Excellent restaurant. We wanted to avoid the crowds of Nazare and found this wonderful restaurant. Excellent service, nice relaxing environment and great food. The starter bread and olives are very fresh. I had vegetable risotto which was very good and my husband had the cod a bras which he really enjoyed. We will come back if I’m the area

This restaurant deserves all the great reviews. 5 start food and service! All the dishes we had were amazing and so were the deserts. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. One of the best places we’ve been to in Portugal! And by far the best in Nazare

Can I love it? Yes, of course !!! Probably the best place in Nazare for a reasonable price. Very quiet, very comfy, brilliant cuisine, pleasant staff, nice interior, Oh Jesus - I want them to be open more often than on Friday and Saturday evenings :-). This is a face of culinary heaven for "not-posh" people I have ever imagined. God thanks there are a few places like this - you can find them here and there.

Ouh wow! I have a lot of good things to say about this place! It's amazing!!! I found the restaurant after much research, avoiding overpriced restaurants close to the beach. To my surprise, the restaurant looks super high end but very very very good price! It's affordable, and very tasty. We ordered cod fish & fried calamari on our first visit with migas & vegetables as sides. We came back for the second time the next day because it was super good! We ordered Portuguese steak and Octopus on second day. It's really great. Big dishes and very cheap. This is the one of two cheapest restaurants I've eaten in Portugal.

The best meal we had in 14 days in Portugal! We are remembering this place every day now and regret we had only 1 day in Nazare. Really, this was soooo good, you guys rock there! The starter was the best starter I had in my life. I praise the cooks and the waiters there!

Just an amazing experience. We stayed at Ohai camping park and it was a short walk. We ate down in nazare yesterday and it felt like a tourist trap with average food. We found esmeralda looking at the reviews and wow it was amazing from the greeting to the dessert. Attentive service, patient explanation of the food and its origins and ingredients when I wasn't sure and fantastic vinho verde to go with the amazing food. We enjoyed the prawns and croquettes to start.. the prawns were sensational, then for main the picanha, the bacalao a bras, veg risotto and a fantastic fried octopus with a cornbread, bean and parsley side that was lovely. Topped off with a great homemade dessert selection. A fantastic meal, great service, great setting feel lucky to have found this place! And the price.. such good value!

Uns hat es beim ersten Besuch so gut gefallen, dass wir uns entschlossen haben, einen weiteren Abend hier zu verbringen. Der Service war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Der Octupus war unfassbar zart und die Portionen sehr üppig. Das Restaurant ist innen sehr hübsch und modern gestaltet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als stimmig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.
