to
buy
a
water
bottle
for
my
daughter.
Saw
some
that
were
30%
off.
Bought
one
but
saw
that
the
lady
gave
me
20%
instead
of
30%.
Went
back
in
the
shop
and
asked
her
to
rectify
the
mistake,
fair
enough
she
tried
and
was
filling
out
some
paperwork.
She
refunded
me
my
£10.50
and
stated
she
had
to
do
the
process
again.
She
redo
the
whole
process
again
with
the
30%
off
and
the
product
still
came
to
£10.50
to
this
point
I
was
running
out
of
patience
and
said
don't
worry
I
have
to
go.
I
realized
I
left
the
refund
receipt
and
went
back
for
it.
To
my
surprise
I
was
just
in
time
to
hear
the
lady
and
her
coworker
slagging
me
off!
To
the
point
I
ended
up
saying
do
not
speak
about
me
behind
my
back!
They
didn't
know
where
to
look!
Terrible
customer
service,
I've
been
going
to
that
shop
for
years
and
never
experienced
this
before.
Never
again
sorry
not
my
hard
earn
money
and
for
people
to
disrespect
me
like
this!
Very
very
rude,
how
dare
you
chat
about
me,
you
don't
know
me.
I
was
just
in
time
to
hear
one
of
the
ladies
telling
the
other
one
to
shush
because
I
was
coming,
then
they
changed
the
subject.
Horrible
customer
service!
