Fantastic place to visit in the charmingly and cozy village of Odeceixe! Park your car down by the water, just outside the village, and climb all the way up to the place where the windmill is located. The road is signposted but you will reach it anyway when you step up through the narrow streets… From the location of the windmill you have a beautiful sight. The windmill itself is well maintained and in perfect condition, as well as the area around it!

You can visit this place at night, as it is lighted up.

Absolut toller Aussichtsort mit tollem Blick über das ganze Dorf. Die Mühle ist sehr gut erhalten bzw. restauriert. Ein sauberes WC gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Öffnungszeiten sind allerdings anders wie sie bei uns im Reiseführer beschrieben sind.

Molino muy bien conservado, con un mirador a su alrededor donde se pueden ver preciosas vistas de Odeceixe.

Moinho de vento, recuperado e em muito bom estado, mas não em funcionamento. Aberto diariamente na época alta para visita livre. Na época baixa, o horário poderá ficar limitado. A área envolvente (miradouro), é de acesso livre a qualquer hora. Podemos perfeitamente perceber como funcionava o moinho, através dos mecanismos impecavelmente recuperados. Tem a presença dum funcionário da junta de freguesia, que ali nos pode esclarecer algumas questões. Peca por não ter alguns items à venda, alusivos ao moinho (ex. pão/ bolos secos / farinha de milho, etc).

Bien conservado. La señora que lo cuida es encantadora. Una pena hacer ido un día después del incendio, el paisaje quedó desolador.
