Hilton Worldwide London has the worst attitude toward customers. They can't manage to help even their properties doing well and responding well to their customers. I actually never knew that Hilton is a rude hotel chain until I stayed in Hilton in London.

As a driver its hard to find places to stop and have a break. Lee Roberts thank you for letting me do this and making me a great coffee for the rest of my journey.

We just called the head office to make an enquiry...the attitude of the lady on the switch board, actually sums Hilton Hotel Group up for us...Do not expect any customer service,what you can expect from them is as follows 'Give us your money and you may...yes may...get the service we feel like.

Customer service are lazy and incompetent - simply issuing platitudes and boiler plate responses with no interest or ability to deal with customer issues.

Charged double price and double deposit for the room 8 days layer still waiting for a refund. Told something different every time we speak to them, promised call backs which are never upheld, shocking services.
