Absolutely delighted with my experience buying a Rolex watch here to commemorate a special event. David was honest, friendly and professional from start to finish. He was so helpful in both sourcing the watch and then talking me through it when it arrived, and patiently fitting the bracelet so it was perfect. They are the most amazing Rolex AD and their other jewellery looks to be beautiful and high quality too. I can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing service from David and the team at CH Moody. I enquired about a watch back in November, knowing the current situation around supply. I was given an honest estimate of how long I would need to wait. Several months later, David came through with my watch. The experience was superb and I would much rather travel to a showroom like Moodys, than visit one of the big corporate shops.

Not sure I can find the appropriate words to describe how impressed I am with the level of professionalism, customer service and knowledge from Moodys, on watches and jewellery. I've dealt with and spoken to an awful lot of jewellers and watch retailers and its rare to find what Moodys have to offer. The level of experience you get with David and Carl is as rare as some of the diamonds they source. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with them on the watch side and Rolex should be proud to have them represent their brand so well. Moodys reminds me of Beyer but in the heart of Cheshire.

I’ve just been served by an attentive and informative lady (unlike the staff at Goldsmiths, Manchester Trafford Centre, upstairs). The staff are friendly at this shop - plus they have a wide range of Rolex and Tudor watches.

Whilst visiting Moodys 1883 I was greeted by Emma, who made my partner and I feel most welcome throughout our experience. After expressing an interest in a number of products Emma was able to answer any queries we had through her incredible product knowledge and passion, whilst showing us examples from the extensive product selection in store. We also had the pleasure of talking with David who shared the same impressive knowledge and passion for the products available. Both Emma and David showed a real interest in us as people and not just as a customers which was very refreshing

Had a Rolex watch resized today by Carl, who was forthcoming and helpful with his knowledge. Fortunately he picked up on some important details which a novice such as myself missed - I would recommend highly.

We recently decided we would like to buy our daughter a Rolex watch. She is undergoing chemotherapy at the moment. We found a preowned one at a local jeweller but our experience there was very disappointing and unhelpful. We approached Carl Moody of Moodys Nantwich in relation to buying a new Rolex rather than a preowned one. Carl was honest, helpful and very empathic regarding our daughter's situation. He promised to ring in 2 days to inform us whether he was able to source the watch she wanted. True to his word he phoned to tell us David, his Senior manager has acquired the watch from Rolex and would let us know when it arrives. We collected the watch last Tuesday from David who was extremely kind and helpful. Our daughter is delighted and it has given her a much needed boost. We will continue to do business with them and would highly recommend them. They are amazing. Thank you to all the staff at Moodys.

My wife and I recently visited your Nantwich showroom. Our experience with Carl and the rest of the Moody's team was absolutely first class. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were made to feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. At no point did we feel hurried and it is a credit to the entire team that they genuinely took an interest in us as people as well as our immediate purchasing requirements. Customer service like this is less common than you might think. The team was also very knowledgeable, informed and passionate about the products they were selling and of Moodys as a business, which is great and the way things should be. *Closed at 4:44pm !* I'm a watch collector/enthusiast from Paris. I finished work extra-early to come tp Moodys and check out the watches. I foud it closed at 4:44pm ! I phoned them, standing in front of them behind the glads, and I was told that "anyway" I was not missing on anything because there was no Rolex watch in the shop. The lack of watch delivery is a classic from Rolex, not Moodys responsability, but this answer sounded pretty surreal. This is not a joke, I will carry this anecdote.

Having been a long standing customer of Moody's all I can say is a huge THANK-YOU to the whole team. Carl, David and all the staff are the most attentive, discreet, often entertaining, passionate about all they do and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Even the cleaning of previously purchased rings etc being offered on every visit - first class customer service. I have been really fortunate over recent years with their help in securing some of my favourite Rolex watches and they have also made some stunning pieces of jewellery for my wife often going well above our expectations in discretion and keeping things secret. Both my wife and I have been on the receiving end of the Moody's secret keeping and they are really good at it! They re-worked a vintage diamond ring that belonged to my wife's late grandmother and now the stone is set in a unique claw on a modern band it is absolutely beautiful. What an incredible experience at Moodys... Looking to buy a watch with a contribution from my Dad that had sadly passed several years ago. Carl and his team could not have done more to support with information and expertise about finding the right watch, before sourcing this piece and quickly bringing it in for me. On the day of collection they explained everything, ensured I fully understood how to adjust and take care of my new SeaDweller. When it came to payment Carl and his team exceeded my expectations again. Taking the £100 cash I was putting towards this and pushing it straight into the Marie Curie collection box, the charity that had supported my Dad though Cancer. Fantastic jewellers, dealt with Carl Moody who is a true specialist in his field. We had spoken to a number of jewellers who claim to be Rolex specialists but none offered the service Carl did. I was looking in the shop window last weekend having been researching a new watch. I’d been looking at Tudor and Omega options online. I noticed that the Black Bay Bronze was on offer in the window at a good price. I rang the security door and a lady answered the door. She explained that they were very busy whilst looking me up and down in a manner that made feel I was in the wrong shop. I could see the store was busy which I appreciated, however the lady stood in the doorway and did not invite me in. I asked a few questions about the watch in the window and eventually she said I could come in. As I was willing to spend the money subject to trying the watch on I would have appreciated a warm welcome and somewhere to sit while I waited for someone to help me. Feeling disappointed at the lack of welcome and service, I said I would call back when they were less busy. All in all disappointing I haven’t been back which is disappointing for all concerned as it could have been my first Tudor to add to my collection.
