Would not use again as I've learned your better seeing fish in person. Was sold these Ob peacocks and told they are yellow Obs obviously they are orange and despite my emails the company don't believe that they are not yellow instead informing me they are poor quality that's why they look orange instead of yellow if I'd been advised that before ordering I would have left them. My tanks are fully stocked and all they are offering is a few free fish on the next order despite me stating I don't need or want more fish. I asked to be refunded just for the fish that do not match their description but they are now ignoring my emails.

Very friendly and polite staff in here. The fishes variety is amazing. You will find everything you need for an affordable price. I'll come back for sure.

Despite reading less favourable reviews of this company, I nervously placed an order for 15 assorted Peacock Malawi... Throughout my enquiries and constant emails, Mike and his team were informative and helpful and gave good advice on selections and quantities. The order process was easy and I was able to select a delivery day, and even with an "assorted" pack of fish, I was welcome to request specific varieites and genders. Finally, on the approved day, my package arrived, very securely boxed and labelled, with a polystyrene lining and 6 heat packs in total (3 per box). I chose to video the unboxing in case of issues, but my worries were unfounded. All 15 Malawi were individually bagged, and looked surprisingly active. I had expected a little sluggishness fro the stress of the journey, but nothing of the sort! They have all settled in to their new home along with 4 small catfish and seem very content. OVERALL OPINION? I cannot fault this company in any way with my own experience of their service. They were efficient, helpful and have provided me with beautiful fish. In the instances I've read of poor performance, I could only suggest that they were rare and unfortunate occurances which might be possible with such a delicate product. WELL DONE TO MIKE AND HIS TEAM!

Ordered a multibuy of 15 x Malawi Cichlids, I specified which types I would require. Store delivered! Fish arrived packaged safely and looking extremely healthy. Fish settled in to tank and look fantastic. Excellent service 5*****

Would give no stars if I could. They sent the wrong fish and the ones that were sent have now lost their colour after a few days, definitely juiced up to look colourful. They don’t accept accountability and deny any issues. Avoid wish I’d never used them.

Have ordered from this website a few times before tracking delivery was good as well as getting your fishes. Overall fishes came boxed and easy to follow guide before placing fish inside of tank. Had a few problems to some of the fish within a week passing away.

Brought online however i went to pick them up myself as it wasn't to far. They were packed nicely and keep warm with a warm pack while travelling as they needed to remain a certain temp the corals and marine fishes looked healthy when i got them home. First time I've bought fishes online i would definitely buy from Aquatics to your door again.

I'm just gonna publish the mail I've sent to the shop which explains my experience. After requesting pictures and have received them, I didn't had any further news from the shop My very personal suggestion is to don't buy fish online from here, both because of the actual the sizes of the animals l and also because of the stress "...I'm really disappointed with it. You are guaranteeing the health of the animals at they arrival, which is why I choosen to order from you instead of getting them to the nearest pet shop. At the arrival, two of six cardinals were dead (in the bag), 1 was in agony. This morning the one in agony was dead plus one more is missing. Not surprised about that since in my opinion, their size would make them not strong enough to have a safe travel. One of 3 Cory was in agony at the arrival and was found dead this morning. The other 2 are not looking great today." All of the fishes were looking super stressed, even the other 2 golden algae fishes, which are also smaller than any of them I ever seen in any pet shop. I won't spend much words abouts the really bad experience my little daughters had, opening the box with me and seeing that scene, but I would say that to me it looked really cruel and I hope it is just a one time event.

Ordered 2 marine fish that I have been wanting for a long time. Both fish were shipped to me in great condition from aquatics to your door. They were packed very well and arrived safe and sound. They had obviously taken care when packing and also used a reputable delivery company who had also taken care of my package. Just had my Malawi peacock cichlids delivered today. This is the eighth time I have used ATYD and each and every time I have received what I have ordered and delivered on time. The fish are fantastically coloured, swimming great and eating well in the quarantine tank. I highly recommend this company and hope to order more fish in the future.👍

Ordered a tropical starter pack, a bunch of plants and a cleaner pack consisting of snails and shrimp. Order arrived on the day it was supposed to. Fish and cleaner snails all healthy and well packaged. Plants are healthy. Will definitely be returning to purchase more.

