Great shopping experience the store has great prices, great service and amazing atmosphere I would definitely come again.

I visit this branch for quickness as it is local, and self serve is a bonus. But, everyone including the staff seem over worked, look fed up, bless them there is no charm or a great atmosphere. They duplicate the same weekly, daily offers, there are no surprises. The clothing is bland, frumpy and the same products year after year.

This Sainsbury’s location is very good, the staff are helpful, the products are great. Everything is split into helpful sections of the store and it’s got great parking. If you are family shopping, I think this is a good option, it’s not really in town though, but that’s ok, it is however quite close to another shopping centre and I do believe Sainsbury’s is the better option. It’s definitely a great choice for shopping, Only reason that it’s missing that 1 star is because it’s atmosphere (like most shopping centres) is quite busy usually and there can be some loud shoppers.

Christmas Order Number 678458326 not delivered and not contacted as to why. I am disabled and now have no food for Christmas. My credit card has also been charged for this order. When I finally got through to Sainsbury's care team they were unable to contact the store so they sent them a message telling them to contact me to tell me why my order hadn't been delivered

Massive supermarket, well stocked. Good clothes and other non-food items department. Very wide range of alcohol and usually clean. Only downside was I couldn't find prawn crackers. Bummer.

Good supermarket with most things I need. Very spacious and in the evenings it is not too crowded. Most items are reasonable priced although some things are cheaper elsewhere. My biggest problem is that you need to have your nectar card on you to use scan as you shop; in some other supermarkets I can get a scanner just using my phone.

It's one of the tidiest stores I've visited so far 👍 Later edit - the only reason I updated this review and gave a lower star rating is because I have noticed the wear and tear of the trolleys is deteriorating to the point that now, every time I go, I need to physically search one that is good so I can shop properly. Today, I took a trolley, and it was vibrating so bad that I had to take it back and replace it - see video with sound. Another time, I took a trolley which seemed fine, but as soon as I started placing my shopping items in it was more and more difficult to handle, and it got to the point that it was so bad that one of the staff members saw me struggling and kindly helped me by bringing another one and moved everything in. Also, there aren't many with the slot to place your smartshop device (which are not available anyway on busy days). There are some days/weeks when certain items/products are not available. For example, I can only drink decaff, and No-caffeine Pepsi products were not available for two weeks in a row, which is a shame as these were on offer, and I buy them regularly. Also, occasional randomly placed items on various shelves where they weren't supposed to be can be seen, but I guess this is because of the customers being too lazy to take unwanted items back where they were, are just leaving them wherever they can, as they shop. Unless it wasn't a customer taking a full pack of Nutella with carton on 🤦🏻‍♀️ - see picture.

Our weekly shop always gets done at Sainsbury’s Otford it’s convenient the fact they have Recycling facilities too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a morning spare so popped into sainsbury for breakfast have not been to this site since I used to work for this company at this site so I'm familiar with everything its all changed into franchise style of foods court But unfortunately we had a full English food was fairly cold bacon was cremated borderline uneatable Sausage was the star of the show lovely Latte was nice rest really was let's put it this way some of these shows you pay what you think it's worth would not pay a penny Overall wasn't cheap two people breakfast coffee twenty two pounds overall Give it two stars one for coffee one for sausage

They definitely have more choices than Tesco. This one is big, and the illes are wide. They have a large upstairs Caffè with a new menu. The clothing section has rooms to try on cloth and is usually open. We like the Lindor truffle pick and mix with flavours that are not usually available.

Brilliant could not fault it. When I was in the queue at the checkout a assistant took me to the self checkout and scanned/bagged my shopping. First class service

I do like my local to work supermarket of sainsbury's Sevenoaks. I do may lunch shopping very often. I like very much warm buffet offers. It is good stocked big size palce. Tend to be very busy over the weekend.

First time using this store and it is vast! Good parking facilities and petrol station onsite. Items placed nicely especially the for sale items right at the front of store. Overall, very nice first time experience.

My own Sainsbury's is so easy to use everything clearly marked and easy to find everything i need..... Haven't had to queue or wait for purchasing for years, The Sevenoaks staff are so helpful and dedicated people, always a pleasure to shop there.... So sad that the Cafe shut down so many people i talk to miss it as a meet up place for a coffee cake and a catch up.

Yesterday the 16/12/2022, I went to Sainsbury (Otford Rd.), and I did not pay attention to the expire date of one of the items I bought (is enterely my fault), but there is a big question mark and I am worried about the way they check the items. Next day I have spoken with a manager called "Garry", and I explained him everything, the reasons I was there is for food safetyand not to receive a refund. The shopp was closed in the morning because of lack of Power Electricity, he told me that he will sort it all out. To summarise, pay attention to the items, please, for your own safety. Thank you.

Lots of checkouts manned aswell as the auto ones which is great, a well stocked store. Laid out well and plenty of parking.

Too many self check outs apparently to keep costs of shopping down. I think that they are more concerned about their shareholders. I think that Lidl or Aldi are looking more attractive by the day

A great food store to shop in.They provide most brand's of food. Love our Clonakilty sausages and white pudding. Makes us feel at home.

The self service checkouts are useless. They tell to put your bags on the bagging area and then won't allow you to start scanning your items until an assistant has approved the bags. This defeats the whole object of a self service checkout. It quicker to queue at a manned checkout as you don't have to keep waiting for an assistant to come and approve your bags and alcohol purchases. This happens every time I have been there even the staff agree it is ridiculous.

Store well set out with plenty of space, wasn't like a fridge like a lot of supermarkets also had enough staff to customer ratio for once!

Petrol is hardly any cheaper than elsewhere in fact saw it cheaper on the way home. That's Sainsburys for you! Shop assistant Debby on self serve was very helpful with Jack's assistance. Absolutely amazed at the racks and racks they've got chocka with alcohol,not much sign of any alcohol free drinks though? Waiting on it coming in ?? LOL Not really my type of store as in...even stuff reduced is still more expensive than the corner shop.

The favourite part for me in this supermarket, you can choose and combine to make your own chocolate box.

An enormous supermarket on the outskirts of Sevenoaks so if you want everything that comes from one of the country's largest supermarkets this will be for you. There are large clothing and homewares sections so it covers most things As with most giant supermarkets there is a petrol station attached so you can fill up before/after your shopping. There is little by way of garden/gardening stuff but there is a homemade across from the enormous parking facility
