I
usually
always
order
from
Tropco
and
really
should
have
stuck
to
what
I
know,
but
I'm
always
willing
to
give
a
another
company
the
benefit
of
the
doubt,
even
after
reading
some
of
the
reviews.
As
this
was
my
first
order,
I
went
small
at
ยฃ109.29
including
the
delivery
and
some
plants.
I
ordered:

x
Albino
Cory's
4
x
Blue
glass
male
guppy
3
x
blue
platy
1
x
Kohaku
Koi
Swordtail
(expecting
an
actual
Swordtail,
otherwisei
would
have
just
orders
platies)
2
x
Electric
Blue
Rams
1
x
Red
Eye
Albino
Bristlenose
(I
hope)
This
was
the
original
email
I
sent
to
the
company:
"Dear
Customer
Service,
I
received
my
first
ever
order
from
you
today
and
I
am
extremely
disappointed
at
the
quality
of
the
fish.
Firstly
one
of
the
platies
was
dead
and
must
have
been
dead
quite
quickly
after
packaging
for
it
to
have
a
whole
straight
through
it.
The
swordtail
looks
nothing
like
any
Koi
swordtail
I've
ever
owned.
If
anything,
it
looks
more
like
a
pineapple
swordtail.
One
of
the
guppies
won't
survive.
It's
already
got
poor
curvature
so
won't
last.
Both
of
the
Rams
look
like
males
but
only
time
will
tell.
One
of
the
rams
has
an
indented
stomach
so
probably
won't
last
long
either.
I
have
always
ordered
from
Tropco
and
thought
I'd
try
a
different
company
for
once
as
you
both
have
differing
stock.
What
a
disappointment
and
waste
of
money.
Please
let
me
know
how
this
going
to
be
rectified.

I
wasn't
happy
with
the
initial
response
I
received
from
the
company
simply
saying
"Good
morning
Nicholas
I
am
very
sorry
to
see
this
issues
you
have.
How
do
the
remaining
fish
look
today?

So
I
called
the
company
and
got
through
to
Mike.
Although
he
was
quick
to
react
and
tell
me
he
would
refund
the
guppy,
platies
and
swordtail,
it
sounded
like
he
was
to
use
to
it.
There
was
no
real
substance
to
his
apology
and
it
was
like
calling
an
insurance
company
when
the
staff
have
had
to
deal
with
so
many
complaints
or
issues,
they
become
desensitised
to
it.
I
expect
that
from
an
insurance
company,
I
don't
expect
that
from
an
Aquatics
Store.
Because
of
how
quickly
Mike
reacted
on
the
phone,
I've
changed
my
review
from
2
starts
up
to
3
stars.
