First disclaimer, this is not a restaurant BUT it is a place that sells very flavorful food! I believe they own a food truck, although, I had the opportunity to purchase food straight from their house cuisine. This is my first time trying this place. I came across to it because I look up Vegan Restaurants on Google. My order was "Tuesday Taco" and vegan cookies as dessert. Their menu, very simple to read. The Taco size are not the usual, but the quantity is a very decent amount. My total was $13.00 all together. Definitely, the right money for the right food. If you're willing to try something new, try Hard N Soul Vegan Cafe. Would be back to try a new dish from their menu!

At first I wasn't sure if I was in the right location but I gave them a call and they insured me I was and where it was at exactly. Don't be discouraged by their location but this literally a hidden gem! It's my first time here and besides these folks being really kind to me, their food was boooomb! Real homemade deliciousness! I just tried their oyster mushroom burrito but what through me off was their ginger cinnamon drink! That was good! Cuz I never had ginger and cinnamon together! But happy to have came across this restaurant! ❤️🙏

My husband and I travel across town (20+ minutes) to get good vegan food and we were hoping to find something closer to home. We stumbled upon Hart N Soul on google and decided to give it a try. We ordered the tacos and the chili hot dogs; both were amazing ! Decent prices and amazing taste! 10/10 would recommend if your looking for good vegan food. I can’t wait for them to get their truck up and running so more people can taste their food.

I’m a guy who eats a lot of hot dogs. I never write reviews. The Could Have Fooled Ya Chilidogs here are a national treasure. Best dogs I’ve ever had. I’m not vegan but would take these over legit any other dog I’ve ever had.

If you haven't eaten here. You're asleep. The hot dog tasted like a hot dog. It was spectacular. The customer service was comparable to Disney World.Tacos were remarkable and with a touch of hot sauce... immaculate. If you're Vegan or not, taste wise and service wise, congratulations, you found the food mecca. Don't think twice... Eat here.

Love love loved the Jackfruit tacos! They were delicious. The chickpea dip was amazing as well! I wish y’all was open 7 days a weeks, will be ordering again.

This is an UberEats delivery with a discount code. The Dirty Mac Burger, Fried Oyster Chicken Mushroom Wrap, and String Beans are a decent combination; the Dirty Mac Burger is the tastiest portion of the meal (kind of gritty and mushy, though tasty), the String Beans are good, and the Fried Oyster Chicken Mushroom Wrap is decent though I think the mustard adds a different flavor of salt which makes the meal taste very salty, to me. The food may taste different dining in. Otherwise, the meal is filling though I think the pricing is a bit much.

Amazing food and atmosphere! Got the tacos and had an out of body experience eating them. So delicious! Going back again to get the Dirty Mac Burger.

First of all I normally don't give excellent reviews bc I was taught if you don't have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. But this one is a keeper in Long Beach, CA. Ok to all my vegan lovers in the LA county area I ran across this vegan Cafe called HART & SOUL inwhich I ordered several different items on the menu and forgot to take pictures. I did my ordering online which was pretty safe so, I tried theirs Jackfruit Taco Tuesday inwhich surprisingly it was pretty boss...you get these 5 small street Jackfruit tacos that were very very juicey and seasoned just right topped with a tangy mango coleslaw and served with guac and chips. Oooooo lawd have mercy.....y'all they fooled me with the Chickpea Tuna....OMG it was so good I actually thought I was eating tuna....it was a nice size portion of smooth Chickpeas with chopped celery and other ingredients along with a nice touch of seasonings to make it taste like tuna. It was layed on top of a bed of romaine letter and served with sesame seed crackers which was a nice touch. Than that Chili dog mmmmm....it fooled me as well....good lawd when I bit down into all that goodness I was so delighted....that it was just that good. Let me tell ya, it was a marinated carrot to taste like a hot dog topped with black bean vegan chili and served with some nicely seasoned tarter tots. Oh yea, let me not forget the Heart of it all.. .I washed everything down with an awesome beverage called the Heart drink....it's a perfect blend of ginger, hibiscus, cinnamon, and piloncillo....it was so good that it made my taste buds in my mouth danced with delight. I'm just so sorry I didn't take any pictures, but next time I will. So, to all you vegan lovers out there, if you're looking for a good tasting 100% vegan food place, I suggest you try Hart N Soul Vegan Café. Oh, did I mention they're located in Long Beach,CA and they deliver....

Finally some REAL HART + SOUL VEGAN FOOD! Have you ever had vegan hot dogs made with carrots?!?!? Well... I have and it's delicious! Hart + Soul cuisine is inspired by Dr. Sebi. The legendary Doctor who encouraged an alkaline diet because we are electrical beings. Hart + Soul cuisine includes vegan tacos & a Monstrous Vegan burger which next time we will try. Bryce and the manager was gracious enough and fed some hungry entrepreneurs some vegan dogs and crispy tots.. Peace and make sure y'all go and support this Amazing Vegan Black owned Restaurant.

My tuna wrap was quite soggy and chips not sure of sourcing I.e., Lays? Great customer service and communication. Better directions to get to during dark hours needed. Food was ready in 10 minutes, yet no alert or notification. Very secure online transaction.

Dropped in for lunch and got the fried oyster “chicken” wraps with a side of string beans. Didn’t take any pics because I ate them too fast, sorry! The dressing in the wrap was delicious, a little salty and a little tangy, and the texture and seasoning on the mushrooms was perfect - crispy but not heavy, and full of savory goodness. The wraps themselves are small but you get two of them, and they have lettuce and pickles so the flavors and textures are a great balance of hot and crispy with fresh and crunchy. The string beans looked to be slow cooked and were full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back to try more.

I love the food here! It came out quickly and hot and delicious! My fav is the guacamole and the dirty Mac. And Bryce the cashier has such a warm presents. The chef came out and greeted us with a welcoming smile! I will be coming back and I will be telling my friends to come here as well

New local Vegan spot in Long Beach. Dr. Sebi inspired menu with many flavors and options. I ordered the dirty Mac burger & added an extra patty. Top 3 vegan burgers I’ve ever tasted. This place is great would highly recommend.

My first time getting food here and it was very good. My husband and I shared an order of chili bean hotdogs and a order of fried oyster wraps. I also tried the mint lemonade. We enjoyed all of it.

There is absolutely no reason this food should be THIS good. I just ordered the hot dogs through uber eats and I couldn't even take a picture to post here I ate so fast. I never really leave reviews on anything but this was too good not to. And if you're worri3d about portion sizes, don't be. They were perfect and actually a little much for me so I saved some for later. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
