Honestly would 100% recommend! Not only is laser the way forward as my results have been so good and it makes everyday life so much easier! The service from Jess is 10/10, always so happy and welcoming when you come for your appointment and she makes you feel at ease which is so important with these treatments! Jess will always check and make sure everything is okay and each and every hair has been zapped! So if you are considering having laser hair treatment you would be making a great decision to come here! I have noticed a big reduction in the hair coming through after each session. Cannot say a bad thing about The Surrey Laser Room!! My initial consultation was great - Jess was so patient with me asking a billion questions and was so knowledgeable. I’m 2 sessions in now and I am in utter shock at how successful it is going, in particular with my armpits - I only have the smallest amount of hair left!! I’ve noticed a huge decrease in hair growth, even after just 2 sessions!!! I used to have to shave every other day, but lately it’s been much longer in between shaves because of the reduction from the laser!! Absolutely stunning clinic, always so clean, neat and tidy. Highly highly recommend The Surrey Laser Room!!!

I have had a course of 6 laser hair removal treatments with Jess and she is the loveliest person and makes you feel so at ease. This is my first time getting laser so I wasn’t too sure what to expect but she talks you through the whole thing and always makes sure you are comfortable during sessions. She is also so easy to contact and always replies quickly to texts with any questions or concerns which i found really reassuring. Getting laser has been so worth it for me and I couldn’t have found a better place to go! Would really recommend her to anyone thinking about it, it’s been one of the best decisions i’ve made:)
