Rooms are not cleaned. Not the cleanest when we moved in .. We have no balcony table . Chairs dirty When we moved in we had no blankets no remotes, we had to ask later , staff is nice but same time they ignore u a lot .. Pool is freezing , no bar , no gym , stairs etc dirty , lifts old and dirty , sometimes doesn't work , No clean towels, no room cleaning, 3 stars are too much for this .. Good for just night stays ,

Money grabbing workers. Charging 100 quid "fines" for anything they want and only taking it in cash because there was nothing wrong done and there will be no record of it. Disgusting attitude and carry on by the receptionists

Scam artists as when we were going on throughout our week we decided to turn on our TV which turned out to be broken, when trying to get our deposit back they charged us as we did not find this out on the first day. They took 200 euro off us for the TV and not to mention when we thought one of our friends were very sick we asked to ring an ambulance the the receptionist refused to offer any help and instead gave us another 100 fine for annoying him and said if we do not pay the fine we would all get kicked out of the hotel. They will try look for anyway to scam you and take money off you anytime they can. They take all fines in cash so they put it all right into their back pocket. Not to mention no A/C and only 3 pillows for 4 beds. Biggest scam of a hotel and glad to be gone.

Upon arrival me and my friends have been charged €247.00 per room as this is a “new rule” the hotel has made they take a €200.00 to prevent damage to their rooms also the cleaner just hasn’t came to our room I’ve had to go to reception and complain and she still hasn’t came the whole time we have been here we just needed the essentials not even our room properly cleaned toilet roll, towels etc? Honestly would strongly recommend not staying here by far worst hotel in Santa ponsa

Extorting and abusing young people on their first holiday, Don't make the mistake of booking this as the cheap option. The receptionist and security staff extort the 18yr olds attending on their first holiday abroad from the second they arrive. They are taking advantage of excess tourism regulation which allows fines for bad behaviour and charging for everything from talking to walking. Check other reviews and youtube video Hotel from Hell Deya. The staff are aggressive to the boys in particular frightening them with batons and on occasion as can be seen in the video actually violent, roaring and shouting and threatening the police. They have thrown boys out in the street wrongly accusing them of setting the fire alarm off. The manager Jose is fully aware and compliant of what his staff are doing. The boys on this occasion paid €450 for deposits and city tax the girls paid €30 there is no continuity the figures are plucked out of the air its a complete scam. Pay another few hundred euro and get a safer option just a few doors away. The location is not worth the sheer stress caused. You will not feel safe here. Love Holidays, the management and staff of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. I have read hundreds of reviews saying the same thing.

Extortionists!! If you are a young person planning your first holiday I would strongly recommend you DO NOT BOOK this place. The receptionist and security staff are taking advantage of excess tourism regulations which allows fines for bad behaviour and charging for everything from talking to walking. Check other reviews and youtube video Hotel from Hell Deya. On this occasion the staff at this so called establishment were aggressive to the lads holidaying here, in particular, frightening behaviour by banging on their doors, accusing them of setting off fire alarms, not showing any evidence to substantive their claims and chucking the lads out onto the street in the early hours of the morning an refusing to give back the deposit. It was only after being challenged that they gave some of the deposit back. In the videos on YouTube you can see examples of the staffs' aggressive and threatening behaviour. The manager Jose is fully aware and compliant of what his staff are doing. The lads on this occasion paid €450 for deposits even though they had already paid to stay there! Girls only paid €30, there is no equity, the figures are plucked out of the air, it is a complete scam. Pay another few hundred euro and get a safer option just a few doors away. The location is not worth the sheer stress caused. You will not feel safe here. If a parent you will be worried sick if your sons' choose here. Love Holidays, the management and staff of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. I have read hundreds of reviews saying the same thing. Because I had to choose a star to rate I gave it 1. Truly it doesn't warrant any.

Nice spacious apartment. Only complaint is that our room wasn't cleaned until we asked the front desk. Once we asked it was cleaned at the next opportunity.

