The staff are friendly but timekeeping is diabolical Had appointment for 9.30 and it was after 10 before the doctor appeared. Then further tests were required and was told to return at 2.30. Waited until 5pm before the doctor discussed the results. Why is it that these institutions think their clients time is worthless. We should be held as valuable because it is us who pay their salaries!

Fantastic team, excellent staff, and we are so grateful for everything they have done for our little Theo so far. We came for a second opinion with a puppy we found with a broken leg, first doctor wanted to amputate. Dr.Luis Chambel gave Theo a chance and operated on his paw (before and after pics included) and so far he’s doing so well. The recovery is still long but he went from having a completely shattered and unusable leg to a straight and usable one and we can’t recommend them enough! (As for the comments that it is quite pricey: the normal doctor appointments and procedures are priced normally within normal hours, even X-Ray was perfectly fine. Speciality appointments like orthopedics are going to be priced at speciality appointment prices, same happens with us humans)

It's expensive, but if you can, it's worth it. Great vets, great service, a bit of a wait sometimes but it's a nice calm place. Also free coffee

This guys consider Thursday normal working day at 9am as Emergency or Extraordinary time and charge double??!! Where they think they are??? Crazy!!!

They are very committed and excellent people. They took great care of my kitten, and offered me to leave him without having to pay extra as many vets do. They offered us coffee, took care of the kitten and we went to dinner. They are very kind. They were also very affectionate with my cat. And they solved absolutely everything he has. I really recommend them a lot!!

They saved my dog's life. He was hit by a car and had a pneumothorax and thanks to the professionals in the clinic he is back at home with us 🥰 BIG Thank you to all!

While happy with the capabilities this hospital has with the treatment of a cat with saddle thromboembolism, we were not happy with the service we received. When visiting our hospitalized cat, the timer was always ticking, and the staff told us that after 5 minutes, they needed the room and to stop the visit. When it passed, we came to say our last goodbye, and suddenly, a staff came in and decided to carry his body out. She asked if it was okay, but it we were rushed and feel we should have been given adequate time to say goodbye to a cat we had for 14 years. We paid full price for the cremation with ashes delivery, but they organized the delivery to THEIR hospital not to our home address and were told, " you should have asked for that..." To us, it seemed obvious. It would be helpful if they had a visitation room. Owners have feelings too...

You know, it was tasty but you will have here different fila-like compositions and some some hot sushi as starters in price of 20€ per person. We have expected much more, dragons, California twists... but not filas twists (the cheapest). So 4.5 for taste and 0.5 for diversity...

It was our second visit to the VetOeiras veterinary clinic. We felt like we were in great hands. The entire team works very professionally, is extremely friendly, focused and always took great care of our dogs. There is no doubt that this team loves animals, which in turn, of course, they appreciate. In our cases, we went to Ludwig Chambel with our two Portuguese water dogs to have their hips x-rayed and to clarify a problem with a lame dog. Always perfect.
