I saw a notice on your website that an exchange or refund is possible within 15 days of purchasing a product. So I asked your customer center for a refund and they asked me which branch to visit. But when I visited the branch, the branch refused to refund it. Is my fault in this procedure? I followed the procedure you announced and acted as you ordered. But you didn't even follow the announcement on the website. I showed the employee the email that the customer center sent me a refund, but it didn't work

Google hours listed open until 8 pm but I showed up at 7pm and was told it was closed! Very upset!!!

Staff does not have experience in sales One staff sticked to price of an item Although the item in another price was less 40 euros!! Also price in the site is less of what the shop has though it does not say exclusive online Hope they get better

The store isn't very big and could have more diversity, but the staff is helpful and depending on what you're looking for you can try it first before buying it

It offers stationery...computers ..mobile phones..Bluetooth speakers.chairs..printer cartridges etc.. except for stationery items everything else is in small quantity
