We had a lovely meal here on MotheringSunday on 27th March. The only downside was the fact all roast dinners were gone, but we still had lovely food. It wasn't too busy at 6 pm so service was good. A favourite place to go on high days and holy days.

Good restaurant with great staff but missing ingredients. I stayed in the hotel for several days and tried myself through the menu. All the dishes were very nice. Tasty and prepared with ❤️. The employees tried there best and made a very good service. Just every day was something different missing in the kitchens storage. So the available meals were limited. Only therefore I can't give the 5th star.

Myself and the family were stopping over for the night before continuing down to Brighton the next day so picked one of our favourite restaurants. Farmhouse Beefeater was fantastic, really comfy seating both inside and out, the staff are really friendly and the service is excellent. There was a 50% burger deal so three of us opted for that and one had the chicken and ribs combo, unfortunately the option of sesame seed buns was unavailable as we are not a fan of the brioche buns but after a day of travelling we were really hungry and didn't mind. After placing our order the food was served within 20/25mins all roasting hot and tasty, We always know how good the food is at Beefeater so we always try to pick Premier Inns that have them attached. If you are staying in Crewe, I definitely recommend trying the food here as it is fantastic.

Revising my rating down. Just had a meal here, the menu wasn't very impressive and the food while cooked fine was just rubbish. Our starter was a handful of dry nachos, some items dripping in grease, not sure what they were and some ribs, the cheap ones in vacuum packs, garnished with some shrivelled up rocket. The main was no better. I used to enjoy going here. Not anymore.

I'm lucky that i have email update From Beefeater, beacuse, half term code, for 2 children eat free ends 27th/2/22. Children menu is amazingly reasonably with a good portion. Chocolate bromine was delicious, but my favourite was waffle sundae, i could eat the waffle again. Staff was very patient and friendly especially 5 active kids are in the building. Inside, is spacious and well lit with good ambion, calm relaxing admorphere, staffs was very at ease and relaxed and welcoming. I would go back there again. For my surf and turf, steak was perfectly well cooked medium rare. King prawns was well eeason and soft. Skinny fries, l love McDonald's but Beefeater fries is , please may I have more. One request, Beefeater have plenty of outside space, but there is no outside play area for the children. Maybe they could think about a small play areas and bouncy castle at summer attraction.

Absolutely disgusting. Poor welcoming, then fire alarm went off due to fire in the kitchen but staff took a long time to evacuate. Then no direction from staff on where fire assembly point was - just stand in the dark car park. Food finally arrived after 40 mins once we got back in the restaurant - only for us to find a dark curly hair in the meal. Manager not interested in feedback.

Had a lovely meal at the Beefeater. Portions were a good size and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly. I loved that the restaurant is large and well spaced out. I didn't feel like we were all squished together

We were a table of 14 adults and 6 kids, big family. Normally, we struggle to get good service because we are such a large family, but the waitresses and waiters were amazing and so thoughtful and kind. They couldn't do enough for us. Although it understandably took a while for the food to get out, the chef managed to send out all 18 meals hot, well presented, and cooked to a high standard.

Stayed at the premier inn next door on Monday night, not the first time I've dined here as I used to stay here regularly when on work trips. I ordered the beer battered fish and chips with double crunch wings to start. The wings were lovely and went down really well with 74 sauce. The fish and chips however was awful. The batter on the fish was rock hard and the fish itself wasn't nice and tender but very chewy. I can't fault the staff the lady that served me at the bar and brought my good over was lovely and helpful. A bit of a shame as I've had some lovely meals at this restaurant but that one was very poor indeed. The 2 star review is given for wings mainly

What a lovely meal out This was made more special by our sever Peter. He was attentive and funny. Such a lovely man advised us on recommendations. The steak was lovely and drinks doubles. The dessert was huge more than expected. Lovely atmosphere. Will be returning.

Lovely, friendly staff always make you feel welcome. The food is good for the most part, with large portions and tasty deserts too. My only gripe was that sometimes the food was not hot enough, and sometimes it was nuclear.

