We very much enjoyed our stay at The Old School B&B, especially being served tea & biscuits in the garden on arrival, during a sunny afternoon. Everything was perfectly kept and it was an organised, peaceful and interesting environment to stay in.

We have just returned from two nights at the The Old School B&B, hosts Peter and David extend a very warm welcome with tea, coffee on arrival and maps of the area. Our room was beautiful, very relaxing colours and everything had been considered. Fresh milk and water in a silent fridge, fresh coffee in the room was lovely. Bathroom was very stylish with plenty of towels and quality toiletries. The gardens had a few spots to stop and have a glass of wine or coffee, very pretty indeed. Should also mention the off road parking which is often tough to find. Now for the breakfast, we agreed the best we have had, fresh fruit salad and a full English, entry ingredient was top quality and shows the care and attention to detail, even herbs from the garden. Would recommend and will definitely look to visit again.

What a find this little gem was. The hosts were so welcoming from the off and did everything in their power to make sure our stay was a genuine 5-star experience. The room was spotless, comfy, and of a high standard, as was the rest of the property, which is so obviously loved and cared for. The garden is beautiful and tranquil and such a lovely place to relax and unwind, and we were lucky enough to be able to have our superb breakfast served out by the pond. Definitely would recommend a stay here. Thank you guys.

It's not often I feel compelled to write a review but sat up in bed here in a beautiful room perfectly made with crisp white sheets and pillows to die for I felt I really should. We're lucky enough to travel quite often and to stay in some amazing hotels, villas, Airbnb's and everything in between all around Europe and lots of the world. This little B&B doesn't come up short when you compare it to most we have stayed in and when so much hard work has clearly been put in to make their guest so welcome you have to do your bit to say thank you and write a review. It's beautifully decorated, with good quality everything. As I've already mentioned the bed is lovely, complemented with lovely furniture and rugs covering a perfectly restored wooden floor. Calm colours create a relaxed atmosphere and our ensuite bathroom with shower over the top just makes this a great place to stay. If you're looking for a place to stay and explore the surrounding area then you couldn't base yourself from a better place. I am very happy to thoroughly recommend this lovely little place.

Me and my partner stayed 1 night in the Leighton suite. When we arrived we were met by Peter who is an absolute gentleman. Peter showed us our room shared info on the local area and history of the B&B and served us tea in their beautiful sitting room. The room itself had everything you could possibly need, very tasteful furnishing and it smelled amazing. THE BREAKFAST: this was another high point, served in their glorious conservatory which provided a very relaxing atmosphere with Peter, again delivering very high quality service. David cooked us a seriously delicious breakfast after a starter of fruit and yoghurt. You’ll have to stay yourself to see how fab this place really is. Great location with so much to see locally. Love to stay again in the spring/summer as they also have a wonderful garden where I understand they serve breakfast in warmer months. Overall, probably the best b&b we’ve stayed at.

A very stylish and comfortable bnb with excellent service laid on by Peter and his partner. Good breakfast as well. Convenient for many attractions in the area- particularly Goodwood.

My husband & I recently stayed at The Old School B&B due to it's close proximity to the Goodwood Aerodrome (as my husband was booked in to fly in a Spitfire). Peter & David were just wonderful hosts & our room was impeccable. Their attention to detail - even on the small things did not go unnoticed. Fresh milk in the room fridge (which is a rarity in any accommodation these days), a non white coloured face washer for make-up removal is brilliant & on the morning of my husbands flight, WW2 music was played whilst we were having breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, David cooks a mean omelette & if you need to alter your order slightly = there are no issues at all. We genuinely loved our time at the B&B. We highly recommend staying here & aim to be visiting again from Australia sooner rather than later. Regards, Mel & Chris

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Old School B&B last week. Peter and David are excellent attentive hosts and really care about ensuring their guests are made to feel welcome and will offer good advice about the local area. This was our second stay and once again everything was excellent from start to finish, the attention to detail shines through. We received cafetiere coffee and biscuit on arrival which we chose to have in the conservatory. We also had great breakfasts in the conservatory, they offer a good choice of high quality cooked breakfasts and in addition we particularly enjoyed their excellent fresh fruit salad. The rooms we used were clean and extremely well kept reflecting their obvious pride in the property, the facilities, the furniture and the decoration. We stayed in the kingsize room which had a superb bathroom and we had fresh milk and water in a silent fridge along with the normal beverage options, but including ground coffee and a cafetiere (we like our coffee). There is a lovely sitting room and also a wonderful garden that you have access to. We wouldn’t hesitate to thoroughly recommend this place to anybody.

