Went for a school trip, staff were amazing, very patient and polite. Security was upmost importance to the staff, no phones etc. The staff again were fantastic can not fault them in any way.

Very impressed with their speedy customer service. I own a Fujitsu laptop, I needed to find out which screws go into the base. Within a few hours of my online contact, I had the full information and a service manual. They were also quick to follow-up with my additional questions, and even when I contacted the wrong department, they quickly sent me to the right one. My laptop is now quite old, although it was probably top of their range when it first came out. They knew that money no money was going to change hands now, but we're still quick and keen to help. I've now got a phone number too. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Fujitsu - high quality Japanese-German engineering and innovation.
