Friendly, compationate, vets and nurses. Receptionists are wonderful and my dog actually loves going there for treatment or picking up regular meds and always waggy tailed in there . He recently had 2 operations which meant quite a few stitches and he still loves it. For me I recommend them too faultless excellent treatment.

I called at 9-10 pm whilst we were on holiday in Chichester because one of our dogs was having a bad cough. Duty vet Charlotte was extremely helpful and reassuring, so gratefully received specially as we were not a registered client. Thank You very Much Charlotte.

Paul (vet) and Sue B (receptionist) are simply the best! Every time I go with my pets they always give me the time I need and take great care of us all. It's a lovely relaxed feel there too which really helps when I'm feeling worried. And when I had to see Laura as an emergency in the middle of the night at the Bognor hospital they were really kind and professional too. Great vets!

Our golden retriever has recently had a cruciate ligament replaced .We received the latest surgical intervention which was very carefully described to us by the vet prior to operating.We received outstanding care and customer service all round including post op support .We can highly recommend Alphapet.

They put your Animals at ease! They put their clients at ease! They make things generally easy! Maybe tea and biscuits or a nice glass of wine might add to the experience but the ambience is very good despite this!

Been coming here with our dogs for almost 20 years now, would never want to go anywhere else, they are all so friendly in there and really do amazing jobs and truely care about you and your animals. Even through the pandemic we have been twice and they have been great with looking after us.
