Yesterday we celebrated our grandson Krishiv Birthday with all the family and friends .. and I ordered the cake from this branch in Upmister .. the cake really opened my eyes .. it so beautiful made and decorated .. my grandson was so happy and all the other kids .. If i could give 10 stars this branch deserves it .. so soft yummy delicious and amazing cake .. the service and the people so nice polite and helpful.. ready for my next order soon .. keep up the great job..

Coming back after 8 months and again blown away by them. I ordered a round 8 inch with a photo. But they couldn't put the photo on the cake as it was a sq pic. So the kind man said he will just put it on a sq 8inch cake instead and no extra charge...they always exceed my expectations and by far the best cakebox branch from the 4 different branches I've already tried due to the location. Will always use this branch and recommend for all my friends and family 😁😁😁👍👍👍

Had a chocolate sponge cake bought for me for my birthday; I'm not one to leave reviews, and I'm not exaggerating here, but I think it maybe the best cake I've ever tasted. Delicious. Would recommend it to anyone in the area 🤤❤️

Lovely cakes and the staff is always polite and helpful. Got a few cakes from this shop and there were always at high standards. Even though I gave them short notice all the cakes were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Bought a small round cake on Sunday morning for Sunday lunchtime party. However it was very dry and not fresh at all. At nearly £20 it was not up to your usual standard of excellence. I will have to rethink my future cake purchases. E-mailed store with concerns but have not received any reply.

I bought 2 cake box pastries on 10/4 the sponge wasn’t fresh and have to throw both pastries. Really disappointed can’t expect from cakebox. Most probably it was made during the Easter holidays and lost its freshness during the time.

The Victoria cake was delicious, the sponge was perfect, not too sweet and fluffy. Thank you for your patience and professionalism Alex! I will definitely return with pleasure in this shop.

Got to the Upminister branch to collect cup cakes I ordered not knowing i picked a wrong date. The 2 ladies there was very helpful and was able to convince me to wait for 10 minutes to sort out my order. Thank you ladies for your great customer service.

Never tried a eggless cake, drove past as wife told me to get a cake for my daughter's birthday, from local shops. Firstly, the staff was so helpful it was unreal. Like I said don't know much about eggless cakes. I got a great fresh cake, for a few more pounds the a old store cake. They had everything I could need to make by daughters day great. And just want to say, if you can tell a difference between egg and eggless I will be shocked as it is just as nice and soft as a proper cake. Will use again next time for sure.
