    The Ananda Yoga Center has existed for over 25 years. It has a long history of sharing well-being! Its importance in the city of Lisbon as a unique place to practice yoga is unquestionable. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the classes are excellent. Practice monitoring is individual and personalized. Qualities that the Ananda Center cultivates are what characterize it as a very good practice space.
