Free parking, a nice walk, great view from the top. Play area if you have kids, a cafe if you want a coffee, clean public loos. And a couple of ponds with ducks and geese. Would have given in 5 stars if it wasn't for the traffic noise from the M3 ruining the tranquility.

Very enjoyable afternoon 😊 great park for the kids, lovely walks, large playing field for games and an amazing lake to have lunch. Friendly cafe for coffee, cake and ice creams too. High recommend a visit 👌

A beautiful place for a walk. There are so many different trails to explore, you can easily spend the day here. There is even a little cafe with ice cream!

Was a perfect place to let the children enjoy mini golf, not really a big place but was entertaining and very reasonably priced. Has a nice outdoor play area for the children, a small cafe that serves its purpose. Then two nature trails with amazing scenery. Great place to have a little fun and enjoy the outdoors

Our first visit to Lightwater country park was on a sunny winters day. The tracks were muddy and wet in areas, but this is to be expected. Wear waterproof boots! Each trail is well signposted. The cafe was open but we didn't go in. Toilets were clean. There is a lovely rewarding view after a steep climb up the steps on the purple trail. We could see Ascot & London sights! There is a play area and picnic tables but we didn't use them. Plenty of free parking on site.

Really enjoyed my visit. Bigger walking area than originally realised. Plenty of parking, cafe, small park, toilets very basic but do the job, woodlands were lovely

Good playground for kids up to about 8 I guess. Plenty of parking, mostly in spaces but some on the side of roads. A 15 minute walk to a viewpoint where you can see a fair distance, across to the skyscrapers of London or Ascot racecourse. Paths are well trodden and fine for young kids, just about ok for a pushchair (a bit sandy in parts). Their is a small footbridge over the M3 which entertained the kids for a few minutes with lorries thundering passed.

A lovely place for a walk with the dogs. Toilets and a cafe is a bonus for the humans and a couple of clean ponds are a bonus for the dogs. Just a wonderful place... There's also mini golf for some extra fun. The only downside is the road surface and bumps in the car park aren't friendly for low cars!

The country park is absolutely beautiful walk with the family and the dog, great park for the children to play in. A fabulous little mini golf course also. I would of given 5 stars HOWEVER the staff in the cafe were very rude and unwelcoming, speaking to myself and my family rudely and as though we were not welcome. I understand they get very busy but customers service should still be important.

I love going for a walk here. Cafe is reasonably priced. Coffee is standard as expected. The staff are lovely and service is quick and done with a smile. There is a park for children and a couple of lakes. I wish they had duck feed for us to buy that would be lovely. Parking us fair sometimes busy but that's because it's such a lovely place to go.

Wonderful place we come here all the time. There are 3 lakes, lots of geese and ducks which you can feed. There is also a lot of other wildlife you can spot. There are various trails you can walk and people come here to walk their dogs and go on runs. There is also a great playground with equipment for all ages. There is also a cafe and toilets near the playground for when you need a break.

Lovely place for a dog walk but such a shame about the cafe. Very unfriendly staff no customer service skills . No eye contact no acknowledgement of any customers . I only wanted an americano waited ages and the young girl making them just shouts your order to anyone it might be for . Hygiene is not considered either prepping food and selling cookies with no gloves or tongs used . Certainly wouldn't eat from there .

A stunning location for you and your dog. The lake is amazing, and great for a cool off or a dog swim. The woods are great and not too dense. The walk up the hill can be tough so be prepared, and not recommended for older dogs. It's a wonderful view to be rewarded for the steep walk.

Loved this country park, free parking, toilets, good park for the children and nice little cafe. Cafe I found a little over priced so would recommend taking your own food and drink. There were picnic benches too and dogs were welcome. Lots of lovely walks although a lot of adders in the area

No leaflets available for various trails but coloured posts gave reasonable clues without indicating distance involved. Parking places were well signed and pretty full then we visited.

A great park to go for a walk or let the kids blow off steam. There is a cafe and play area as well as numerous footpaths and seats to relax on. The suggested walking rous are deffinately shorter than advertised. The purple route stated it was 2 miles long where in reality its closer to 1 mile at most.

One of my favourite spots in the South East. My dog loves the place and it has a special place in my heart. Lovely mix of habitats and terrain, it's really worth a walk up across the heath and down into the woods. Walks for all ages and abilities.

Great place for a country walk get-away. Not too far from civilisation yet far enough to enjoy natures outdoors. Some gentle trails for tired legs or you can do circuits on the off road testing trails...Good for the thighs and lungs 😉👍🏻 Night time walks are safe too but as always keep your wits about you as its easy enough to step off the beaten track and twist and ankle or worse.

Nice walk I must say. And good lakes too. We had a good 2 hours walk. Easy for buggies too.

Pleasant place to visit with our family, parking seemed to be free and the playground recently revamped (though not particularly inspiring with a massive fort or pirate ship like they have in some country parks). Trail was enjoyable and lake was a lovely sight. 👍
