous city sites like the Duomo and the old city. We met the host and his wife Salvatore & Sabrina, at check-in and they were gracious and helpful. So nice to feel like family, nothing was a problem. Absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Messina and wanting a very clean, modern and comfortable place close to everything (at a reasonable price too). Parking was easy too, we could park right outside and with scratch tickets (5 euro pre day). You won’t be disappointed with a stay at Jolly Charm, we would definitely stay again.

Le camere si affacciano sul mare e sono davvero meravigliose. Assolutamente consigliato...

Siamo stati in questo hotel per tre notti tra giugno e luglio. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro della città. Camera nuova, spaziosa, moderna, arredata con gusto e pulitissima . Le finestre si affacciano direttamente sul mare e sulla Madonna della Lettera. La colazione con un buffet molto vario e ricco. Il personale estremamente cordiale, professionale e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo!

Un soggiorno WOWWWWW a due passi dal centro a Messina Il primo Wowwwww lo abbiamo detto quando siamo arrivati, parcheggio davanti al portone e facilmente gestibile con EasyPark! Ma quando siamo arrivati in stanze il WOWWWWW è stato da vero urlo! Tanto gusto e eleganza nella scelta degli arredamenti! Per non parlare della tecnologia Smart che rende particolare e moderna la struttura! Personale davvero molto accogliente! Colazione ottima in una saletta davvero molto carina, con tantissima scelta e soprattutto con il personale attento alle tue richieste!(GRAZIE ragazzi!!!) Grazie Tiziana per averci accolto e consigliato durante il soggiorno! Mi sento di consigliare a quanti cercano una struttura a Messina per trascorrere qualche giorno! The best place to stay in Messina! Rooms are extremely clean, very comfortable and beautiful. Each room has a unique design and the attention to details is exceptional. The breakfast is great and the location is perfect. It is a small luxury five stars hotel!

A very comfortable stay in Messina - very clean, lovely, modern, stylish rooms with excellent views, in a perfect location close to the centre. The breakfast was varied and delicious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
