This is an excellent M & S store! The place is huge and largest have ever shopped at with an equally massive car park. Inside is full of quality clothes for everyone, home furnishings & fittings, kitchen & dining products, great food and much more, plus a superb cafe. Highly recommended to shop at!

Food store and clothes department are very good here. The home department was not very well stocked and was rather lacking in choice. Loads of parking space means it is worth coming here.

The new computer system of ordering your own food is really awful and very stressful. There is no guarantee of finding a table, so if you're on your own, you could finish up ordering food, paying and then finding no table. You need to be confident at working touch computer screens, while under the pressure of knowing you have a queue of people, waiting behind you. If you're in a wheelchair you may also have problems seeing the screen. If this is just a way for the company to save money by not having staff on tills, then I think they've made a huge mistake. If people are eating out in a cafe or restaurant, they want to be able to find a clean table with ease, without having to watch others, at the back of the queue walk in front of you to take a table, while you're trying to figure out the system. People want to sit down and take a rest from shopping, plus have it quite enough to be able to hear each other talk. If people don't want the hassle of waiting, in an orderly queue, for a table plus ordering their food and drink from a member of staff and then sitting quietly at a table, then they'd probably go to a drive through. Such a shame because the food is usually very good, but I won't be returning.

Your new cafe you can only use it if you order at the machine when you go in , no thought for older people who may find it confusing, you have two people who said they would help which doesn't that defeat the object, wouldn't it be better to have them behind a counter serving people who don't or can't use your machines. Where had good service gone and the personal touch you don't get that out of a machine, it seems in your shop now you expect the customer to do everything for themselves.

The new store looks great however your new hot food counter is a joke. You started off with fresh gravy mac n cheese and nice salads and sauces and now stoped it all you only put it out for a week what’s going on. Now selling coleslaw off the shelf disappointed to say the least All the signage removed for the combo deals just side note the John and Jane where really helpful just a shame whoever is in charge of this has made a big mistake.

I am writing to inform you that I purchased tomato soup from your Sandhurst store this evening. Unfortunately, the soup contained foreign matter bits, which my daughter nearly swallowed. This is extremely disturbing and dangerous, and it has caused us a great deal of anxiety and upset. I have attached pictures of the foreign matter and the receipt for your reference.

Bought new trousers and shirt. Staff were very courteous. Love the new layout and especially the welcome on entering. Sue in clothes department and Mathew at entrance were very helpful.

Nicely arranged isles. That boss lady who wore that white anorak suit today can slow down a bit and can be a bit nicer to that young shop boy. By the time I found everything, I was exhausted. I talked to an elderly lady on my way to the loo and she was craving to be able to sit down somewhere. Think of the older generation as well: more chairs scattered over the store maybe. Personally I loved the old store because everything was in walking distance; quick and easy. But it is about more and more profit now. This store was amazing during covid but I think it is time for me to find a quieter one.

Jacqui was extremely helpful when looking at Maternity wear for my fiancé and it was truly appreciated! She was patient, informative and couldn't do more to help. Brilliant service and we will be back in the future.

M&S a favourite of my shops. Wonderful range and this store is always so clean and tidy. Nice little selection of men’s and women’s Self serve till are good idea but not always helpful for perhaps some technically disadvantaged people.

Me and my mum were trying to find school shoes as mine were rubbing my heels. First we looked in Tesco next door to see what selection they had and it was very minimal. After we came next door, we were greeted by a huge selection of school shoes and a lovely new renovation which made finding your way around and space much more efficient. While we were looking at shoes and started to try one particular pair on, a lovely worker asked us if we needed any help or if we wanted to have a look on the online store as there’s even more selection on there and they can order them into store. I really liked the pair that was already there and it fit perfectly (this is rare because i have slightly different size feet and they are a little wider than average). We had a really lovely chat with Maggie (the worker) and she was so helpful and a friendly, smiley face. Such a lovely, smooth and pleasant experience!! :)

👍 Very handy local store to have, maybe expensive but you pay for what you want. Helpful staff kind. Get yr groceries Newspapers, mags, frozen, dairy, produce, wine and spirits & beers. There's a security guard in the store, on the local bus run, with a train station on the opposite side of the road....