Awful experience. Just left today having spent 5 nights in hell. Filthy disgusting hotel. Bed sheets stained 2 single beds pushed together for a couple and underneath the beds was disgusting, cigarette butt's everywhere. Bathroom floods when you shower. Towels filthy. Cutlery disgusting. Floors sticky. There 5 nights and was never cleaned. No extra towels given. Had to ask at reception for toilet roll and male did not speak and handed me a half used toilet roll. Just horrible accommodation

Awful hotel! Our room was dirty - plaster lifting off the walls, dirty bedsheets and the fridge wasn't even on when we got there (had a insulin dependant type 1 Diabetic with us who relies on keeping insulin in the fridge). Full of young party goers, who were knocking on all of our doors as they were coming back from a night of partying. This hotel really should be advertised as a party hotel really aimed for a younger clientele. We ended up booking and staying elsewhere.

These self catering apartments are basic, one small pot and a casserole dish, 2 ring hob, no cooking utensils and not even a bottle opener, you wouldn't be cooking a 3 course meal. The pool area is good and well maintained. It's central to clubs and bars. As a place to just put your head down it's ideal.

Was worried about staying here reading bad reviews.... I'm here now and these apartments are not as bad as people are making them out to be... OK its not the hilton but for what you pay its perfect... the staff couldn't be nicer and reception staff greet you smile every time we walk past.... rooms are very spacious and yes could do with a lick of paint but for the amount of time you spend in the apartments they are clean and comfy.... we are on the 3rd floor and it's not too noisy but during summer months it would be different.... very central and less than 5 min walk to beach.... pool area is kept spotless and staff out cleaning it every morning..... would definitely stay here again.... if you're fussy about clean sheets and towels and luxury toiletries then maybe book somewhere else... most people bring their own and who changes their sheets at home everyday🤷🏽‍♀️ life is too short to worry about small things just enjoy the sun and have a great holiday

Great size room ,should have room cleaning service card to hang on outside of room door so cleaners know when to clean your room, shower had mould around tray which was disgusting & also once shower was on the shower tray seemed to fill up really quickly the drain must have being fairly blocked. The majority of reception staff weren't very friendly it looked liked they didn't want to be at work. The location was great near all pubs & restaurants & beach apart from the few bad comments we had a lovely holiday for a low cut budget apartment it was ok.

OK so we were a party of 8 in 3 apartments for a hen do. We're aged between mid 20s to 60s and all from professional backgrounds as well as extensively travelled. We knew this wasn't going to be the Ritz from the reviews and we accepted that but we were not prepared to compromise on cleanliness, hygiene or state of repair and amenities provided in the room. As a result of that, I contacted the Head Office via Twitter and email to say we know its not a luxury chain but we would not compromise the essentials I've mentioned. HO did get the Director in Santa Ponsa to email me back and he did acknowledge we needed 3 well maintained rooms that would be clean but also reaffirmed this is a "party hotel" IT'S NO FRILLS BUT DOES THE JOB WELL So you won't be getting get fancy soap bottles or shower gels and don't expect the maid in everyday. If you haven't packed your own toiletries and don't know how to make a bed, should you even be away without an appropriate adult lol 😆 We were there after summer hols so very few kids and to be fair it wasn't full of partying young ones unless you count us lot! #eagle We had apartments 271, 273 and 274 on the 7th floor in the main block. The views across the bay of Santa Ponsa were the best you are going to get, truly stunningly to sit on your balcony with its clear glass front, allowing you to take in the resort as the sky changes colour as the sunsets, worth it just for that. Location 3 min walk from the beach, on the main strip, supermarket in hotel and one opposite, loads of bars and places to eat, we loved breakfast in Mrs Murphys Kitchen each day, good brew, quality breakfast and really welcoming. The rooms Basic, clean and had all the bits we expected. Decent shower, microwave, fridge, aircon in main lounge as well as the bedroom, hangers, towels, plenty of sockets and a TV on the wall. Pool Brilliant area, clean, plenty of space to sit or sunbathe including sail shelters for shade. Little shallow pool for kids and decent enough size pool for adults. Bar/Gym Hotel has a bar at the front on the main strip so you can't go wrong really, staff again really nice. Gym looked good...never went near the place 😄 Staff Reception lovely, especially Gabriel but even the Director was personable and came to speak to us to check everything was ok. All the other staff we encountered were pleasant. Only one person we found funny, as in his action's were hilarious and that was a sort of 'security' bloke on the first night sat by the pool. As I mentioned the view was lovely so after a full first day we decided to have a drink on the balcony. It was 8pm and we kept getting a light shone on up to our balcony, we had music on, 6 women between 30 to 60 sat in PJs so not exactly hard core ravers but even the hotel and its Director describe it as a "party hotel" so we waved back to the torch man a few times. At 8.53pm torch man came banging on our door, barged in and was shouting at us (big mistake) he claimed there had been complaints about the music! It was a Beats pill speaker so hardly Glasto, playing 80s (yes that could justify a complaint I suppose) but we were not raucous nor did we deserve his aggressive approach. He tried to say the apartment nextdoor had complained until I told "I am in the apartment nextdoor, its only 8.53pm not midnight now off you pop with your torch" Had we of been a group of young girls, we could fully see how this type of behaviour would be really intimidating but sadly for torch man he got a group of middle aged women who sent him and his torch packing!!!😄 Would I stay here again? Yes I would, with no expectations except cleanliness, hygiene and a room in good repair. We didnt just get what we paid for, it exceeded that by miles and we have just had a ball at the Pierre and Vacances Deya Apartments in Santa Ponsa.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean. Superb pool and patio/bar area. Excellent shower. Mattresses comfortable. Loved the balcony. Staff on reception and cleaners very helpful. Great location for eating out and beach. Clearly popular with young people partying but that didn't bother us at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for money. Couple of polite suggestions for me personally: would have liked a toaster in kitchen but not a deal breaker so didn't feel the need to ask for one. Bed pillows a little lumpy.

