saying
I
love
Dr.
Go!
He
was
my
original
dentist
and
he’s
great!
This
review
is
not
on
him!
This
review
is
on
his
staff
that
fills
in
when
he’s
not
there.
I
am
a
full
grown
31
year
old
woman
with
2
kids.
I
recently
went
in
for
a
general
check
up
&
cleaning
(my
dad
came
with
me
&
I
was
dressed
down
in
a
jacket
and
jeans).
Now
it’s
been
over
10
years
so
I
know
there
wasn’t
much
in
my
file
if
anything.
However
the
dentist
I
ended
up
seeing
(Dr.
Monti),
didn’t
bother
to
ask
how
long
it’s
been
or
read
the
notes
(not
sure
if
they
were
in
there
or
not)
and
assumed
that
I
hadn’t
a
cleaning
in
6
months.
Then
he
proceeded
to
basically
tell
me
that
my
brushing
technique
needs
work
and
talking
to
me
like
I’m
16.
The
hygienist
was
nice
but
still
talked
to
me
like
I
was
16
and
contradicted
what
the
dentist
said.
She
said
that
I
did
brush
my
teeth
good
but
that
it
was
just
because
I
didn’t
have
a
cleaning
for
a
long
time
of
why
my
teeth
had
some
buildup.
To
make
this
appointment
even
more
uncomfortable
the
billables
manager
rudely
asked
me
if
I
would
even
know
how
to
write
a
check
when
I
was
having
a
conversation
with
my
dad
at
check-out.
I’m
sorry
but
that
was
ridiculously
rude
of
her
to
assume.
Overall,
the
staff
needs
to
not
be
so
judgmental
and
treat
patients
based
on
what
they
“assume”
is
their
age
whether
they
are
judging
it
based
off
of
their
clothes
or
who
comes
with
them
in
their
attendance.