Went for lunch on weekday. Took advantage of the two meals for £12.99 daytime offer, so bill for 5 adults and one child (kids meal) was about £55 (no drinks). One of the adults bought a steak. The portions for the daytime offer are smaller than full price meals but still a good size. Meals shown in pictures are gammon, egg, fries and peas; fish and chips (no peas); lasagne; kid's meal of pizza, fries and peas (came with garlic bread starter and pancakes dessert).

Our waiter Noah was super nice and helpful, always on the ball and looked after us. The food was delicious but had a bit of a wait but was totally worth it, wonderful steaks and all the trimmings! Definitely gonna come here again

Stayed at the attached premier inn for 2 days, and had breakfasts and dinners at The Farmhouse both days. Again, the staff really are brilliant! The lovely Lynne saw to us for dinner on the first night and was really attentive with the perfect line of attentiveness and chattiness without being intrusive at any point, she also went out of her way to top off my birthday with a sweet treat! Breakfast was fantastic 😋 a nice relaxed service (we had a Monday and Tuesday morning) and the cooked food cannot be faulted. We've stayed in a lot of premier inns now, breakfast can be hit and miss, this one is a 100% hit! Apparently a new chef too, hats off to you, great start!! The second evening we had Jay/James the manager looking after us for dinner, he had some "terribly" good jokes 🤣 pretty decent drinks choices 👌 and the perfect amount of banter! I would 100% recommend this beefeater and will ne staying her next time we're in the area! Thanks to all the staff for making our trip perfect 🥰

Lovely food when you are staying in the area. Peter who served us was very attentive, thank you

Booked for 5 people. Service was slow to say the least . I had to go and find a waitress to order deserts and again to order Coffees etc. Steak came medium rare and you could nearly see through it. although I ordered well done. What perturbed me the most was the chef with a huge long uncovered beard. Surely this cannot be very hygienic. For £160 I expected a lot better. I should say the foreign waiter who served us was superb. Also two many waitresses constantly on their mobiles. My fourth time here but will give this place a miss from now on. Needs in my view proper Management.

Currently sat in here and have to say this place is amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient, they loose a star for 2 reasons. First serving cold chips, but they were quickly replaced and secondly because the check back was done only after I mentioned the cold chips. We shall see what breakfast is like in the morning

We were a big group who stopped there on our way to a Wedding the next day. We were very well looked after & it was a big surprise, a pleasant one though, when the staff were very welcoming & kept serving us even though some of us overstayed the allocated Breakfast period. Very cheerful, attentive & polite. The food was excellent: the variety of dishes, and the way they were cooked. Thank you Chef.

Stayed at the Premier Inn here many times for work. Recently had a 1 week stay here and the beefeater staff were amazing and very polite. They were very busy and unfortunately we had to wait a while for our food (our fault for not booking a table). However the staff then offered us a free drink while waiting and also upgraded our meals due to them having a new young chef working. We wasn't bothered about them having a new chef (everyone has to have a first day) and to be perfectly honest he did an amazing job so was well worth the wait. Keep up the good work mate. Will be back there for work soon no doubt so look forward to seeing the team again soon.

Food was decent, Dessert was great. Had a few issues but that's a time-based issue. All around. Great place!

Wednesday 13 April Arrived at 830 No Hand sanitizer bottle empty Had to ask for the orange juice dispenser to be topped up no milk for tea till asked Sat down with my wife Ordered 2 £9.50 Breakfasts The hens that laid the eggs we were expected to eat must be pulling their feathers out They were like Bullets In fairness when it was pointed out 5 good eggs were served It just should not have happened in the first place P.S You could wait a long time for the Toaster to Toast your bread

Me and some family met up to have a nice meal and a catch up. When we arrived the table wasn’t even set up. We waited an hour and half for our food, which was a massive issue as we were having a good time catching up, but when the food arrived it’s wasn’t all together and the food was stone cold! We didn’t eat the meal, called Over the manger who also agreed how bad the service has been! There was 8 of us so the bill would have been very expensive for such a poor service, i will never go here again

Good hotel reception, clean, tidy room, comfortable bed. Restaurant pleasant, well set out. Service excellent with particular reference to Peter, who was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble whether to adjust a main course or accomodate personal preferences in drinks or desserts. A great stay!
