Update: since posting this review, I have noticed much more frequent posts about sales on this shop’s Facebook page! I went back today for another $2 sale advertised on FB and got some amazing stuff. So, check them out on FB and/or call ahead for special deals. The good: lovely selection of clothing and furniture. The bad: on Wednesday, I called the store at 3:30pm (a half hour before close) to ask if they were running any special promotions. I was told they were having a sale where all clothing and shoes were $2/ea through the end of the week. I arrived the very next morning at store opening time. When I didn’t see any signs about the $2 sale, I inquired about it and was told that “main office called and said to cancel the sale.” I asked if there is a mailing list or an up-to-date online presence of any kind where store patrons could stay informed on promotions and was told no - main office can change their minds whenever they want with no notice. I expressed my disappointment since I planned around and drove pretty far to get to the sale, and I was met with a shrug and a half-hearted apology. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never even heard of a store planning a sale and cancelling it within the span of 12 hours, let alone without providing any way for customers to stay informed.

This is the best thrift shop! Wealthy people often donate beautiful, newish, trendy items, and these are sold at very reasonable prices, too. The have expanded recently, and the store is larger than before. And, the cause is a great one: The East End Hospice is a wonderful organization. Check it out - you will not be disappointed!

Make sure you check by the register to see what's getting discounted that day some times it's half off for certain items. I went there and bathing suits were on sale for 2$ a piece. But it's different each time I went 75 percent off housewares one day then 1/2 off shoes another. Great prices no matter what day!! They even sell large items like couches and dining tables.

I've been shopping here for about 7 years. It's a very nice store with great people working there, and of course it goes to a good cause. I will say that since they renovated it, the prices have gone up. You can get good deals, especially if you happen to arrive when a good furniture donation is coming through the back and snag it first. This tends to happen more in the off season. In July and August there is more competition in that sense. I actually preferred it before the renovation, when things were a bit more haphazard and crowded but cheaper. It was fun to dig and find good deals. Now a lot of items are quite expensive for a thrift shop. They have 50% off days, but even then items aren't the deals they used to be. There is a set of decorative plates in one part of the shop that have been there since May. No one has bought them, which is a sign that they should really be marked down, but they haven't been. I will still visit the store, but I seem to be finding better deals further east and west.

This is a beautiful store that carries a beautiful spirit and heart along with its merchandise. All the items sold and money raised goes towards good grief camp, helping children heal after the loss of a loved one. I bought so many items and I am so happy with the service and friendly atmosphere. I met wonderful people and will definitely return to do more shopping. Mary Drew

Insane prices for second hand clothes, however their selection isn’t bad

This is the best thrift shop I've ever been in. It is a regular stop for my friends and me whenever we are in the Hamptons. Beautiful merchandise, unbelievable prices, lovely staff, neat and organized store, good cause - love it!

Visited with my mom in law while on vacation. She is a regular there. Great shop, nice selection & very fair prices,. Clean, well stocked & lovely volunteers & friendly management. They had even saved a candle for her that they knew she liked to buy.

What a great store and a great cause! Truly they have amazing prices and such nice lady’s who work there! Always so bright and cheerful makes my day evertime I get to stop in and look around I never leave empty handed!
