the day before the appointment I called to find out how long the waves would take as I had little time to get there, the lady (very friendly and attentive) told me it would take around 45 minutes, ok. On the day I arrive at the appointed time and I am asked to wait a bit, that bit took half an hour, and I ended up having to leave without carrying out any service, there were 5 clients for 3 hairdressers. I have to say that I was quite disappointed because the reviews I read were all excellent.
