A well located shopping centre in the centre of town offering variety of stores and coffee shops but quite a few premises are empty and locked shut. This gives an impression of underused and a place with slightly dull atmosphere. However, there’s a large car park and variety of other shopping facility in the area.

The Swan Centre is feeling a little dated now and the high street is fast becoming hairdressers and charity shops. The Mitchell car park has reduced its daily parking rate which helps but it needs to up it's game as a destination venue. Cinema, bowling and arcades help but with the costs rising they need to package some family deals to keep us coming in!

Shops are decent, though I'm still confused how H&M manages to make any profit being in the Swan Centre. I like the fact there's a Boots, Holland & Barrett, and other varied shops. The only issue I have is that the shopping centre seems to have opening hours suitable to the 1950s - when women were essentially stay at home housewives and could get all their shopping done before hubby got home. Closing at 17:30 is completely useless to those who work as by the time the train/commute into Eastleigh is done we're back in past 17:30. Are there local regulations that force it to abide by 1950s style shopping expectations/

My partner and our baby attempted to go to the centre today, they were met with every lift being out of order, this happens far to often. If you have a young child or a disability that requires the use of a lift I would avoid eastleigh and go to another town or city for your shopping .

Lots of activities the sheep loved, easily accessible for them as well with lifts as well as stairs, they do love their Starbucks(espiacally the maple pecan iced latte) though, so I'd like to see one of them added. Plenty of space to frollick, would frollick again.

Wow what a sad vile place to supposedly shop in. Security no where to be seen, nobody wearing masks anymore. Totally unsafe coming here.

Toilets are a real let down. Despite looking modern, they smell really bad. Gents have 3 taps blocked off for some reason. Women’s toilets don’t flush. Very unpleasant experience.

A decent sized shopping centre extremely clean open and airy feeling feels almost new shame that there's some empty shops and it could use some massage chairs like the ones in the Emery gate shopping centre in Chippenham. Just needs to be used to it's full potential.

The Swan centre has a number of well known shops, and Costa and Boswells cafes. Sadly there are a number of closed shops, not unlike many towns. Outside of the centre there are some restaurants, Prezzo Nandos Frankie and McDonald's etc. Tesco recently revamped, new layout not to everybody's choice. Additional security gates at checkout exits. Not really large enough to spend all day in the shopping centre unless you include the ten pin bowling alley or go to the multiscreen cinema. Variety of additional restaurants pubs and cafes close by in the town centre. Plenty of parking on two levels at the centre or limited Street parking

Great little mall . Lots of closed stores inside unfortunately and probably end up empty within a few years if any more close but easy accessible parking that’s not expensive.

The Swan centre is ok, always clean, not a huge shopping centre, Tesco, TK Maxx, Card Factory, Clinton's, Bon Marche, WHS, David Mellors (fanatsic jewellers, so helpful, friendly, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, extremely patient) Clothes shops, cafes, phone shops, pound shop, shoe shops, toy shop, Robert Dyass, occasional stalls, library, large car park (not for tall vehicles or larger wheelchair accessible vans). Staff in shops all friendly especially Card Factory, Boswells cafe, Pound shop, Yours clothing, WHS, TK Maxx and Costa. All of the Swan centre is wheelchair accessible, including 2 accessible toilets, which unfortunately for poor parents of little ones, doubles as the baby changing room. The is also the fabulous Eastleigh Library, the Vue cinema, Harvester and other eateries, as well as Bowling. Parking is a nightmare if you have a larger wheelchair accessible vehicle, ok for average cars and smaller vans. The lift often breaks down, but the security and cleaning staff will take you up to the library in the service lifts. I would love to see the Swan centre have a bit more life in it, maybe regular stalls with a bit more interesting things, a low carb/keto bakery/cafe would be wonderful, I hear the keto cafe in Kent is very popular.

Loved it Toilets were spotless Wide range of shops available A little sad to see some empty units We're in desperate need of a korean chicken outlet and a ramen restaurant We should leave units empty ... give local entrepreneurs some proper financial incentives and get some new businesses off the ground

The swan centre has become so much more that what used to be a tired old collection of shops. The cinema is the best value for miles, there are plenty of the usual restaurant chains, a bowling alley and a soft play place for the kids. I find nothing of interest in the shops since the bookshop closed down, but my wife seems to like wandering around TK Maxx buying things we never knew we needed, and at least I get to choose between Costa and Nero.

Went to the Harvester (as the place we intended to go to was closed 🙃) Very lucky for us as the meal was delicious. The young lady who served us couldn't do enough (well deserved tip!!) I also have to say the lunch time deal was Amazing...... Non of your smaller portions good full sized meal. Will definitely go back again and again.

Mini mall with surprisingly good range of shops. Not too many empty units. Tk maxx best in area for clothing. Tesco. Boots. Jewellers etc. Fashion. Ample parking. Eastleigh high st. Fare range of shops too. Compact shopping area with plenty to buy in a small area. Some cover on outside shopping streets. A high st that is surviving and a pleasant place.

Shame lots of shops closing down, so it feels like a beginning of a ghost town. Kept lovely and clean, never been any trouble in there, could do with more retailers opening in there.