So I ordered 23 Ember Tetras, unfortunately the delivery company damaged the box containing the fish, this lead to 10 fish dying. I contacted aquatictoyourdoor’s customer services they immediately offered a full refund or replacement fish for the ones that died. I asked for a week to see if more fish died due to the condition they arrived in and this was fine with customer services even stating they would replacement or refund any that died during the week. So I messaged them a week later to say I was for the replacement fish to be sent out and received them today In perfect condition. The way Aquatic to your door dealt with a problem was amazing. 10/10

I have had problems with my fish due to illness. I called aquatics to you door for help and advice. They were so helpful, especially Dannie. Problem was diagnosed with a few pictures that I had sent them. They gave me plenty of advice and have made follow up calls to me to see how things were going. My tank went from this to very sick fish in two or three days. Customer service is second to none and I am very grateful.

I recently started my own aquarium, and I looked online for tropical fish I eventually had two deliveries of fish from Aquatics and the were in excellent condition, their website is very informative and tells you what fish are compatible with each other. I will certainly use them again.

First and last time customer. I usually always order from Tropco and really should have stuck to what I know, but I'm always willing to give a another company the benefit of the doubt, even after reading some of the reviews. As this was my first order, I went small at £109.29 including the delivery and some plants. I ordered: 6 x Albino Cory's 4 x Blue glass male guppy 3 x blue platy 1 x Kohaku Koi Swordtail (expecting an actual Swordtail, otherwisei would have just orders platies) 2 x Electric Blue Rams 1 x Red Eye Albino Bristlenose (I hope) This was the original email I sent to the company: "Dear Customer Service, I received my first ever order from you today and I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the fish. Firstly one of the platies was dead and must have been dead quite quickly after packaging for it to have a whole straight through it. The swordtail looks nothing like any Koi swordtail I've ever owned. If anything, it looks more like a pineapple swordtail. One of the guppies won't survive. It's already got poor curvature so won't last. Both of the Rams look like males but only time will tell. One of the rams has an indented stomach so probably won't last long either. I have always ordered from Tropco and thought I'd try a different company for once as you both have differing stock. What a disappointment and waste of money. Please let me know how this going to be rectified. Kind regards" I wasn't happy with the initial response I received from the company simply saying "Good morning Nicholas I am very sorry to see this issues you have. How do the remaining fish look today? Best Regards Mike" So I called the company and got through to Mike. Although he was quick to react and tell me he would refund the guppy, platies and swordtail, it sounded like he was to use to it. There was no real substance to his apology and it was like calling an insurance company when the staff have had to deal with so many complaints or issues, they become desensitised to it. I expect that from an insurance company, I don't expect that from an Aquatics Store. Because of how quickly Mike reacted on the phone, I've changed my review from 2 starts up to 3 stars.

Second order from these people and everything is easy clear to understand web site,great packaging of the fish,double bagged with heat pack and secure inside the polystyrene box.using one of the best courier services who advise a time slot and have polite courteous drivers. Now the fish not awash with fish stores in my area but the ones delivered are first rate and sized as described on the web site,after acclimatisation they soon coloured up and happily swimming about. This is my first time ordering Peacock Cichlids through Aquatics to your door and I am impressed. All fish came in a timely manner (the delivery driver even made me the first of his deliveries that day) and were packed to a high standard. The fish themselves are in great condition and fantastic colour, didn't seem at all distressed from their travels. I asked the team for specifics in what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. First time ordering from the company and I must say I am not disappointed!! The fish arrived well within the timeframe, fish were packed perfectly and safely. Upon looking at the fish initially they all looked very healthy and lively and vibrant colours. Still going strong 24 hours later would highly recommend these. If ever want more fish definitely using these.

fish arrived by a very friendly courrier, who called to let me know he was on his way to me. he was also very careful with the parcel placed in such a way that it couldnt move in his van. all fish arrived in good health, few weeks later and they are all still alive and doing well in their new enviroment.

Visited this place prelockdown. On that day they had a delivery and to care for the fish all the lights where off, understandable but inconvenient. Early November 2021 visited the business only to find that they are not accepting visitors due to covid. This info is on the entrance gate but you can only see it after you pass it. It would be good to put this info on their website. They told me I could order online and pickup in the carpark, but online is next day, not helpfull. Both times, the communication was cold and unfriendly.

No problem with my fish or the staff very helpful and polite, I bought some hillstream loach and they are excellent. Website needs some work can be tricky to navigate.
