Do not shop at this store, or let alone this brand. They do not tell you of their bizarre refund policy were if you wish to even exchange for a different size (as was in my case) you can’t. You are only allowed to exchange for stock they have in store. You cannot use your credit online. The service is appalling, extremely unhelpful and arrogant. They make you feel like as a customer, you are bellow them. Never again will I shop at this bran. I will be taking my business to Canada Goose and I recommend anyone reading this does too.

This place is a joke. The staff don't have a clue and don't want to help. After waiting 20 minutes for the man to find my size he said it was reserved for someone to do an exchange, but the new bond Street store had a one. To me it seemed logical to sell me that one (it was 30 minutes before closing time on Sunday) and transfer the other one here . .. But they let me walk!

Joke of a store, terrible customer service!! Please be sure to inspect the item over carefully before parting with your money. 0% customer service, sales assistants are in their own little world, and please note once you buy from the store you can not return for a refund! Best to buy online!!

Terrible boutique! Customer service is super bad and workers are rude. Especially their manager he is the most terrible person at customer service. He does not know anything and will get rude to you if you ask questions. Please avoid going or buying from there. If I want a Moncler product I would definitely just go to Harrods, Selfridges or Harvey Nichols. This boutique most products are out of stock even permanent collections. And if I ask them to order they would get rude. They basically kicked me out of the boutique for asking to order a product. Definitely needs management changing. Otherwise closing down the whole boutique would be a better option because people that work there will ruin the brands reputation.

Horrible shopping experinece. They let customers waiting on the street because it is really ‘busy’ inside. Actually, there are only 4 customers inside. Pretend how busy and how popular they are. I have to take a queeue for half an hour even I just collect my delivery order becasue their ‘magic marketing strategy’ about how 'luxary' and how 'pupolar' they are. 🤮 Never back to moncler again.

I just brought my clothes two days ago, but the store can’t return, only for exchange,unbelievable for this policy ,they didn’t say when we purchase the items,just let everyone know,very carefully when you purchase.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. The manager and staff were very rude to me. I was only asking for exchange and to order my size. They refused and told me you can only buy what Is available in store. And there was no suitable items for me. I asked for refund and they refused and made me feel so embarrassed as they were laughing at me. Please do not shop from this place. And my advice to Moncler is to change their staff as they are pushing customers away. Especially the manager he is the worst.

Total disaster or a shop making it's customers queue for up to over an hour outside the store due to them not having enough staff. i will definitely avoid this brand especially with Christmas and Thanksgiving approaching.

Absolutely useless - the staff are laughable and are a comedy crew with no idea of customer service. I asked for a coat to be repaired and they say no way - so I flew to Tokyo to the pristine Ginza store where they actually bothered to take a look, made a professional assessment and contacted me within a week to say the repair will take 3 weeks. Moncler - as a listed company the gap in customer service in London and Tokyo is shocking and totally unnecessary. Your staff in London are a total disgrace.

Always shocking to me how unhelpful and condescending staff at Moncler can be. Esp given how much customers spend at their stores, you would expect to have a better level of care and courtesy.

We tried to visit this Shop at 4pm today. There was a line, so we waited on the pavement for 15 minutes under the rain. 4 gentlemen came by and waved to someone inside. They were then welcomed by the hostess, cutting the line. So we told the hostess we were first in the line but she closed the door. We went to another shop!

Not surprised to see all the negative reviews here and the generic response from the store means nothing considering they haven’t changed anything to improve the customer experience. I came to collect a jacket and was told to wait outside as they were understaffed, 15 mins later and after 7 people had left they still wouldn’t let anyone in. Then finally they let in people BEHIND me who had just arrived but said I can’t come in!!!! Apparently they had been in the store earlier (so they can jump the line everyone else had been patiently waiting in?!?!) when I finally insist on at least waiting inside as it’s freezing in November in London (if I didn’t have a jacket there already I needed to collect I would have left a long time ago like all the other potential and very irritated customers) I then see 3 staff memebers wondering around on their phones and chatting with each other, they are not understaffed at all the staff are just not doing their job!! Avoid this store and I hope Moncler do some serious work on this store and their staff as it is ruining the brand especially when their are many more options and every other high end brand that their customers with common courtesy and respect!!!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I sent my jacket over in February of this year as it was Faulty and I wasn’t willing to Let a 1200£ jacket sit there unwearable. You agreed it was Faulty and I’m still waiting on it back .... 7 months !!! Let alone this horrific wait which I was exceptionally Patient with due to covid . Now!!! They’re not returning any of my emails . I have sent four emails now and no response .. just begs belief ! Kirsty .. You are a complete letdown!! Please can someone who cares about their reputation and customers REPLY to my emails and let me know when I will be either receiving my jacket or A full refund . What a disgrace !

Late review but went to collect my order and staffs were very nice and helpful cus there was some order issues and they were able to quickly resolve it.

It is well worth buying great quality designer. Some designers you just paying for name but not with Moncler.

Store is empty but they keep a line outside. People leave and no one comes out to let you know how long the wait is or apologize for the wait. Really bad experience for a high end store.

I had a really good time in the shop. The shop look amazing and you can be sure to found what you are looking for. The staff is very nice and make you feel comfortable even while the store was very busy (festive period) i recommend this store and will be back again.