Peter and David were extremely welcoming hosts, making my wife and I feel at home from the moment we arrived. The Old School B&B is very well appointed, furniture and furnishings all complimenting each other beautifully. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really well laid out and roomy. Well situated for trips into Chichester and the surrounding areas too. The breakfasts were simply gorgeous (David is a great cook and Peter makes sure you have everything you need ). When we arrived back at the accommodation in the afternoon we were always greeted with a warm welcome, genuine interest in our day and a lovely cup of coffee or tea with biscuits. What’s not to like? We would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Chichester, a real find and so well run by the hosts - a great job - thank you.

What a fantastically curated, beautiful and comfortable house. Lots of lovely touches harking back to the previous school use. The bathrooms and showers were a highlight and a delight to stand under the monsoon shower heads- very invigorating! We thought the email to pre book breakfast was a great idea and what a wide choice there was. Peter and David did a great double act delivering a massive breakfast in the conservatory to fill us up and set us off on the next leg of our trip. Lovely people providing a top notch experience thus very highly recommended.

The Old Schoolhouse was fabulous from start to finish. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable right from the minute we arrived. Peter and David are fantastic hosts who have refurbished the Old Schoolhouse sympathetically and beautifully with so much attention to detail. We stayed in the Kingsize room and it was lovely with a gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed and the loveliest bed linen. They have thought of everything right down to a special flannel for removing your makeup! The breakfast was amazing and plentiful - David, your cooking is as superior as your carpentry! This is not just a B&B, it is top-end luxury and a real experience. Thank you so much.

What a lovely weekend! The old school B&B is lovely, at a great location, spotless, with beautiful gardens, delicious breakfasts and very welcoming, smiley, and helpful hosts. And they do their bit for the environment too, encouraging recycling in the rooms and with eco-friendly handwash, shampoo, etc. Will definitely go back! Thank you Peter and David!

A lovely B&B, Peter & David were perfect hosts and we felt very welcome in their home. The rooms were spotless and beautifully furnished, everything we needed was supplied including a fridge with fresh milk, tea, coffee and a bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels. The breakfast was freshly made every day to order by David. There was always plenty of choice and loads to eat. A great place to stay.

We were welcomed by Peter with a pot of tea and shortbread taken in the tranquil garden, very welcome after a very hot day. The room was spotlessly clean and contained every amenity you could ever need. The bed was super comfortable, the size and standard of the rooms (bedroom & bathroom) were excellent. We have stayed at other accommodation which is far more expensive than this B&B and the quality and size not a patch on the Old School House. Now for the breakfast, it surpassed all our expectations, the quality & quantity was outstanding. All served in the wonderful garden. We would rate this B&B far higher than some 5* hotels. Well done Peter & David - thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.

We stayed one night for a party in Feb 2022. I cannot recommend the Old School B&B highly enough, everything was abs first class, from the welcome from Peter and David, to the lounge with fire, bedroom and fabulous breakfast in conservatory everything was considered. A truly First Class experience.

The Old School B&B is one of the the best places I've stayed! A lovely home from home experience in a beautiful garden. The room we stayed in had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean - it smelled amazing and I spent some time tracking and noting which reed diffuser was being used! Peter and David are the most incredible hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special, not least making some adjustments to their normal policy for my daughter due to her CFS/ME. I was especially blown away by having so many choices for breakfast on a vegan menu! Unheard of in most places - and the food was delicious. We have already booked again to come back in September!
