We
do
like
the
food
BUT
if
there
will
be
no
improvements
on
the
service
then,
the
customers'
time
is
ours
and
it's
up
to
us
if
we
will
keep
embracing
the
queue.
I
care
about
your
business
hence
I
put
the
concern
forward.
The
options
to
improve
the
service
are
the
following:
First,
spot
in
Google
which
time
you
are
busy,
you
will
also
know
through
experience
what
times
you
are
generally
busy,
once
identified,
either
you
hire
a
temporary
person
for
few
hours
or
the
gentleman
inside
may
help
you,
at
least
take
the
order
or
process
the
payment.
The
waiting
is
truly
horrible,
45
minutes
the
last
time,
in
case
the
awareness
was
not
identified.
For
one
person
to
deal
with
all
the
people
flocking
in
your
store,
it's
too
much.
Check
the
clock
and
put
a
poll
about
the
service
timings
then
you
will
come
to
know
how
your
customers
feel
about
it.
I
hope
you
could
recognise
the
genuine
concern
on
your
business,
if
not,
then,
at
least
I
cared
about
your
business

Food
is
good,
the
waiting
is
something
they
should
improve.
Too
many
times
it
happens
so
it’s
worth
to
tell
the
owners.
