My daughter attended on a Wednesday night a couple of weeks ago. Shortly before the club closed she and her friends went outside for a cigarette. The bouncers refused to let her back in to the cloakroom to collect her handbag. Despite her pleading she was left on the street with no money, no keys, no phone, no way of contacting me and no way of getting home. This is absolutely disgraceful especially in light of recent news events. The club obviously have no duty of care towards their customers, and obviously could not have cared less about her safety.

This used to be me and my friends go to club. Used to be good music, great staff. Now definitely not. New management and DJ is not great. No variety in music in main room at all anymore. £300 in a booth in the main room you expect variety in music not Katy Perry and One Direction in the club. And when you try to suggest change in music, they tell you to go to the curve room. Why would we want to spend money on a booth in an empty room? You would think that they would take feedback from people who have been going there for years. The new bouncers are also rude and unpleasant, following my friends in the toilets making them feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I’ve never seen it this empty and I see why it is now. Wouldn’t be surprised if it closes down soon.

They brought us a bottle of grey goose and it tasted like it was a mix of vodka and water 50/50. We bought another bottle of the cheapest vodka for 90 and it tasted better, idk how to react to that. Was a disappointing experience. I thought the alcohol was legit in the club

Absolutely the worst club I've been to. Total racist knobs when it comes to the security who think they own the world and all its people in how they treat and talk to you. Despite having valid tickets and queueing up, they wouldn't let us in. One of them says digital copies of IDs work and asks you to queue again, another says it doesn't. You're better off at any other place than this disaster of a club.

Honestly worst experience ever… The dormer are so dreadful words couldn’t even explain! First time being out in Windsor, thought we’d give Attica. queued up only to get turned away! Apparently the CCTV picked us out for being suspicious, even though we all know that is even a thing! Travelled 40 minutes to get there… honestly ridiculous! I went with my friend hoping to have a good night but it was a complete disaster. We were immediately barred because we had an argument over an umbrella which wasn’t ours but was given to us by some people in front of the line. I then politely asked to speak to someone and ask why me and my friend had been denied entry. He said that supposedly me and my friend had jumped the queue which wasn’t true. So I then stated that was not true and that me and my friend are happy to join the back of the queue (which we did)and that my friend shouldn’t be denied entry simply because he was associated with me. My friend was then let in (after I had explained the situation and had a very lengthy argument with the manager)but I was still denied entry. I repeatedly asked why I had been denied entry but he continuously said that I had skipped the line. I then said I am happy to join the back of the line but I was refused and threatened to be banned for life. There was very clearly another issue which he had refused to state and throughout the entire process I tried to have a genuine conversation with the gentleman but he simply did not want to do same. I repeatedly stated that I appreciate that the club is a private venue and he has every right to deny entry to certain individuals but he refused to give a reason for why he had denied me access besides the fact that I had supposedly skipped the line which was blatantly not true, his colleague then threatened to fight me. I tried to have a responsible conversation with the gentleman but He simply did not want to do the same. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience especially as I had already purchased a ticket prior to the exchange and the gentleman failed to respect the fact that I am a paying consumer and he refused to explain to me why I had been denied access and he did not allow me to speak the the bouncer that had originally denied me access so I can understand what I had done wrong and rectify that mistake. Do not recommend.

The door woman shook her head and mumbled something about what I was wearing, a simple black dress and heels. Nothing revealing or disrespectful. There’s no need to be rude. It’s a shame the ‘bouncers’ put a downer on this place because it’s good once you’re in there.

Banging club honestly, security is everywhere so gents&ladies drink responsibly 😉 otherwise your getting kicked out as 3 people did the night I was there and that’s how it should be I went there to have a good time and vibe I didn’t go to see fights, overall the place is amazing and if you have any other issues there’s always people around to help. Last but not least we can’t leave the ladies that was walking around with lit up trays going around making sure you’re not empty handed. Loved it

Knew it was a bad idea to go there, as I saw reviews and I know now that it was TRUE. I booked a booth with drinks and it was 6 of us 2 of my friends were not allowed to get in because they were “drunk” but me and my other friend was more drunk then they are. So it’s just BS. I think it’s like a game for security not to let in one or few people from the group.also one of the staff started clearing our drinks and I saw that so I told him off as we haven’t finished. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Now imagine travelling 40+ minutes to a highly rated club and not even being allowed in because we '"could've been military" even though we weren't. That sounds false right? Well wrong! It happen and I would never come here EVER again! Pathetic to say the least.

