My son is 14 year old and is very shy but thanks to Esmael he loves coming to stretch lab and feels so comfortable with him. He has great conversations with my son which makes it easy for him to feel comfortable also teaches him new stretches that will help with basketball. 🏀 Thank you stretch lab

Stretch Lab is the best gift I've given my body. I can't say enough good things about the experience and more importantly the staff. Everyone I've delt with takes the time out to listen to my needs and address my concerns. I've already visited the studio 14 times and after every visit, I feel like my body has benefited from the experience. If you've considered going but haven't done it yet, DO IT!!! I have been going to Stretch Lab Valencia for years. Truly has improved my health and mobility. Feel amazing every time I walk out of there. I can’t explain how it makes you feel taller, stronger and “in line” with your body. I have had many technicians and they are all amazing, especially Jasmine. I can’t say enough or describe it if you commit to it, you have to really try it to know what I’m describing. It literally is a bit uncomfortable and there is this release at the end and it’s just such a great service to incorporate into your self care.

Sarah @ StretchLab in Valencia was highly recommended to me. She did a fantastic job explaining everything every muscle and stretch! I felt a big difference in my mobility and flexibility after my initial 50 minute session. She is definitely gifted at what she does and will have a new repeat customer!
