Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience and the best holiday ever at Vinpearl resort. The room very cozy with ocean view. All the staffs greeting nicely every time when they walked by. Also give the good advice with clearly information without surprising prices. Especially the receptionist is a woman who was on the shift at 6 of November around 1pm with traditional dress and covered by the black suit. She is very helpful with a good smile and professionally polite. Anyway all the staffs is well-trained. 5 stars isn’t enough. I paid an extra for airport pick up which very comfortable and cheap to get here. I definitely come back next time and stay longer. Thank you taking care of everything.

I don’t think it is worth the money unless you are from local. Food is so so but charged you a bit. I ll say it is better to go to other hotel and eat and pay. Room is nice beach is ok but anything else cost extra.

We loved everything about this property, the stay, Vin Wonders all the activities for kids. This place is just perfect for a family holiday. No need to hop from one place yo another. You check in and sorted for a great engaging fun holiday.

Stayed here with my brother 3 nights. It was clean and well organized. U can use gym at 6am to 9pm Also fancy swimming pool from 6am to 7pm We had a great experience here and will visit again soon!!!

Everything is great ! The service is exceptional and food is good too. The villa where we stay is close to the beach and the villa also has our own private pool. everyone here super friendly and courteou. My kids loved the location and wanted to come back again!!

Great service. My room is pretty good, and air conditioner runs constantly for all day long. The food is actually so so great, they have everything from Vietnamese to European cuisines. Fitness area is 100% free. Highly recommend 👌

The staff at the resort are so friendly and helpful. They will try to resolve all issues for our family. My elderly parents really enjoyed their stay and the staff were always helpful. This is our second trip and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip.

We stayed for two nights at Nha Trang Resort and definitely had an awesome experience. The staff (from front desk staff to cart drivers) always had smile on their face and was extremely courteous. We stayed at one of the villas and it was spacious for our group of eight people. We liked the complimentary drinks and snack in the fridge when we arrived but felt a little uncomfortable drinking the water bottles in the bathrooms. Despite few loose and missing tiles (please inspect as it could turn into safety hazard) we enjoyed the pool days and nights to keep us cool. We had buffet breakfast at The Lotus on both days and really liked wide selection of different cuisines. Buffet dinner at the same restaurant was sub-par for the price (yes even with 20% resort guest discount). We thought that the lack of complimentary soft drinks was disappointing. It didn’t help that we had to ask the restaurant staff multiple times to refill our glasses. We also had dinner at the Jasmine restaurant the first night and thought the food was delicious. We were hoping to see more items on the menu but the choices were acceptable. We liked the open-kitchen concept where you can see the chefs showing off their culinary skills. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would definitely spend few nights on our next visit to Vietnam.

Stayed for four days in this fabulous resort with family. Must say that we all had most wonderful holidays, thanks to immaculate service, squeaky clean room and exceptionally polite and courteous staff. They made special arrangements and sent in cake on our wedding anniversary day.

I love this resort. The service is impeccable and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The resort and the rooms are very clean. We had an AC noise issue in our room so the staff upgraded us to a new room. The new room had low water pressure in the toilet but it was not a deal breaker for us. We'll come back again next time hoping that they improve the rooms better. Overall it was still a great and unforgettable experience.

We stayed just for one night but enjoyed it so much. Not too many people. Perfect beach a lot of swimming pools. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Thank you!

Access via taxi, boat, then shuttle shuttle bus to get to location Need to have plastic cups for kids Timetable of bus and boat readily available on display needed for guest, so we don't have to keep asking hotel staff all the time

The face and body treatment was very relaxing to the mind. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would deeply recommend the spa treatment to anyone who has body pain or would like to relax their mindset. Perfect experience

Excellent place prefect for a family with young kids ! Also the staff is very sweet, always smiling and always ready to help. We god great Veg food on request. Mr Quang the supervisor at the breast area wa very very helpful and made some really delicious, Vietnamese vegetarian food. We will come back soon !

5 star experience that is affordable. That said, they have quite a bit of surcharges here and there for outside food, extra kids, late checkout, etc. But they gave us a free room upgrade. Service wise they will miss a little stuff here and there, such as missing my complimentary canned drinks, some areas of the air conditioned place is hot. But nothing significant to spoil the overall experience. The frequency of the tutu can be a little higher or on demand instead of every 30 mins, especially during peak hours.

Beautiful ocean view from our villa. The private pool was very nice and clean. Rooms were clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. We all had a wonderful time staying at the resort, definitely will be visiting this place again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Nha Trang.

Every stay is wonderful, in a room or like this time a Villa on the beachfront. Big schwimming Pool to relax. VinWonder an Entertainment Park and Waterpark with a lot of tubes ist connected closely.

Relaxing Quiet beautiful setting lovely beach pool and sea area professional and friendly staff and services, big size rooms and bathroom... we came for a birthday and they provided us with cakes and fruit for the special occasion, will come back soon

Absolutely outstanding place and extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Executive Chef Simon, Restaurant hostess Lien and Manager Greg were extremely helpful, courteous and Hospitable and they really know how to look after guests. Remarkable and perfect arrangements for transport to & fro to Main Land with precise timing.
