I went in today to get my teeth cleaned with Rona. I have not had good experiences in the past with dentists, so I was very nervous coming in but Rona was amazing. She was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time I was in the chair. She will definitely be the person I go to from now on. I also want to send a shout out to the two gals at the front desk. They are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I have to say this is the best dentistry I have ever been to. I highly recommend Dr Picken‘s dentistry.

My experience was incredible with Doctor Pickens and the medical staff. Lauren is an incredible employee who was by my side from start to finish. When I walked through the door of Pickens Family Dentistry I was greeted and immediately felt welcomed. Dr Pickens and his team were truly fantastic. They were professional and personal making me feel comfortable even though I was quite nervous. I have not been to the dentist in a while and was afraid of what the outcome would be as a result. They put me at ease, asking me questions about my life distracting me from my anxiety and telling what I great job I have done just by making the appointment and showing up! I am so appreciate if them for making me feel comfortable and helping me feel better about my smile. I will be making them my regular dentist from this point forward and will not push back going anymore!

Highly recommend this place! Dr. Pickens is professional and answers any questions you have without judgement. The receptionists are always friendly and greet my husband and I by name. A SPECIAL shout out to Emily who was very professional, had excellent bedside manners and was easy to talk to. I always dread the teeth scrapping part of the cleaning but Emily was so gentle and fast I barely had any soreness afterwards. I was very impressed with her skills.

I was welcomed this morning by Cherri at the front desk with a smile and conversation. Short time later my hygienist Rona came and took me back for my cleaning. She has been cleaning my teeth for many years. Always a pleasant experience. I feel she is very knowledgeable in her field. Dr Drew came and reviewed the x-rays and examined my teeth. He always makes me feel comfortable. Back out to the front desk and Lauren was there to finish up. Speaking with her you wouldn’t know it was 9 months ago. This group always makes me feel like I’m family when I’m there. Great visit today!

My dental hygienist, Audrey, did a great job of taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. She was very adept at using the dental instruments in a way that removed most of the water from my mouth and kept me from coughing, which allowed her to keep working with only occasional interruptions. I’m very pleased with all aspects of my visit. Thank you.

Best dentist practice I've ever been to. Whole team knows what they are doing. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They don't just try to help by fixing your teeth, but solve other health issues to help prevent further damage to your teeth. Highly recommend Pickens!

They staff are pleasant to talk too and Always ready to give me explanation of my insurance coverage and work with me with my payment share. The hygienist are very warm and friendly and so is Dr Pickens. The environment are very clean and welcoming 😃
