It was my first visit to a gym with this concept and it was my choice. A very professional and dedicated team. We are never alone, PT is always pulling for us. It's a tough exercise but you'll see results. The facilities are good, always clean. Water available to us with an orange flavor. Of the best. Apart from exercise, we are also advised and encouraged to have a healthy diet. I recommend Ebody Campo de Ourique.

I am very satisfied with the experience. The training is very personalized, which is very positive and the post-workout demonstrates that, despite being short, the training is very effective.

Good but good! You can work seriously in 20 minutes... We left with that feeling of good tiredness, which I personally would never get in a 'conventional' gym because I don't have the time or patience. Here we know it's only 20 minutes and everything goes! Then, add the fact that the PTs are very friendly and genuinely want our success!

The eBody team at Campo de Ourique is fantastic! Very well-prepared professionals, efficient in all aspects, from administrative work to personalized contact with customers. The gym is impeccably clean and has a pleasant, clean atmosphere. When I'm not in Lisbon, I take my personal trainer with me anywhere in the world, holding classes via Zoom.
