I hosted my moms birthday brunch in the private room, Avalon, for 19 ladies this morning. Emily, the catering coordinator, was an immense help setting everything up pre-party. She was extremely responsive and very kind. I arrived a half hour before the start to set up, and was helped by Martin, a staff member out front, who was also extra kind and helpful in getting everything to the room. The room is beautiful, spacious, even with 19 people + staff! Our servers were wonderful, attentive, kind, and professional. Highly recommend booking the Avalon room. Overall a wonderful experience which made my mom have an amazing birthday brunch.

This was our second time at Coin & Candor (for dinner), and we won't be going back for a while. This is just a review for their dinner service; we occasionally go for brunch and find that to be a much better meal. The fresh bread is always amazing, the forbidden rice is a textual & flavor wonderland, and the drinks were tasty and relatively strong. But beyond that, the meal was actually pretty bad. My wife's chicken was overcooked and bone dry. My "wagyu" strip was incredibly tough and had practically no intramuscular marbling. I've had plenty of wagyu steaks in the past few years (even a few that were from this particular ranch, Snake River Farms), and whatever they served me definitely wasn't wagyu or any variant of it; the cut was probably choice. I ordered it medium, because generally a super fatty cut like wagyu tends to need a little more temp to render all that fat (normally I would go for a medium rare), but it was served closer to well done. We also got a side of the cabbage, which was a complete disaster. It was acrid, bitter, and burnt tasting without having any real flavor profile to speak of. Our server was also very mediocre, but the rest of the service staff was really great, so I'm not docking an additional star for that. Overall, when I'm spending nearly $300 on two drinks and a meal, there are a million better places to do it. Sure, this was better than fast food, but for the price I'd rather go to Moody Rooster or any number of similar joints where you can get amazing food for quite a bit less.

Great food and service. The place is nice full of light with outdoor fountain. The chicken and risotto were delicious. Also good cocktails. I'd pass on the coffee

I LOVE this restaurant! We came here for cocktails the night we arrived and had the signature drink called COIN & CANDOR On Tonic made with a floral gin called monkey 47 gin, house-grown lavender juniper berry, dried lime but we were given a dried blood orange and the bar tender added a long thin slice of cucumber. We also had a rum drink called the KENTUCKY EARL made with coconut washed bulleit bourbon, earl gray syrup, soda water, angostura bitters. Both were awesome! The next day we ordered breakfast and it blew us away! My favorite and recommendation is to order the Breakfast Set. It’s like a buffet brought to your table. It includes coffee or tea, juice, a yogurt parfait with granola, croissant with butter and jam, and then 2 eggs cooked any style, amazing breakfast potatoes, bacon and toast. You will not go hungry!! Excellent service and sitting outside listening to the waterfall is an outstanding way to start your day!

Food was great but don't go hungry! Extremely small portions! Idk 500 bucks for a few bites was very disappointing for Easter Brunch. They compt the cokes but honestly I don't recommend going if you're hungry! It was delicious but like 2 bites! Uhgg!!

Good food, beautiful location. The four seasons customer service exceeds expectations every year. From the front desk, house keeping, dining is always a pleasure

“Treat others how you like to be treated” Golden rule and mission statement of Four Seasons corporation. **This is part 1 of my review.. since my overall experience with Westlake village was a rather odd one and somewhat contrasting** To start it off the entire stay at the property was estelar and out of this world. Beginning with pool and spa which I highly recommend for disconnecting and treating yourself to a true 5 star pampering experience. A major highlight was getting served by Jo as my pool server, a proper unique human being! She’s funny she’s energetic, and extremely charismatic. In general the entire pool team was always 2 steps ahead. If I got up to move an umbrella somebody would be there to help me out. At the gym, Rob made my day! I tried both the yoga and functional class. Upon realizing that nobody would show for group functional training, Rob personally trained me and was quick to adapt to my needs, wants, and fitness goals. Rob is a true gentleman with an extraordinary personality. Lastly at dinner we had the pleasure of dining at Candor and we were served by Eddie and assisted by a young lady whom was in training but I could not tell! Both Eddie and the girl were extremely hospitable, quick to give recommendations and exceptionally friendly and warm. I believe Eddie is from Puerto Rico and once we found this out he was connecting with my mother about the island, the beautiful beaches and culture as a whole. 20/10 on the entire experience, everyone mentioned above truly lived up to the golden rule, but what made it most spectacular is that they were able to shine through the corporate structure and share with my family and myself a bit of their unique selves. In my opinion that is what sets anybody working in service industry apart; doing your job to the best of your ability is one thing, but to have fun and let your genuine self be expressed in the little details is what will make you irreplaceable! Great job team!

I absolutely loved my experience here! The food was excellent! We ordered the calamari for starters and then had the red snapper for our main dish. The red snapper was huge! I was very impressed by the portion. I'd recommend ordering a couple items to share for variety for your main dishes. I finished out with their chocolate lava cake. It came with some an extra cookie and scoop of ice cream. Very delightful surprise. 😍 The cocktails were also done to perfection. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back. :)
