You need and appointment to get served, walk in olso special its early in the morning however they keep answering the phone call while you are getting the haircut, only 1 person on site after they open at 8:00am 2nd person came ot 8: 45 .the employee are very friendly they are welcome you make you feel good because they take time with each client. Good place and clean.

It was a disaster, the stylist could not do a silver highlight on my hair, my hair turned to golddish yellow, and it took 4 hours and opposite result at the end of a long time. She had to dye my hair black which is darker than my natural color meaning I can not have another salon to do highlight for me for some months, very bad and annoying experience.

It's ok. I only use it to cut my son's hair, and they're always a hit or miss. They've changed staff, so I'm still trying to figure out which hairdresser I can trust with my son's haircut. Big tip: ALWAYS schedule on a weekday before 4pm. If you don't, just add another 30 minutes to an hour to your appt

Never again in this location! had an appointment at 10AM. There were 2 serving. One chatty who kept on talking to the wife of the person being served, and one trainee(?). The first one, finished 20 minutes later -- because was talking all the time, then started to clean (which is fine) but then summoned by the trainee. The two started consulting for additional 15 minutes. When I protested the chatty women said "I will be with you in a minute" and turned to talk to the trainee. THIS IS A DISGRACE and PRPOSTEROUS! I stormed out at 10:35 AM. All is documented on my iPhone. Inconsideration for other people's time and lack of commitment. I do not know the name of the chatty one but her record can be found. My appointment was for 7/16/2023 at 10 AM. She should be fired.

Pretty good for Super Cuts. The ladies have years of experience. They can be rough around the edges but they know what they are doing . I found the online appt option a cute idea but it doesn’t really do anything so don’t waste your time. It’s still first come first serve ( from my experience). So don’t even bother unless they reinforce it.

Hair stylist was apparently in a foul mood. Wouldn't listen to how I wanted my hair cut and then proceeded to violently attack me with the trimmers. She even scratched my face. I was in the Marines, and this was close in both the method and madness that they cut my hair at boot camp. I'll be following up with corporate and won't be back.

I had my hair done a while back and it was great! The hair stylist was awesome but couldn’t sadly get her name... My hair cut was perfect but I couldn’t stop but overhear the manager talking about politics loudly and clearly. This of course did not ruin the haircut but the experience. Honestly, that’s one of the last things I would like to hear in general let alone while I’m getting my haircut. I hope they learn to talk about such topics behind closed doors or without everyone in the room listening.

I have been coming to see Chelsea for several months now. She is absolutely amazing! I did used to go to her location over at the Valencia promenade but the managers attitude was rude and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was after she explained how busy they were. I was being patient and understood that they were busy and said i didn’t mind waiting. Chelsea always does a good job and the first time i went to granary it was a much happier environment. So grateful that Chelsea switched over to the granary Square location. I love the atmosphere and the vibe they’re way better and so grateful that that’s where she’s at now!
