Not
surprised
to
see
all
the
negative
reviews
here
and
the
generic
response
from
the
store
means
nothing
considering
they
haven’t
changed
anything
to
improve
the
customer
experience.
I
came
to
collect
a
jacket
and
was
told
to
wait
outside
as
they
were
understaffed,
15
mins
later
and
after
7
people
had
left
they
still
wouldn’t
let
anyone
in.
Then
finally
they
let
in
people
BEHIND
me
who
had
just
arrived
but
said
I
can’t
come
in!!!!
Apparently
they
had
been
in
the
store
earlier
(so
they
can
jump
the
line
everyone
else
had
been
patiently
waiting
in?!?!)
when
I
finally
insist
on
at
least
waiting
inside
as
it’s
freezing
in
November
in
London
(if
I
didn’t
have
a
jacket
there
already
I
needed
to
collect
I
would
have
left
a
long
time
ago
like
all
the
other
potential
and
very
irritated
customers)
I
then
see
3
staff
memebers
wondering
around
on
their
phones
and
chatting
with
each
other,
they
are
not
understaffed
at
all
the
staff
are
just
not
doing
their
job!!
Avoid
this
store
and
I
hope
Moncler
do
some
serious
work
on
this
store
and
their
staff
as
it
is
ruining
the
brand
especially
when
their
are
many
more
options
and
every
other
high
end
brand
that
their
customers
with
common
courtesy
and
respect!!!