Stayed here with 3 kids. Self catering room, spacious and air conditioning was a god send. It did stop working but staff were on the ball straight away even without me bringing it up to them. Common areas clean and staff helpful. Perfect distance to shops, bars and restaurant. The beach is just round the corner. I experienced minimal noise from other people staying there. Would stay again.

Party hotel! Booked without checking reviews (own mistake) lovely hotel if you are 18-22 as party hotel! Rooms not very clean had to ask for a different room and staff at the night desk very unhelpful but night porter saved us! Gave us another room which was a lot cleaner and we spoke to staff the next morning and moved us to the sister hotel across the bay which was much better and for older crowd! So perfect for parties and just passing out in bed at the end of the night with a prime location for pubs! But definitely wouldn't book for a family holiday but they can transfer you with a saving grace!

Staff were extremely rude. Cleaners would be walking up and down the corridor but not once came in and cleaned. Would talk about us and give dirty looks when you greeted them. Rubbish from people’s rooms would be sat out for a few days, not collected. When we arrived room was full of ants. No toaster. Wouldn’t return

Rooms dated and walls, floors dirty and marked. Just needs a good tidy up really. View and location are fantastic . Big let down was air conditioning, just not cold enough at all. Staff were friendly and helpful

The apartment was perfect with a beautiful view of the sea and the town and it was really clean. The b&b was located in a really optimal position. The receptionist who works in the afternoon was really nice and friendly, I loved this things! I really suggest you to book in this infrastructure.

Stayed for a girls holiday-we are over the age of 30 but very baby faced group. Staff is rude and completely unhelpful, eye rolling and muttering rudely under-breath any time you dared to ask a question! This place is completely ageist-the staff treat anyone over the age of 35 with complete respect and anyone below it with complete disrespect. One staff member who sat infront of the pool was caught trying to con an 18 year old boy out of 200EURO to let him back into his room as he forgot his room key and when they threatened to call the police he let them in quickly and left. Great location but you could not pay me to stay here again-they also didn't refill the toilet roll-you got 2 rolls of toilet roll for the entire week and when asked at reception, the guy shrugged and advised supermarket across the street smartly. Towels were refreshed once a week, we arrived on a thursday and new towels were provided on the wednesday. We had witnessed several alterations with staff and guests in regards to fresh towels and after witnessing the same sarcastic eye rolling from the staff decided it best to avoid asking. Owners should be ashamed of themselves for the kind of treatment the staff find acceptable for paying customers.

Good location, right on strip and close to beach but the room was absolutely disgusting. Blood on sheets, holes and stains on towels, stains on walls and curtains, dirty outside and inside furniture, no clean bedsheets for the full week I was there. Damp on the celling of the bathroom, blocked shower drain. Cigarette burns on furniture. What looked like snotters on the walls.

10/10 location for teenagers as it’s right opposite the bars and clubs. Perfect if you don’t mind a few ants. The staff are extremely helpful if there’s a problem. The pool is massive and the music is unreal. There’s a cheap supermarket right across the road. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the main beach where there’s paddleboarding and pedal cars to rent for use in the sea. I wouldn’t recommend for families but it’s definitely the best option for accommodation for teenagers! Just be aware that there’s a €200 deposit per room on arrival which can be not returned if you’re too noisy or messy.

