Amazing experience...ALWAYS! The employees of this beautiful, quaint restaurant have *never* been rude, impatient or anything other than helpful and professional. The food is fresh and beautifully presented. This is not a typical Portuguese restaurant, which is why people LOVE IT and they have a wonderful client base. They always offer vegetarian options, or a meat option. Ignore the snarkey reviews...these ladies do an amazing job, make and serve their food with love and attention. Keep it up Casa de Lídia!

Delicious food - fresh and tasty. Service was excellent and we sat outside under the sycamore trees near the river. Also have vegetarian dishes available.

Sou cliente habitual e posso afirmar que na Casa da Lídia tudo é caseiro, desde os pastéis de nata, ao pão com que fazem as torradas e tostas, as chamuças, scones, bolos maravilhosos e pratos exóticos, sempre com opção vegetariana, por um preço alinhado com a qualidade que oferece. Tudo é maravilhoso, já levei lá todos os meus amigos e família, que ficaram rendidos. Estavamos a caminho do Porto e decidimos parar em Leiria para almoçar. Encontramos pelo google maps e achamos este local perfeito, o atendimento incrível e a comida muito deliciosa. Tudo feito com muito carinho, saudavel e com opções vegetarianas e vegan. Quando voltamos para a região certamente iremos novamente
