Another brilliant day at Ascot today. Such a great venue, so welcoming and professional. The friendly staff do a great job of making you feel welcome. The grandstand is beautiful and works very well, nice and relaxing, not cold and uncomfortable like so many other large venues. Managed to pick one winner today, which topped it all off. If you are looking for a great day out then this is certainly one place to consider. Had a brilliant day at Ascot the other day. Great view of the racecourse from the box we were in, with a delicious lunch and high tea...plus a few glasses of fizz. A fantastic building and a great atmosphere. Enjoyed the racing and came away with a few more pounds in the pocket than I had arrived with! Drinks and food in the general areas looked a bit pricey, but overall a brilliant day. Looking forward to my next visit in July

For the first time I got to enjoy the Royal Ascot and it was an enjoyable experience (for most part 🫣) The two horses I bet on, didn't win πŸ˜… No luck! But the excitement and cheering your picked horse was exhilarating 🀩 Some advice about Queen Anne Enclosure for next year: 🐎 Don't wear high heels ladies! Unless you have the endurance to stand and walk on them all day. Many ladies started wearing flats or just walk barefoot midday already πŸ‘  🐎 You can't bring food, but bring a water bottle that you can refill all day for free! 🐎 There is some seating around the enclosure, but very minimal. If you want, you can sit on the steps at the racecourse watching stands, but be prepared to be showered with drinks from behind by other overexcited attendees πŸ₯² I had drinks spilled on my legs and dress a few times. By accident (I hope) and not much damage done... 🐎 If you can, book a table for a day that you will be able to sit at in comfort and leave at any time with a peace of mind that no one will take it 😌 🐎 Bring an electric fan if the weather is predicted to be hot. It will be a life saver! πŸͺ 🐎 There are lots of food places. I had lunch at @the_duck_shed_london and The French Duck Salad was amazing! Definitely recommend getting your food for the day here 🀀 🐎 And lastly and the most importantly, enjoy the experience! Soak in the atmosphere and cheer on your favourite horse 😁

Been to Royal Ascot 3 times, always a highlight event of the year! Got tickets for this years event which I’m sure will be the busiest yet due to being publicly accessible for the first time since the pandemic! For those that haven’t been before, the public transport is a nightmare so get the earliest train you can into Ascot so you don’t end up missing half the day with cancelled trains.

Another fun year in the Royal Enclosure. Quite a few ladies wearing fascinators & one in just a hairband this year, (I guess the strict rules of the Enclosure can no longer be enforced) staff were fantastic and so nice to chat to and some very beautiful outfits - nice to see some interesting waistcoats & ties on the men !

First time at this event. It was a real eye opener. The fashion was remarkable the stunning hats too. Although Ascot said they had measures in place for drunkeness behaviour it wasn't the case in the Quern Anne enclosure. Drinks being spilt especially over myself and guests while seated. Fell into us with a toddler. So we moved the smoking was too much with children under 10 years! Ascot really need a section where families with children are all placed away from the drunkeness and smoking. Security did nothing to resolve it. Besides that the races were great fun and we left soon after to avoid the masses on exit.

Fabulous day at the races. Family day on 15th July, dress code more relaxed. Our tickets were for the Queen Anne Enclosure. Lovely picnic on the lawns, minimal seating around so bring a blanket. On family days the parking is free. Under 18s go free Pint of Pimms Β£12.50

Royal Ascot delivers! Organised from the moment you step of the train and back. There is high security which is comforting and the crowd control is superb. The event itself is one to not miss! The energy, staff, race horses, jockeys and of course the Royal family make it an excellent day out! The amenities and facilities are plentiful with loads of bars, food, seating, picnic hampers, shops….you name it! We opted for the Windsor enclosure which was superb. Highly recommend

Amazing day at Royal Ascot. Beautiful place and managed superbly. Places to eat and drink all round were very well sorted. This is the Best Of British. Took my daughter to see Frankie Dettorri on his last Royal Ascot and he didn't disappoint ! Atmosphere was incredible everyone talking to everyone else and admiring each others hats and dresses etc. It really is nice to dress up and go back to the standards that we, in this country, do better than anyone else !! Great day

The staff and ethos of the Racecourse Authority is amazing. They kindly provided access for a short period of time to support the Berkshire Search and Rescue Dogs charity in a fundraiser we mutually supported. Great people, kind hearted.

Interesting and good activity. Great feeling of old and royal tradition. Not the best place to go when the weather is bad. The shop with ascot attributes is meaningless, poor quality items only.