On Wednesday 15th November, i have had a terrible a experience at this club, staff were very rude and disrespectful to customers, as a women i felt very patronised. I was lead to believe by multiple managers that i could enter the club but they denied access without a logical explanation. I think this was a misuse of power and a genuine injustice too. I would NEVER recommend ATIK to anyone who is looking for a social with their friends I do and expect an instant refund, i am extremely unhappy with my experience. I had had high expectations in regards to the flu. however i was severely disappointed!!!

Atik Windsor can you please answer your telephone & respond to emails, it's is impossible trying to contact you. Your customer service is inadequate.

Hilariously understaffed. Took two and a half hours to get in because one guy was checking the IDs of everyone and taking his sweet time doing so. If you’d like to be able to feel your feet by the time you get into a club, this isn’t for you.

Bouncer is blunt and doesn’t know what form of id they can accept Drinks took ages to get and were flat and watery

Since club’s reopened I’ve had a blast every night at Atik. Honestly the best experience I’ve had clubbing. Massive respect to the staff too, especially the bouncers. Josh, CoCo, Ash, Mehdi massive thanks to these guys for always looking out for us and giving us all a great night.

Worst club ever. The bouncers are completely useless and don’t care to resolve any issues at all. Me and my friends got assaulted by a group of men that wanted to insult us and spat in our face, but the bouncers did not care to do anything to make us feel safe. There was also a very drunk man on the floor that had no way of getting home, all by himself and when we asked the bouncers for help to at least get him some water they completely ignored us and told us it’s not their problem. What is the point of your job then ????? Never come here the service is awful.

Bouncers are unfriendly and unfair, do not recommend music is bad and facilities are tacky. Bouncer telling mum jokes to me not the welcome I expect.

I had a very good night however one of the bar staff, Josie Hayes was very unprofessional, let’s just say we had a past that was not the friendliest, we did not have physical fights or anything it was very much just petty arguments , but when I went to the club on the 19th of may 2023, I was appalled by the way she told my friend I was not allowed to come near her at the bar or she would get me kicked out, so sadly I had to get my friends to go and get my drinks, I’m a paying customer and I thought that was very unprofessional, if it was an issue I would not mind waiting for someone else to serve me, but I was shocked that in an environment so fun and carefree that I was treated that way

Honestly so disappointing went to a foam party and there was literally no foam. I went to a spoons before and took some ketchup sachets which was all chucked at the door. The music was bad and the floor was extremely slippery so I kept falling. The drinks were overpriced and there was a ten minute line to the smoking area. On top of all this my friend and I weren’t allowed in the safety shuttle back cause we had some food in her back that we couldn’t finished so had to take an Uber back. Overall a disappointing night and a waste of money.

5* is only for vinyl room dj. Oof madone, everywhere else is kinda bad but he’s my guy. 🤟perfect. he rated our requests. I’ve said my piece ✋.

Yesterday was my first time going to Atik and it was 🔥🤌🏾. I have been to many clubs but this one is just amazing. The staff , the security and even their plannings are on point. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks guys i will meet you once again 😂🙏

By far the worst club I’ve ever been to , you’re guaranteed to see rude staff and bouncers, a few fights , poor atmosphere, expensive drinks , rude people avoid it

I'm in love with the DJ from the Vinyl room. He's the best person ever and I'd come back just to see him again. Plays only the best best songs ever and genuinely made our night. We ❤ you!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Curve room was the best one, drink prices were reasonable and staff were friendly .

They Lost/stole my coat after I paid for the locker kept reaching out to them and they kept getting same response of “we are passing it over to head office ”haven’t received a claims form in nearly a month … wouldn’t trust them with looking after any of your personal items the dopey lot must be drinking behind counter. SMFH

Absolutely the worst club ever! Garbage! No foam at so called ‘foam party’ paid Bouncer yelled at me and snatched my ketchup sachets that I stole from spoons. (I’m a broke uni student) music was garbage. They had foam play mats on the floor which were covered in soapy water (from the nonexistent foam) and I slipped several times. Bouncers at the smoking area we’re also extremely rude. Never going back. Came home bruised everywhere. Do not recommend to my worst enemy x

I had my bag searched at the door, I had brought a new bottle of Dior perfume out with me on the night out to smell nice, they confiscated it at the door and assured me that it would be safe until I come to collect it at the end of the night. I went to get it at the end of the night and shocker- it was gone. One of the bouncers must have stolen it. No one cared about my issue and just told me I was drunk. Tried ringing the next day but no answer.

Absolutely horrendous experience… was freezing and forgot my coat in the cloakroom and the guard refused to let me get it back until last minute, even when offered to go with me or collect it by himself. Also tell me why this guy was basically harassing me saying he’ll let me go through if I gave him a hug when I was drunk and the security guard was laughing right next to him????

They played Dior , as soon as I left , that’s my theme song everytime I go out
