I understand sign "no mask no entry" - rules are the rules, but if someone is exempt like me, and just can not wear a mask, than you don't have to treat them like a dog and serve at the door - we are still human beings. You should be ashamed. Will never come to this store again.

I ordered my balloons for a birthday picnic from here and when I arrived to pick them up at 5.30 when they were supposed to be ready for 5pm they weren’t ready and the lady was rude and delayed me further and refused to listen to me when I asked her to prepare the balloons for me to take into an Uber and handed me over to another employee which was very frustrating and not helpful ! I couldn’t believe how rude she was ! I won’t be dealing with this company again !

The man working on 24/09/23 was very nice and helpful. He let us try on the costumes because refunds/exchanges weren't possible, so he made sure we were 100% happy before buying. I would recommend this store for party supplies and costumes! It was a surprise to be able to try things on too, I liked it a lot

The best place for Halloween shopping. You can find whatever you need for decorations. However costumes are more suitable for kids and the costumes selection is not as strong as the decorations - otherwise I would have given a straight 5-stars! It is still my no. 1 place for Halloween shopping!

They have pretty much everything you need for a party. It’s better if you call in advance to check if they are busy, usually they start being more busy around Thursday/ Friday. They were fast and helpful. The only disappointment was that one of the balloons started losing its shape after few hours while they should last 3 days at least. But the decorations were a success!

Love the experience and yes I visited the shop yesterday and brought my Halloween costume and it was so over crowded it was had to move around, only down side is lack of staff(didn’t have any name tags) so didn’t know who worked there but in a whole loved it highly recommend

I had 'Party and Celebrate' put helium into a ballon (a number 5) that I had to pickup at another store, because 'Party and Celebrate' were out of stock of this particular number balloon. I was in effect PENALISED for buying the number elsewhere, and was charged £7.99 to put helium and a gold ribbon on the number balloon. On the day, I bought another number balloon, payed for it to be filled, payed for a packet of 6 balloons and a packet of candles all totalling to approximately £30. Such a shame as alittle goodwill gesture could have been shown with the number 5 balloon. Loyalty is nothing today... I grew up with this store and was always my 'first point of call' for all my party needs....will have to rethink now. Despite this the sales assistants were absolutely brilliant and very, very, helpful!!

Good experience, there is alot of selection. It's well worth a look as a first port of call. The pricing in my opinion is very fair, theyre as cheap as or cheaper than the likes of ebay and amazon for alot of things. the cashier was attentive. I think she was still new and training, so it shows this company is doing something right in that department. I needed help finding something and I asked a "young man" who only pointed me in the right direction and he wasn't busy which wasn't very helpful but a few minutes later he did come over to make sure I had found what I was looking for which was good. All in all a soon to be 3 year old was very happy with the paw patrol theme party supplies bought

Very comprehensive offering on everything party themes. BUT quite expensive, feather boas at £9.99 for one string for example. Online shops elsewhere would get you 3 strings for that price. Just have to plan ahead I guess. Otherwise last minute solutions likely guaranteed to get what you need here.
