I highly recommend Watch and Clock shop. I have been shopping here and the staff there are really friendly especially Paul, Kevin and Joy They are all really friendly, welcoming, honest, supportive and reliable. The customer service is excellent. The hospitality is excellent. The items are of excellent quality and a real bargain. There is always a reason to stop by the shop for friendly welcome and chat. The staff here are never too busy and they value you as a customer. I had a bespoke piece of jewellery custom made for me and it is really exquisite and it was exactly as I had wanted.

Thank you to the lovely Katie. I bought in my watch for a battery replacement and mentioned it was a bit dirty. Upon my return I found that Katie had not only replaced my battery but she had also cleaned it and it now looks like new. Katie didn’t want any extra money - she was happy that she had done a great job and the customer (me) was happy. We need more Katie’s in this world. Hope your boss appreciates you Katie!

Lovely local shop in Milton Keynes, run by a lovely honest transparent team willing to help and give a human touch to purchasing a very personal item. I can't remember a watch that fit me so well and best of all it's growing on me. What a perfect selection thanks to Kevin and his team. Will be sure to visit for any further purchase/service. UPDATE The place to go for used quality watches in Milton Keynes. I hadn’t visited this shop for a while but when I passed by this week I was pleasantly surprised to see they are now selling high end used watches inc Rolex, Omega, Tudor etc. I went in and met Paul who turned out to have extensive trade experience and excellent watch knowledge. The used stock is extensive and constantly changing. Definitely worth a visit if your looking to buy a quality timepiece and possibly the only place in CMK that you can actually buy a Rolex. Previous review. This is a lovely little shop and one of the few independents left in the city in an actual shop unit. They carry a large variety of watches and clocks in a wide range prices. The watch selection features some of the more unusual brands and also well known ones such as Seiko that manufacturer some lovely watches inc some automatic time pieces that inside are a work of art. The shop will also repair and replace batteries and carry a large range of straps if yours is broken or you just fell like a change of colour. Well worth checking out.

Found some old rings whilst having a clear out. Decided to get them valued here. Kevin and Gemma were fantastic. Service really was brilliant and I cannot believe how easy it was to sell through them. I got a far better price than expected and money was paid straight into my account within 24 hours. If you’re looking to sell your jewellery I really would recommend.

This is my go to jewellers as the service and dedication that I have always received is second to none. The quality of the items are superb, as is the knowledge and commitment of the staff, particularly Kevin, Gemma and Joy, who always seem to know what items will suit and interest me. Shopping at their store is a great experience and I have always been treated as a “member of the family” as opposed to purely being a customer. After searching some of the more better known jewellery shops in MK, and being rather unimpressed, we walked past this shop window and this gorgeous ring caught my eye. It is so so perfect. We were served by Gemma who was very helpful, and clearly was very knowledgable on the industry. Buying a pre loved engagement ring from here was the best decision. My ring is immaculate and x100 better than anything I’d imaged I’d be walking away with. We will definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands when it’s time. A lovely experience start to finish.

Fantastic service! Bent my clasp on my Bulova, quoted £40, next day I had a phone call saying that they tried to fix it but it has to be drilled out. Fair enough, deep down I was thinking how much is going to be now, £60 I was thinking, my partner though it would be £100. One week later, £40 later, I got my watch back! Good as new! Thank you!

Excellent service I won’t go anywhere else! Trusted Kevin with my precious engagement and wedding ring that I couldn’t wear, with finesse and care they resized cleaned and fixed both rings and even replacing the claws ensuring the diamond was secured in place! Fit and look is perfect! They are like brand new! I can’t tell you how happy I am to be wearing them again, definitely recommend you get your jewellery adjusted here. Excellent price, service was so quick and the expertise/advice was brilliant, which you don’t get these days in main stream places. All the team are so knowledgeable and friendly. I don't often leave reviews but I am so infuriated by the actions of this establishment feel I should. Took my Tissot watch in for repair of the clasp a few weeks ago. Waited some 2 weeks for a reply on if they could do job and how much. When chased, finally told it was something like £150 for an original part fitting or I could have a replica bracelet for around £50. I wanted an original part and this didn't seem right so decided to collect my watch. On collection, my watch was handed to me without the faulty clasp bits. When asked where they were, at first told there wasn't any, when disputed told, 'Oh, it must have dropped out the bag'. I was not happy as it was a sentimental gift and the parts lost, particularly as I had taken it in a sealed bag and no care had been taken with my property. To make matters worse a rude and insulting caucasian man then tells me he would 'do me a deal', if I were to go ahead with them!! Not what I wanted to hear just wanted my property back as I had given it and I felt that I was being ripped off. Eventually the lost parts were found a couple of days later and still they were offering me "a deal" to do the repair. I felt they should in that moment have said 'Sorry, it's our fault for losing the part and we will honor the repair as goodwill'. Not do me "a deal" for losing part of my property. Long a short of it, took to John Bull in Bedford, got an original part (clasp only) fitted, all done skillfully and professionally for £54! Prior to this incident, I had also purchased a few weeks earlier a small watch battery for £10 from here, then found could get it for £4-£5 elsewhere. Should have known better then. Best to use an authorised watch agent for those precious items.

Excellent store, I've bought three watches from here over the last two years and each of them has been perfect. I like Seiko's and prices here are often better than the Seiko Boutique online store. Also they have a lot of sales and discounts and I've saved large sum of money by shopping here. Will use again in the future!

I recently had my watch repaired by WATCHO and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The repair was completed quickly and the watch looks and works like new. The customer service was great, Kiran was an absolute star - friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Brilliant place. Had my 40 year old longines watch repaired there. It needed a Swiss movement, and they were able to do that . Not sure if everywhere could have supplied that. Good to find a reliable repair shop

I took my watch into the store today and spoke with Joy asking if he could make an adjustment to the bracelet. I found him to be very helpful and knowledgable in relation to my watch. I left the watch with him and he asked his assistant Katie to perform the alteration. They had the work done within an hour. I would highly recommend them to other people, they are professional, polite and accommodating and I plan to use them in the future.

Everyone in the shop is very helpful, caring and take their time to make sure you see all options available. They want their customers to be happy with their purchase. They have an excellent, reasonably priced range of items. The jewellery choice is brilliant with a constant stream of new items.