I booked the hotel with my 81 year old grandmother who is primarily a wheelchair user. The hotel room was lovely and spacious and very clean however, there were lots of younger people at the hotel and my grandmother would prefer somewhere quieter. The rest of our family were staying in the portofino residence. I explained all of this to the manager Jose and he had us moved to the portofino residence where we stayed in a beautiful wheelchair accessible room with a sea view. Jose and the other staff were so friendly and understanding and we are so grateful for what they done for us. My family have stayed here many times and are booked to come back next year. Would highly recommend.

Be warned there's a lot of young people on lads and girls holiday at this hotel. Very popular with Irish. Apartment was good size with air conditioning, if going with family ask for a room on top floor as a bit quieter at night but can still be rowdy from the lads and girls on holiday that roll in early morning from partying. Good location for the beech and places to eat bars etc.staff on reception not really welcoming and got impression wasn't really bothered about how our stay was. Good size pool but gets busy in afternoon. No brush to clean room and have to ask for new towels and bedsheets as they don't change. If wanting cheap cheerful holiday it's ok. Also have to ask for tv remote and ac remote control.

Charging the most money they can and doing less than the bare minimum. Upon arrival were asked for a €200 deposit per room which we were not aware of. Our rooms were spacious but there were several marks on the wall, a broken tile underneath the sink in the bathroom, and loose light switches. There were marks on the bedding and pillows and even hairs found on our bed sheets when we arrived! During our whole stay our room wasn’t cleaned once, we were given the same towels the whole time, we had to ask for more toilet roll and empty/take out our own bins. The sofa bed was rock hard and the mattress was found with crumbs and rubbish on it as well as the cupboards having crumbs left in it too. The lift was also very run down, when two of my friends were in it, it dropped and would not open for 2 minutes. It is clear that the rooms are only cleaned on a surface level before someone new is arriving and less than the bare minimum was done. The hotel would be nice if it was refurbished and cleaning was up to standards. The only reason it was manageable was because we were on a girls holiday. Would not recommend.

This is a frat house; I don’t recommend for those w families. Heavy noise and parties until 5-6am both nights we stayed. A/C in living area didn’t lower temperature for space and we had to all sleep in the master bedroom. No soap or shampoo in shower, low quality sheets and pillows. My opinion: Unless you are 18-25yr old, don’t stay here

At arrival, around midnight, there was a very unpleasant guy behind the counter to welcome us. He only said what was necessary and didn't look or smiled at us. I think he was like that because he was watching a movie on the computer. The second after he gave us the necessary information, he sat down and turned the very loud movie back on. Fortunately the next day he was gone and there were 2 men who were nice and helpful. The apartment was very basic, but we didn't mind. We were outside, every day for the whole day. The mattresses were good, but you get only a sheet and there are extra woolen blankets in the closet. In the bathroom you will find towels, they will NOT be changed during your vacation (maybe if you ask for it...???). But everything in the apartment is clean! That's important. In the kitchen you will not find some basics. No soap, no towels, no coffee machine. But there are glasses, a kettle, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, a refrigerator, a microwave. And you will get a big terrace, about 4x3 meters, with a table and chairs. From the terrace you look at the big swimming pool with a lot of beds to sunbathe. Downstairs on the road you will find a lot of places to eat and to party. The sounds of music will start at about 8 o'clock at night until about 3 o'clock. We had booked transfer at the bus company MTS. They took us, and a lot of other people, to our destination. On the way back the bus was very late. I asked Adrian, a very nice and helpful guy who works in the hotel, to call the company. He said this is common with this company. On the phone they said the bus was on his way, 5 to 10 minutes. But when the bus came, he just drove by! He didn't even try to stop. So we had to take a cab, €43,-!! Luckily I can claim that amount at the company, but it's not cool... All in all, it's a nice place to stay. Especially if you like to party. In the apartment you will not hear the music and people. All the busses you need are nearby and don't fall for the saying you need to book a special trip to get to some place like a castle or Palma de Mallorca .You can do it all on your own by bus, it's much cheaper and you can take your time.

Budget apts. Very clean. Lovely pool. Right in the main strip. Noisy at nights but bedrooms at the back so really quiet for sleeping. Great friendly staff. Great views over the Bay.
