Came
from
London
and
stumbled
across
this
most
mediocre
cafe
that
cannot
make
a
flat
white.
Atrocious
customer
service
from
start
to
finish,
coupled
with
disgusting
coffee.
Super
weak
flat
white
and
when
requested
to
make
a
stronger
flat
white
(which
you
can
find
in
any
decent
coffee
shop
in
London)
the
barrister/staff
member
at
Giro
with
blonde
hair
felt
it
was
a
lot
of
hassle
to
do
and
said:
“so
you
don’t
want
a
normal
flat
white?”
Whilst
rolling
her
eyes,
sarcastically.
A
simple,
“sorry
-
let
me
make
this
again
for
you
but
stronger
this
time
and
let
me
know
after
if
it’s
okay”
should’ve
been
the
correct
response
and
expectation.
Advice
for
Giro
owner:
hire
people
who
know
what
real
customer
service
is
and
actually
care
about
their
job.
“The
customer
is
always
right”
should
be
something
you
need
to
urgently
preach
to
your
staff.
Not,
roll
your
eyes
and
make
it
feel
a
hassle
to
make
another
coffee
because
the
initial
was
so
weak
to
then
AGAIN
make
it
horrendous!!
Also,
take
the
time
and
effort
to
train
your
staff
how
to
make
a
proper
coffee
that
is
strong.
Perhaps,
take
a
leaf
out
of
one
of
London’s
top
coffee
shops
such
as
Rosslyn??
Only
people
who
haven’t
travelled
the
world
and
ever
tasted
proper
coffee
will
say
this
place
is
good;
period.
Avoid.
