I would give zero star if I can. They suppose to have collected my parcel last week from depo, didn't happen. Suppose to drop my package on Tuesday, didn't happen. Suppose to drop my package yesterday, didnt happen with no explanation...this is really the worse courier I have come across...this really sets me back and upset my kid who was suppose to have a bed this weekend...

Did everything they could to accomodate us at the busiest time of the year. They're the reason that 46 people will be getting their Christmas presents on time. Thanks to the whole team.

10am im at the front of my house chatting with neighbor 11 i recive sms that attempt for delivery was made im still at my front door okay 11:10 im contacting costumer service 12 they can't contact the courier 12:30 i agree if cant re-attempt to pickup from depot after 17:30 I go 18:10.. 18:20 they look for my parcel 19:05 they still look 19:35 they explain that my parcel is still out with the driver and will be re-attempted in 30 minutes My wife at home i go back in 10 minutes no delivery no nothing. Im sorry but for laziness and inconvenience i cant give positive feedback. You owe me more than those 5.95 that i paid for the delivery you made me lose revenue of 200 pounds and if i can give you negative amount of stars i would bad thing i can rate you with one and you dont even deserve it. That was the last time i use dhl services.

Today was the first time I’ve used DHL to send a parcel so I didn’t know what I was doing. Such a friendly gentleman at the desk, His name is Jayden and he was so helpful through every step. I will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely the WORST service I've veer received. Twice said they 'attempted' delivery but no calling card left, didn't set off my Ring doorbell. Basically can't be bothered to leave the van half the time and then to top it all off DHL have no way to speak to a human. Avoid at all costs

Very impressed with the service I received from Jayden this evening despite turning up with 2 large boxes to send just before the depot closed. I see his name pops up often in the reviews so I am not the only customer he has impressed, a credit to the depot!

Poor service. I waited in on the nominated day, nothing and again nothing the following day. 3rd day in, I received a short notice message to say my parcel would be delivered - missed it because of 2 no shows and had things to do. No item for Xmas.