Ascot is one of our finest racecourses. Take care to leave enough time if you're driving, the traffic can get very bad and you can take a long time to travel the last mile or two. We were fortunate enough to go for Frankie Dettori's last day racing in Britain. Entry was easy, but it was a 15-20 minute walk to the course from the car park. There are a huge number of bars, food outlets and betting outlets. The views of the racing are superb, and there are lots of large screens as well.

Jump season is here. Growing up in a household that lived inhaled and exhaled horseracing all year round. Tickets were bought in advance. Kids go free on certain days, worth looking into. We went to the family day. I loved the ambiance, I won too. The train from Clapham junction does get packed. It is a short walk from the station to the grounds. Plenty of parking is available. The food was delish. A fussy eater devoured the tater tots, the mac n cheese, so flavorsome. Churros wereπŸ‘Œ, would have wanted less sugar on less. There were plenty of activities for children, and I few rides all free of charge. An event well thought of We were in the Queen Anne enclosure. You can see the pre-parade, and the winners coming out. Strongly suggest it for those that don't like crowds as there is plenty of space. Seating is scarce so be ready to stand. So the attire was quite formal. It is an occasion to dress up. Plenty of alcohol with bars every 3 meters. We had a peek at the picnic area, it looks good for sunny days not in autumn weather. We were blessed with few showers, nevertheless, the race continued with the crowd cheering. It is to experience, especially if you see it only on TV. The staff are very polite.

What can I say about this spectacular place that has not already been said by many. But as an young individual I got introduced to the racecourse via my grandmother and I am very greatful for it because it gave me the opportunity to witness some amazing events, from races to the fireworks, and the general Ascot days to the Royal Ascot events. It’s like stepping into a whole new world as you enter the gates. The service is always impeccable with great attention to details every time I get the opportunity to go there.

Spent a day there for The Royal Ascot event. Went more for the experience than the actual races. Had a fab day: saw the royals, the fashion & loved the singing around the bandstand after the last race.

As a first timer to Queen Anne enclosure of Royal Ascot, I understood the dress code to be rather strict, however this didn't seem to be the case unfortunately. Car parking at the playing fields around the racecourse are unjustifiably priced at Β£45 per car !! Food options are plentiful within the enclosure, Β£12 for a pizza, same for fish and (a few) chips. 2 pints and 1 half of cider Β£18. Cost aside, the atmosphere is excellent and generally a great day for all. The military band were excellent certainly worth the karaoke at the end of the racing day.

Worked here are Betfred staff for Royal ascot and it is absolutely beautiful. Inside and outside. It is well facilitated with lots of toilets, bars, food outlets, a shop. The atmosphere was just immense, everyone was happy, and later on very drunk lol but it was an amazing experience even thought I was working! I definitely recommend going to Royal ascot!

Great atmosphere and a perfect day out at The Villiers Club in The Village Enclosure at Ascot Racecourse. The Royal Procession is just few metres away from where you. Nice views of the races and a spot near to finishing lines. Great food and drinks served at the club. Definitely a place to be at The Royal Ascot.

A great experience to watch people of society and the horses. The view from the Grandstand of the Queen Anne enclosure was limited by the betting terminals and you are quite far from the action. There is also little to no seating available. The queue for the ladies washroom was also extremely long and slow.

It was my first time there and had a great time. Everybody was dressed up although girls didn't follow the dress code (they wore strapless, spaghetti strap, very short dresses, cleavage) haha Tip: please bring extra flat shoes, the village enclosure is ALL GRASS. And you can bring as much food as you want, they have designated picnic areas.

My first visit to Ascot and it did not disappoint! It pays to get there early, 11:00am onwards, as you can really take in the atmosphere and have time to look around. I had tickets to the Queen Anne enclosure, which gives access to most of the facilities barring the Royal Enclosure (by invitation only). The staff were brilliant, with every person I came into contact with being friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. The course is a 10 minute leisurely walk from the station and there are plenty of places to eat and drink once you're in there. You can drive as there is ample parking, although parking costs start from Β£45 upwards. My only complaint is that my horses didn't win! πŸ˜†

Fantastic day at the races. I enjoyed this prestigious event. I was in the Queen Anne Enclosure. Beautiful setting, within close proximity to the race course for those who want to get close, access to see the horses parade before there races and singalong at the end. The weather was hot and sunny, so that set the tone for the day. A great venue, great day, great experience, though I didn't win on any of my bets!
