Absolutely lovely woman on the til arranging my piercing, knowledgeable and friendly! But got my nose pierced less than a week ago and it has already fallen out during day time and closed up!! (I did everything they told me to regarding tape to keep it in overnight) bought an extra stud incase of this happening but once the first one fell out it closed up straight away. Waiting to contact shop tomorrow to see if they would offer discounted price/free to put it back in, if not will update this review. Otherwise good, clean shop!

Conveniently located at the centre o Coventry, near Primark, McDonald's, and more... Very nice exteriors and interiors which actually got me to ring the bell!!! And since that day? My new trusted jewellers!!! I love the place, small but comfortable, welcoming, and sparkling clean! The women at the counter are adorable and look after you from when you enter to when you leave the store. I have been there for two ear piercings and I will go back for any other piercing I will get. The prices are reasonable, including after care. They are really good with customer service as well as with doing piercings. There is an expert in store who take cares of that specifically. I loved the various available options of earrings while I was choosing and I really liked the way they actually do the piercing because it's... Well. Not painless, but nearly. Amazing service from the staff at Sapphire Jewellers. I came across this shop while looking for a birthday present for my mother and was amazed at the price difference between this shop and ones such as H.Samuels, Earnest Jones, etc. Whilst sapphire jewellers wins on price, they do not sacrifice quality. I purchased a 18ct gold bracelet for an amazing price per gram. The young man working there offered great service. I will definitely be revisiting this small business in the future. Service and product offering was unparalleled to anything else.

Had ear piercing. Ask for my engagement ring to be valued too explained I have a certificate. He had a look at my ring ask me questions then stated could not give me a value as he has to be careful as diamonds are now made handmade too. I found all this very strange as there are plenty of diamond rings in his shop for sale and why bother having a look and asking questions.

Excellent service from the staff, they were very friendly when I went to go get a belly piercing and they did it perfectly! They were patient and made me feel at ease, I didn’t feel any pain. I was also provided and explained the aftercare which was helpful to use. They do a range of piercings and sell beautiful jewellery so I’ll definitely be coming back here

No good with nose piercings. They put a straight stud in the nose using a piercing gun. It’s fallen out 3 times . I’m going to another piercing shop for them to change the jewellery to one I can screw on for my security. He also pierced me in the main part of the shop. No privacy. Would not recommend.

Won't refund the items a day after my wife bought from them. My wife bought them as a gift for a baby and they are making excuse she wore them. Mentioning about hygiene reasons. They wouldn't even let us complete our sentence at the counter. I wanted to tell them I bought these earrings as a gift for my niece in a different country and when I sent photo my sister she didn't really like the design of it. So I went to return them the next day with receipt. All of the staff wouldn't even let me complete my sentence. And were making excuses of hygiene reasons. My question to Sapphire Jewellers is: If you are so concerned about hygiene then why do you buy and sell second hand jewellery? Why is your staff not wearing gloves when selling the items ? Even on your receipt it doesn't mention about refunds. Went on your website to read terms and conditions. Nowhere it mentions that you won't refund items due to hygiene reasons. Absolutely gutted the way we were treated by the staff. I am not taking about a £10 jewellery. I paid £165 for a baby's earrings as a gift. Now all in vain. I don’t really write reviews. But this is beyond the line. I make sure I'll take you to consumer court. So called “proud independent jeweller” 😡😡😡😡😡

I had a Daith piercing done here and can highly recommend it. Professional and experienced, and put me at ease. It’s also cured my migraines - incredible! Went in yesterday, good jewellery shop. You can find most things in here for the right price. I found it better than the other jewellery shops in the city centre. Friendly staff always helpful. Shop overall can be busy at times I would shop here again if I needed anything in the future or if I was passing by again.

Worst experience ever. The man forcefully held my head and pierced my nose because I was too scared. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and it’s already fallen out and won’t go back in. They don’t put backs on your piercings so their bound to fall out. It is quick and painless to get the piercings done but it’s not worth getting it done without a back. You would much rather go to anywhere else to get your piercings done, just make sure they do them with backs on.

Staff was very friendly and supportive with the entire process. A variety of piercings to choose from and cater for all customers. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice shop and Friendly staff but wouldn’t recommend for nose piercings after having my nose pierced with 14ct gold stud which got lost after falling out while cleaning the piercing . Also bought a 9ct gold one just incase that one fell out aswell despite following aftercare instructions and using tape .Not happy as this happened four days after having the piercing and now the hole has closed up which was a waste of money. The studs are very tiny and short and do not stay in place. Also for those wanting to get pierced with a needle this place only does nose piercings with a gun.

Went so well, had my nose piercing done there and it was all done withing a matter of 10 minutes. Great cheap prices too and the experience was great.

I broke the chain on a very fine necklace. I went to one of the big jewellers in town who were quoting at least 6 weeks and they advised to try Sapphires. This repair was done immediately with no cost at all. Absolutely fantastic service and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely recommend to friends.
