    Place is great. Great atmosphere and the food was nice. However I have to say that prices here are not very reasonable. Example: I order a bottle of wine. I drink that bottle every week at home in Lisbon. It costs 5.5euros at the supermarket. They sell it here for 24!!! Euros. When I ask for this one (because all the others are even more crazily priced) the waiter tells me “great choice!” (We’re talking about a 5euros bottle of supermarket wine guys :). Here’s the pictures. Not for the weak of hearts…

    Really nice restaurant with live music. The food was delicious and the service really good. Value price for food is really good. I will come back

    A good meal out on a Friday night. Place filled up in outside garden quite quickly. You need to book. Excellent service by a well trained team. We had Chateaubriand for 2. Very nice. Pepper sauce was a dismal failure - but sauteed mushrooms delicious. House red and rose wines good value. Nice garden seating. Family groups well catered for. Worth a visit but a little expensive. Tries to punch above its weight but doesn't quite make it. Lots of potential.

    Attended here with my husband, dad, 2 sons and eldest sons girlfriend. Had excellent cocktail, fantastic server's who were so friendly and attentive without being in your face. The food was excellent. The table shared the seafood starter and the charcuterie type starters. Then the main dishes were shared various steaks which were cooked perfectly to our liking. It happened to be our eldest sons birthday so they made it special for him! We had a great time, it was a great setting and lovely atmosphere. I hope to visit again when next going to Portugal!

    Food was amazing. Staff super friendly. Entertainment was just great. Charlie played some great songs with his guitar. A perfect family place as well as a place for couples too. Steaks are excellent, starters are fab. Guys 10/10

    This place is very cozy and has a nice atmosphere, the selection of food is good and for reasonable prices, al though a bit on the higher end for the area and quality. I had the ribeye and it was very unevenly cooked, I asked for medium rare and some parts were well-done, and others rare, I guess this is because of the technique they use to cook. Because of the unevenly cooked steak I have to deduct points, it would have been 4-5 stars of the meat had been closer to medium rare.

    Amazing! Great environment, whilst the guitarist set the mood we settled into what was to be a more than enjoyable evening. Welcoming and consistent service backed up by excellent food!! A gem to be enjoyed, thank you 😊

    One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Such a lovely restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. I couldn’t fault it. Great service, great food and wonderful live music.

    Great steak restaurant! Cozy ambiance, friendly and attentive staff. We had gazpacho, chateaubriand and chuletón. The best dish was a chateaubriand, it’s 5 star from me. Also the kids menu offers a lot of options 👍🏼 will be coming back, thank you!

    Great service and very appetizing food. Lovely setting in the trees with pretty lights. Lots of meat with some fish and pasta options. Desserts were very good. Had a sharing plate which was good portion. Enjoyable meal.

    We were very excited to be visiting Barbacoa. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and won't be returning. It started well. Had some nice drinks to start, though there were a lot of mosquitoes in that area ànd we both got bitten. I had a starter.of mussels which was lovely. The main courses we had were fillet steak which was tasteless and ribeye which was tough. Side dishes were limited in range. We didn't have a desert as we were so disappointed. 112€ which included 2 glasses of wine and a cocktail. There are so many many better restaurants at this price point.

    Quality of the food is very poor. Mussels for starter, the sauce was split but tasted fine. The potato gratin and the sauces are terrible. They taste like they were from a microwave meal out of Tesco. The rest of the meal was average at best. Not even close to good enough for the prices being charged. Only reason I've given 2 stars is the setting and the live music. Plenty of better options around

    Amazing food and service, the ambiance of this place is elegant and calming. Had live music when we were there. Every entree we ordered was delicious! Highly recommend the lamb and salmon.

    Delicious authentic menu all served up in a relaxing setting. Attentive service with a warm & friendly greating. Live music (solo guitarist) was just right & set the perfect ambiance for a wonderful experience. Easy to find location with good parking & access to the restaurant. Well worth a visit to spoil yourself.

    Excellent food and fantastic service. If you can't decide on dessert, highly recommend the chefs special dessert. Clean and welcoming. Ladies' bathrooms were a wonderful touch.

    Excellent service. Great food. Great atmosphere with a guy playing electric violin in modern songs bases. It is not cheap to be in Portugal, but well worth a visit. Super recommended

    Delicious barbecued food! All very tasty, with impeccable service. It is on the slightly pricier side, but well worth it.
